Our family of three are adults and set this junior suite. Due to the room type, it is on the first floor. The second floor has a better view but does not meet our requirements. The hotel is located in the most central area of Guanajuato. On the day of arrival, there was a parade through the door. The soundproofing facilities of the hotel are very good, so there is no need to worry about affecting sleep in the downtown area. And the floor height is very high, there is an open-air bar on the top floor, gave us coupons, and went to drink champagne at night. The open-air bar can see the Pipira statue, which is the highest mountain. The atrium of the hotel has a large space and a sense of design, so you can sit and relax. Breakfast is an ordering service and it is delicious.
Room had no bedroom slippers, coffee tea making services - none of the usual or basic amenities provided by hotels. The worst was the shower area. Water leaks out to outside area till the carpeted floor. The bathroom area was run down. No hot water at the water basin. No stopper found for Water basin/sink . The bathroom had a window pane opening out and not supported by a ventilator . Cold at night .
The design of the room is good, the area is relatively large, there is a Japanese restaurant opposite, close to the exhibition. It takes dozens of kilometers to go to the downtown area of Leon. There are some ancient buildings in the city, it is worth seeing.
Nice hotel, comfortable and clean rooms. Fantastic breakfast spread! However, Just one restaurant and a cafe, would appreciate to have more dining choices.

The location of the hotel is very convenient on the side of the Union Garden, next to the Juarez Theatre, most of which can be reached within 5 or 6 minutes on foot. The hotel service was very warm, and the hotel also presented a cake as it coincided with the anniversary. The room size is not too big, and the window is Union Square. In the night, Guanajuato is still relatively cool. The hot air of the hotel air conditioner is not very strong, and it can barely ensure that the room temperature does not drop. As it was about to leave at around 9:00, the hotel started at 9am, so the hotel prepared a breakfast basket, but unfortunately it was too simple, including only an apple, a glass of juice and a biscuit.

GGuest UserThe room is very stylish and you can see the stars from the rooftop. It is very beautiful, but the living is so-so. The breakfast is delicious! Very exquisite!
GGuest UserThe hotel is very close to the city center and there are many restaurants nearby. It's very lively at night, the sound insulation of the room is mediocre, you can clearly hear the noisy sounds from outside in the room, my boyfriend thinks it's a bit noisy, but I still like to listen to this lively and happy atmosphere occasionally. The hotel has a lift, but our room was only accessible by stairs, which is not very convenient if you have a heavy suitcase. There are some chairs at the door of our room, and several employees sit and chat on them. We can hear their voices clearly in the room, and I'm not sure if they can also hear our conversations in the room. And they chatted there again early the next morning, and I was woken up by their chatter. I hope the hotel can tell them not to chat at the door of the room where guests are staying.
