Good stay for 1 night.. near to airport, shuttle buggy available to airport or just can walk across the sky bridge for less than 5 min. Delicious foods served

The room was good , with balcony and compfortable Bed. Service was Always friendly and helpful. the Location of the Resort is totally Out of the Zone. which means If you want to do some actions, then is Not the right place. very quiet and some where No where. If you stay longer then 4 days will be defenetly boring. the breakfast was OK , have Seen better places for the Money they charging ! the swimming pool is to small and dirty, WE was Not even one day inside . ...which makes the whole Holidays more worse....because the SEA also dirty and Not even possible to swim. This was our first and Last time . and WE also will Not reccomand it. WE think this is a place for writing people or old people Like to have really quiet time.

This trip is meant as a birthday treat for my gal so that she can enjoy her sunway lagoon outing during her birthday with her friends. As we drove here, there's a flat parking rate of RM15 per entry. As the trip was meant to celebrate her birthday, we were surprised and thankful to see there's a special lane/access/link to Sunway Lagoon from the resort.It was just awesome and not to mention the friendly staff, Cik Aina. Do note this lane/access/link closed at 7pm. Since we came early, we kept our bags with the concierge while checking in. As we checked in around 9am ish, we were informed that we can get the room early at 12pm. Hooray..What makes it better was the call from the Sunway Resort to inform that the room was ready at 12pm ish. I went to collect the key card around 1pm and has to remind the concierge to sent the bags to the room. It came a bit later when I was out dining at Sunway Pyramid. Mind you, the resort was packed due to Sunway College students graduation ceremony. So the delayed bag into the room was justified. Witnessed the hospitable concierge trying to help us when he saw us quite lost while trying to direct one of the parents to the resort to collect their children. The parent found us. Excellent. For dining we ate at Gordon Ramsay for dinner and Sunset Terrace for breakfast. We tried the cod fish plus the sides of mac & cheese at the Gordon Ramsay Bar & Grill for dinner as it was already late ie after 9pm. I did not opt for dining@ room service knowing that my daughter will dozed off when she got the bed :-) . It was delish. The breakfast at Sunway Terrace was also good with many choices not only for adults but also a special section for the kids, too. There's chocolate drink and also Malaysia's Teh Tarik (taste just nice,like it hot ). Went to the gym, it has many exercise machines, spacious and also has energy bar, fruits and water provided for. I enjoyed doing the routines programme on the threadmill while looking at the pool. I also tried the abdominal /muscular gym machine. I am still feeling the muscular impact at my arms 😂. A well done exercise indeed. Our room was overlooking the Sunway Lagoon view. The bed was so inviting and the pillows with both medium hard and soft pillow was comfortable. Good for sleeping. The room comes with usb plugs and the typical 3 pin plug at each side of the bed which I find very helpful. At least, both of us do not need to fight which side of bed we want to sleep in. In all, we have a great stay here. Not forgetting Ms Ginny that assisted to approve my request for late check-out. The staff has been most helpful and friendly. You deserve more than 5 star. Thank you.

Mixed Experience – Great Location but Needs Better Maintenance Stayed at this hotel recently and had a mixed experience. Pros: • Easy to locate as it’s along the main road and attached to a mall. • Plenty of eateries within walking distance. • There’s a nice park nearby for evening walks, beautifully lit up. • The staff were exceptionally pleasant and very accommodating, which was a highlight of the stay. Cons: • The hotel feels poorly maintained—many things in the room seemed to be falling apart, from the window handle to the shower head. • Rooms are quite small, and all three tiers of rooms offered are the same size. • Breakfast was disappointing for the price—aside from the egg station, everything else seemed precooked or from instant packets. The bread was extremely hard. • The swimming pool looked murky and appeared unmanned. • Despite the attached mall, many attractions were still under renovation, leaving only the usual eateries open. • Parking was quite confusing, and finding the hotel parking took time. • Room service only starts after 4 PM, which was inconvenient. Overall, the hotel has a fantastic location and great staff, but the maintenance, room quality, and breakfast experience need significant improvement.

OK, but it's not like it used to be, now it's like I'm not awake.. the cleanliness is not satisfactory

I stayed there for the last 2 years as Avante and now as M World Resort & Hotel. Our rooms were 2904 & 2905 interconnecting rooms. Room 2904 found too much hair and a bad smell inside the room. We ordered some drinks and food in the pool and couldn't charge into my room number. Normally a 5 star hotel would allow me to charge into my room and make a payment once checked out. Check in and check out progress was smooth and fast. The receptionist is also very attentive and friendly. Bell boy also gives a hand in our luggage. Breakfast buffet sessions need some improvement especially in the egg section. The fat chef in the egg section should be trained further.

Stayed here for the night as we were taking a break from our long road trip from Singapore - Penang. Cosy hotel with small lobby on another floor. Location is near highway but outta the way from any mall/ proper ammenities. Main road has a tendency to jam up during peak hours. Room feels like a nice home setup with clean sheets, proper bedding and quiet surrounding. The toilet area is big but shower area only has a narrow screen and no door, which means the entire toilet floor would be wet after a shower. Breakfast spead has limited choice but the taste of each dish was good! Booking room with breakfast would be the most cost efficient instead of buying breakfast at the counter.

Its not my first time staying at the Concorde Shah Alam. Every year during ramadan i will come here and stay for one night. Basically i got the room that i want with the view of the mosque. Our room is near the elevator. The room was tad small but still good. The sahur food was good too. The check in and check out also smooth. Before this the parking was not charge but this time around after they changed the system we were charge RM3 after we checkout. Kinda weird coz we are the guest. So its no longer free parking even for the guest.
