There’s something truly special about staying in a hotel room that instantly makes you feel at home. From the moment I stepped inside, I was welcomed by a calm, elegant, and thoughtfully designed space. Every detail reflects comfort and sophistication, creating the perfect environment to relax after a productive day.
One feature that immediately caught my attention was this beautiful white wingback chair. Its timeless design, soft leather finish, and classic button-tufted backrest add a touch of luxury to the room. Positioned beside the floor-to-ceiling curtains, it creates a quiet little corner that’s perfect for enjoying a cup of coffee, reading a book, or simply taking a moment to reflect.
The room’s warm lighting complements the neutral color palette, creating a peaceful and inviting atmosphere. The plush carpet, comfortable furnishings, and spacious layout make it easy to unwind, whether you’re here for business or leisure. Every element has been carefully chosen to provide both style and functionality.
A great hotel isn’t just about having a place to sleep—it’s about creating an experience. This room delivers exactly that: comfort, elegance, and tranquility. It’s the kind of space where you can recharge, stay productive, and truly enjoy your time away from home. Without a doubt, this has been one of the most comfortable and aesthetically pleasing hotel rooms I’ve stayed in, and it has made my trip even more memorable.

Anonymous UserLuxury design of the hotel, convenient to all kinds of hospitality. But the room is separated from a suit, the king bed is made up by 2 single beds and not comfortable at the middle. Considering the price I paid for 3 nights, hard to give out a 5 star.

Guest UserThe personel at the reception was super friendly. They greet us well. Well done 🥰. Love the view from our room. It was amazing. We ate at Makan Restaurant, and the food was good too. It could be improved with better ‘seafoods’ choices though. But, everything else was great. We used the game room to play snooker. The game room was cosy & fun!. This hotel was a short walk to i-city mall, and that was super convinient. Would love to come again someday.

Stayed 2 weekday nights at Monkey Canopy Resort and overall had an enjoyable stay. It's quite a remote drive on the outskirts of KL, but the kids were excited the moment we arrived. The resort is spacious, beautiful, and even has EV charging stations.
Check-in was self-service. While we were guided to the kiosk, the staff wasn't particularly welcoming and did not provide information such as breakfast timings or the WiFi password. With few guests around, a little more assistance would have been appreciated.
The buggy ride to the room was fun and the buggy drivers were friendly. Waiting time was reasonable, usually under 10 minutes. The room itself was spacious and clean. One thing to note is that there are about 10 steps leading to the room with no ramp, so carrying luggage can be a challenge.
Breakfast was decent but fairly standard, with nasi lemak, noodles, eggs, ham, and bread. The selection remained mostly the same over the two mornings.
The resort grounds are huge with plenty of activities available, although most come at an additional cost. Despite a few service shortcomings, we enjoyed our stay and had a great family getaway.

Constance ChooThere aren't many hotels at Malaysia's KLIA International Airport. The Sama-Sama Hotel, a 5-star property, has been around for a long time and its facilities are a bit dated, while other airport hotels have rooms that are too small. For travelers transiting through Kuala Lumpur or needing an overnight stay, I highly recommend the ibis Styles Sepang KLIA – it's excellent! When I first saw the 4.4 rating on Trip.com, I didn't have high expectations, thinking the facilities would be very ordinary. However, my actual stay completely exceeded them, offering a surprisingly great experience! This hotel, newly opened in 2024, is exceptionally well-maintained. Everything is spotlessly clean, and the overall design is resort-style, with lush greenery everywhere. Upon entering, you're greeted by a fresh, botanical scent, completely devoid of the usual oppressive and stuffy feeling of typical airport hotels 🍃.
There’s a wide selection of room types. Solo travelers can choose a standard king or twin room, with 26㎡ of spacious, uncrowded comfort. Couples or friends can upgrade to a Superior room, and for families, the Family room with one king and one single bed can accommodate up to three people. There's also a windowless Deluxe King room, perfect for those just needing a temporary stopover and planning to rest indoors during the day. Accessible rooms are also available for guests with mobility needs.
Each room is equipped with a mini-fridge, tea and coffee making facilities, a separate shower and bathroom, and a safe. Free high-speed Wi-Fi is available throughout the hotel, perfectly adequate for daily living and work.
The amenities are top-notch. There's a large outdoor infinity pool with a shallow kids' area, complete with loungers and parasols – it's incredibly relaxing to soak in the pool and watch the sunset in the evening. The 24-hour gym has a full range of equipment. On the ground floor, there’s a casual bar with live music in the evenings, offering a very relaxed atmosphere. The STREATS restaurant serves local Malaysian dishes and international cuisine, and can accommodate Halal, vegetarian, and children's meals. The breakfast buffet has a rich variety, and buying breakfast separately at the hotel is much more cost-effective than adding it to your online booking.
In addition to paid treatments like spa services, facials, and hair washes, the hotel also offers a 24-hour front desk, luggage storage, and a large free outdoor parking lot, so parking is not an issue if you’re driving. The green courtyard area is expansive, perfect for an evening stroll to unwind.
Real-life room photos look much better than the online pictures. The décor is positioned at a 4-star standard, but the comfort of the mattresses, soft furnishings, and bathrooms definitely rivals 5-star properties. The only major drawback is the rather poor soundproofing. You can clearly hear guests walking and talking in the hallway, and noises from adjacent rooms. Coupled with the roar of planes taking off and landing, light sleepers can easily be woken up in the middle of the night.
The location is incredibly convenient, just 1 km from KLIA airport. The hotel provides a free shuttle bus to and from the airport with fixed schedules; remember to register and book at the front desk before check-in. It's a 5-minute drive to Mitsui Outlet Park, so you can stop by for some shopping during your layover. Overall, this hotel is ideal for travelers needing an overnight airport stay. It's half the price of the 5-star Sama-Sama KLIA in the same area, yet its hardware, environment, and amenities are more modern and comprehensive, making for a great transit experience 👍.

Anonymous UserGood selection of breakfast - love the pastries and a splash park for the kids at an affordable price. Easy access to food variety and other things with a mall next door.
Perhaps could improve on the teatime selections like pastries, cakes at rooftop bar to attract more customers dining in for sweet snacks and desserts.

Guest UserGreat stay at One World Hotel! The room was clean and comfortable, the service was superb, and the staff were friendly and helpful. The breakfast was excellent with plenty of choices.
The location is also very convenient, as the hotel is connected to the mall, offering many dining options and easy access to shopping and other amenities.
The only suggestion for improvement is to add more kid-friendly food options at breakfast. Overall, a wonderful experience and highly recommended!

HmarThe best... Even though it's close to home, it was a great way to cheer up the kids who wanted a holiday during the school break. Most places are jammed, so this was the best option for the kids. The important thing is that the kids loved it! The room was clean and had a bathtub. After swimming downstairs, they could relax in the room too. This resort has a beautiful view because it's on high ground and surrounded by lush green golf courses, which is great for eyes that are always staring at phones and laptops. My husband also seemed re-energized after our staycation here. We slept soundly and comfortably. Breakfast was also very delicious; even though kids aged 4-11 had to pay, it was absolutely worth it. There was plenty of food and it was tasty. The cheese omelet was really good, and the breads were delicious. Overall, I recommend bringing anyone to stay here. The kids' corner was also good; kids could play, and there were many fish for them to look at, so they weren't bored staying here. But then again, check-out was at 11 AM, which is a bit early, huhu. Sorry, I can't upload videos; I mostly took videos and fewer photos.

I stayed at Movenpick Hotel & Convention Centre KLIA for an overnight business trip between flights, and every single category—cleanliness, surroundings, service and facilities—deserves a full five stars. This hotel totally exceeded all my expectations for an airport transit stay.
The location is its biggest highlight. It sits right next to Kuala Lumpur International Airport, which saved me so much trouble rushing for my early flight the next morning. No long taxi rides or stressful early wake-ups; I could walk to the terminal easily without worrying about traffic delays. The building has a stunning, eye-catching curved exterior, and the whole hotel grounds are full of tropical greenery, creating a peaceful, resort-like vibe that makes you forget you’re just steps away from a busy airport.
My superior twin room was spotlessly clean. Housekeeping did an incredible job sanitizing every corner, from the bathroom floor to the desk and window sills. The beds are plush with soft linens, and the sound insulation works perfectly—aircraft noise from the runway barely seeps in, letting me enjoy a solid night’s sleep after a tiring international flight. All bathroom fixtures, electrical outlets and workspace facilities are well-maintained and fully functional, ideal for business travellers who need to sort out work emails in the room.
The hotel staff are incredibly warm and efficient. Front desk agents handled my check-in and check-out rapidly with fluent English, patiently answering all my questions about airport shuttle times and local transport. The public lounge and convention areas are spacious and well-equipped, great if you need a quiet spot for quick meetings.
If you have an early or connecting flight out of KLIA, this hotel is an absolute no-brainer. I will definitely book here again on my next business trip passing through Kuala Lumpur Airport.
