The Room very clean and tidy. The breakfast has many choices, I love it. The parking is a bit confusing but their staff very friendly and helpful also the security. The hotel is nearby shopping complex. Love to stay in this hotel. Will definitely comeback again.

Excellent location : it's convenient to get to and from the KLIA, particularly with the free buggy service, it takes us to the airport quickly in just a few minutes. It is in fact just 10 mins walk from KLIA to the hotel, all the way in covered areas. Comfortable accommodation : clean and spacious room, soft and comfortable bed, relaxing view from the window In addition to the mineral water, complementary snacks and drinks are provided, nice experience.

I had an event at an institution nearby so I booked this hotel for a short stay. Overall good environment and good value for money. The tower itself is quite new, makes the overall experience cozy and comfortable. Room is clean, all furniture is new, and I got nothing to complain. Every floors have a water dispenser machine. The breakfast spread was simple but good. A only downside is that the parking is not free but its RM5 per entry and you have to validate it at the hotel lobby at level 8 before exit. If you exit twice, that's RM10.

Hotel facilities are good, location is superb as there is linked road connecting Central Mall, however the hotel car park is a disaster. You could get a parking slot near to the hotel lobby lift if you come in before noon, otherwise you would need to park somewhere near to the mall parking and walk 10mins in the car park to the hotel lobby lift. This is by far the worst hotel car park I have experienced in Malaysia.

One World Hotel One Utama offers spacious rooms, friendly service, and direct access to a big shopping mall, making it super convenient for both business and leisure stays. The breakfast buffet is tasty with lots of variety, and the facilities are well-kept. Sometimes the hotel can get busy, but overall I had a comfortable, enjoyable experience and would recommend

Our unplanned trip, but our stay was pleasant .. we have problem with our personal internet connection and the problem solved with the help / assistance from the manager. Thank You Sir. It’s was raining and we had our lunch at the hotel. The food was simple and tasty. We also spent our time at the cafe and been recommended for violet cake! Marvellous.. ❤️

Our stay was pleasant and we were lucky with the weather which made our stay more enjoyable. Pity that the sea is not blue therefore we only used the pool. Hotel staff were very helpful and always greeting us.  The food was quite good at Sepoy Sepoy restaurant. Unfortunately we didn’t use the Chinese Restaurant as it was closed on the day that we planned to go there. Breakfast was ok although the distribution of the choices offered needs a little improvement. If I can advise to stay at AVANI? Yes, it is a nice place to spend a quiet holiday. To move around , visiting other places like Port Dickson or KL , the drives (Jeff and Zubir) made our journeys very pleasant. Visit AVANI and enjoy your stay

I stayed at Dorsett Grand Subang for a 2-night business trip and overall had a pleasant experience. The hotel staff were courteous and efficient, the check-in process was smooth, and the room was clean, comfortable, and well-equipped for a business traveler. The location is convenient with easy access to nearby amenities and dining options. The only drawback during my stay was the limited parking space. At peak hours, finding a spot was challenging, which could be inconvenient for guests with their own vehicle. Despite the parking issue, I would still recommend Dorsett Grand Subang for business stays due to its service, comfort, and location.

Everything is good. Only few things i would like to highlight and make this hotel more perfect. 1) during breakfast time, its too peak and too much people. Everyone have to queue up in order to go in enjoy the breakfast?? This is 5stars hotel. Why still need to queue up more than 30mins.? And the situation very messy. The queuing line from the entrance restaurant until outside. (Swimming pool area). Middle queue also with lift. People go and back. Very messy. 2) management please solve the issue. As a hotel guest, i felt like “what? I spent so much money to stay, but breakfast have to wait and queue? 3) before settle the above issue, please arrange manpower to handle the crowd. Because many of them cut the queue. Make others guests so unfair and unhappy. 4) the restaurant breakfast also not so good. Please look for more various of foods. 5) swimming pool also very dirty. Dirty is not the water. Is the dirty thing under the water. OhmyGod. 6) last but not least, so far the staffs services is very great.
