It was a good experience but not the best. Should have ramp to our rooms, easier to push our luggage and my dad who is on wheelchair. He cant go up on the buggy and there's no ramp for us to push him from ballroom to his room. No OKU washroom. My dad cannot use toilet during breakfast. Breakfast , should have warm milk too. Other activities dont have special rate for OKU and we didnt know EVa needs booking. Staff not quite knowledgeable about matta fair vouchers, which is frustrating.

Stayed 2 nights here for a competition held at KSL Mall. The check-in process was very helpful and fast. Room is cosy and comfortable with room WiFi. The hotel is attached to the mall... So it is very convenient and with ample parking. House keeping was quite efficient too. Returned to my room in late noon with a tidy bed and cleaned up room. Breakfast wise, choices were quite good. Fusion buffet breakfast. Last but not least, there is a 24 hours 7 Eleven convenience store near the hotel lobby

Have stayed here many times.Strategic location, convenient for finding food.My family and I like to stay here since long ago just for vacations.In the evening relax and swim in the pool. Car parking is easy and safe.A very comfortable, spacious hotel with various facilities. There is a water filter and wifi internet provided.For me everything is very comfortable and quiet. The room is spacious and worth your money.Very good service, friendly staff made me and my family love staying here. Thank you all.

Had a free upgrade to premium suite with a nice view of Sultan Alam Syah Mosque. It has a bath tub too. The location is very strategic which is just a walking distance to the mall. There’s also food truck at the back of the hotel. So don’t worry if you want to have dinner outside. Our room is so spacious , and to our surprise there was also a box of Malay traditional kueh we called as ‘bahulu’ as well as 2 bottles of soft drinks as complimentary. Breakfast was great and we had variety of foods to choose. Add on breakfast for adult is RM66.00. They also provide free parking and we need to validate our TnG card before going out. Overall, Concorde Hotel will be our hotel choice in Shah Alam.

Booked a room to stay in before our 23.20 flight to Heathrow. Lovely to be so close to terminal one with the buggy transfer to take us and our cases the short distance. Hotel is beautiful and with a large lobby and outdoor area great to walk around. Staff exceptional helping with lifts,meals,cases etc. A great variety of food and a bar available throughout the day .if I returned to KL I would definitely stay here again .

Its ideal for travellers who are catching a flight or want to ne near airport for returning flights, hence explains the hotel guests are mostly foreigners. The place looks new hence the cleanliness is awesome. The services are basics but i have no complaints as our affairs have been smooth. The toilets are relatively small would be nice if can be bigger. Thank you

From the moment we arrived, the staff impressed us with their warmth and friendliness. Although the hotel doesn’t officially provide room service yet, they went the extra mile by delivering our packed meals straight to our room — a thoughtful gesture that didn’t go unnoticed. The room was incredibly spacious with plenty of extra room to move around. I especially loved the bathroom — it was just as roomy, with excellent water pressure and a strong, reliable heater. Everything felt fresh, clean and new. The highlight, was the breathtaking view — a panoramic sweep of Shah Alam that made our stay even more memorable. I rarely give full ratings to hotels, but this one truly earns it. Highly recommended!

Had a wonderful stay at Espira Kinrara! The breakfast was really good with a nice variety of food and friendly service. We were lucky to get a room right in front of the kids’ pool, which was perfect for our family — the kids had a great time! The environment was clean, peaceful, and family-friendly. Overall, a very pleasant experience and we’d definitely love to come back again!

Saya menginap di Bangi Resort untuk menghadiri kelas di Dewan Melur. The overall experience was relaxing and pleasant. Room was spacious and clean, with a calming view of the golf course. Katil empuk, bilik mandi lengkap, and there was a work desk which made it easy to jot down notes after class. Cuma satu benda – aircond sejuk sangat! Maybe sebab cuaca hujan masa tu, so the room felt extra chilly. Nasib baik selimut tebal and comfy, so tidur tetap lena. Dewan Melur was perfect for the class – spacious, air-conditioned, and quiet. Staff hotel pun sangat membantu bila saya tanya arah ke dewan. Breakfast was delicious, *************. Banyak pilihan – from nasi lemak to western dishes. I especially loved the sambal, memang padu! Wi-Fi dalam bilik agak perlahan waktup malam, but it wasn’t a big issue since I was mostly focused on the class and resting. Overall, Bangi Resort is a great place for work-related events or a short escape from the city. I wouldn’t mind coming back again.
