Overview: nice and super big rooms!
Location: centrally located, 10-15 mins walking distance to most attractions like Bratislava Castle, Old Town Hall, Michael’s Gate etc, tram stations just within 2 mins away!
Breakfast: good choice, particularly impressed when they extended the ending time by 10 mins on a Sunday as there were a lot of new guests the night before who might not have been aware of the ending time!
Service: nice and friendly staff!
Cleanliness: spotless from what I can see which is nice!
Rooms: I thought I was staying in a flat for a second, super big and roomy, with sofa, a separate living area, impressive!
Facilities: good gym, but the sauna costs a bit which is unexpected (and rare, consider it is a decent 4*…) so didn’t use it, and the lobby was a bit dim when I checked in at night, but not a major issue.
The hotel is in a great location, with a small square right at the door. It's quite lively, with great views, and the large balcony is very comfortable. Food was provided upon check-in, and the hotel staff were friendly.
Hygienic: OK, very clean.
Facilities: There is no elevator, you need to carry your luggage upstairs.
The service didn't feel much, except for the communication with the front desk at check-in and check-out, there was nothing else to communicate with the staff.
Because I was on the way, I didn't eat breakfast, I don't know what it was...
Very good hotel, delicious food, and centrally located. It's a shame they charge so much for parking; it would be a nice gesture if they halved the price.
Fabulous hotel, perfectly situated for the airport, rooms and bathroom are big, clean and have everything you need.
Staff are helpful and polite.
Breakfast was amazing.
The receptionist was amazing and very helpful. The room was large and clean. Parking was cheap and the garage was secure. However, the bathroom was dated and it was very difficult to shower without spraying water everywhere. The walls are also very thin. Overall, it was a nice stay.
The usual hotel of the 1970s is the 20th century. The building was most likely to start as a hostel, as there is a nearby oil factory. The service is modest, the number of the series ”chroshovka,” but clean. Of the shortcomings - the entrance doors of the rooms are completely unbearable. This is a constructive feature, there are guides on the doors, but despite their presence, The touch of the door of the door box is accompanied by a thunder, reinforced by an echo, thanks to the long corridor.
In the rest, breakfast is very decent, if not to get into the crowd, (the main people go eat at about 8:30, at this time the crowd, sit nowhere, eat no time to add), on my taste was not only milk. And even the hotel is on the back, bus stop in a hundred meters, bus to the center every 15 minutes.
The hotel parking was not used, at the corner along the side of the free parking mark ...
The location of the hotel is good. The room is clean and has everything I needed. The service is also good. But there were problems with hot water in one room. So I asked an employee named Alicia to help me solve this issue or change the room. But Alicia began to be rude and said that the water was not so cold and I could take a shower. But the water temperature was really cold. I was surprised. As a result, our number was changed, but only after conflict.

Amazing
GgenewiloMy partner and I have just returned to the United Kingdom after having a trip to Europe, the final destination of our travels was at the very beautiful and picturesque hotel. The hotel is very well situated to river and minutes away from the Old Town. The interior is beautiful and the decor clearly reflects the reason why it’s a highly rated hotel. Our room was situated on the second floor and there is a lift for those who overindulge in the cuisine or infamous Slovak wines 😁 the staff are all smarty presented in their appearance and polite, the breakfast is varied and it is self service even the hot/cold drinks, so please bare that in mind if you’re mobility is restricted when dining in the restaurant for breakfast. The only negative I can recall, and this is no reflection of the hotel, the hospitality or staff as it was “other guests” having no consideration for guests still in their slumber or at least trying to be. Guests would allow their room doors to slam closed and guests would talk loudly on the corridor throughout the evening/night/morning. So next time I’d probably request a room on the top floor to avoid the inconsiderate guests 👍

GGuest UserHet hotel was prachtig en de service was meer dan perfect. Het is een hotel die wij aan iedereen zouden aanbevelen. Top kwaliteit op alle vlakken.
CcunguIt has everything a big hotel should have, clean and tidy, satisfactory
Special praise for the front desk lady's warm and thoughtful service. I don't have a local taxi APP, and the lady used her phone to call a taxi for me. I am especially grateful
She also helped me store my luggage
JJiutianxuannvThe hotel is convenient for travel and is close to Andre Street and many food stores. It is recommended as the best choice for travel and stay. The room feels very good. This is the second time I choose to stay here.

GGuest UserGreat service, even the fallen snow was removed from our car and the road to it.
Free access to the welness & fitnes was also very welcome after a long yourney in bad weather.
Because we had a limited time for diner also that was very fine solved.
The breakfast was also a pleasure to make use of!
In one word the sre great!
AAnonymous UserIt was such a lovely stay!
I highly recommend the sauna in the hotel, and the breakfast is great. The location is also good, with walking distance to the main tourist places. There is a bus that goes to the airport directly. The receptionist is very friendly!
I wound stay again when I visit Bratislava next time.
