Hotels With Spa in Phu Tho Province, Vietnam

Flamingo Dai Lai was a wonderful experience along with the great weather. It took us 1hr from Central Hanoi to reach the resort. The facilities were great, with a lot of entertainment and activities for families and kids. The main swimming pool had warm water which is perfect for the cold weather. The villa we stayed was spacious and clean. The only downside is the inconvenience of calling the buggy to get us around. We had no Vietnamese phone number so we had to rely on calling the reception to get us buggy. All in all, the stay in Flamingo was great, I would have stayed another night if not for our flight.

I booked a 2-bed room for about 4.100.000 VND/night. When I arrived at 16:00, I received a room that was not in line with the picture I booked, I asked the staff to change a 2-bed room, the staff said there was no room, had to wait 30p-1 hours to have a room. I was very tired so I couldn't wait. The staff didn't show a mistake but told me in a very cold voice. ”There is no room, if you want to change, you have to wait ...” I was disappointed with some money spent but returned the service attitude that was not worth it.

We had a wonderful stay at the villa! The place is beautiful, well-maintained, and very comfortable — it truly felt like a home away from home. One of the highlights was being able to cook our own meals, which added to the cozy, homely vibe of our stay. The caretaker was very accommodating and helpful throughout, making sure we had everything we needed and were comfortable. One suggestion for improvement would be to add lighting inside the pool. While there are two lights outside near the pool, it still gets quite dark at night, which limits nighttime swimming or poolside relaxation. Overall, we had a great experience and would definitely consider staying again. With just a few small enhancements, it could be even more perfect!

구글지도 검색해서 운전해서 갔는데 위치가 정확하지 않았습니다. 호텔 주변은 시골이기때문에 주변에 음식점이 많지 않습니다.(음식점 찾으러 10KM 이상 나가야 함) 호텔 직원들은 너무 친절해서 좋았습니다. 방 컨디션은 아주 좋습니다. 수영장은 관리가 잘 안되어 수영을 마친 후 몸을 닦을 수건이 없고 물 온도는 따뜻하지 않습니다. 호텔 손님의 90%이상이 베트남 사람이며 대부분 수영 할 때 예의가 없고 물에서 땀 냄새가 납니다. 저는 개인적으로 베트남 손님들 때문에 다시 방문 하는 일은 없을거같습니다.

Very well looked after, plenty of inclusions on villa stayed, good variety of snacks & drinks throughout the day. Guests had the best view out of all villa. Butler was on hand to assist to every whims. Very impressed. Thank you to all Teams.

It’s an ok place to rest and have showers although shower blinds have stains and grimes. They could have given proper blankets rather than just a thin sheet which doesn’t make feel “comfortable” or felt Spartan. For one night, it’s an alright place, as it’s a homestay you do get the family vibes.

It’s a wonderful family run hotel in town so it’s close to eateries , supermarket and amenities .  Rooms are very clean and well looked after . Views from the room looks at the residential homes and the mountains in the background .  Prices are affordable and food is easy to find .

The room was spacious and in a great location, opposite a large plaza and shopping center, making it very convenient for dining, accommodation, and sightseeing. In particular, the lovely female staff member was incredibly helpful. After we checked out, she proactively booked a taxi for us, waiving the hotel's service fee and using her personal account to book the taxi for us. We are very grateful and would highly recommend her!

Wonderful stay! Great location walking distance from motorbike rental and local villages. Many bikes to use in great condition. The family room was very large and accommodated our family fo 4 very well. Only suggestion would be to improve variety of foods at breakfast.

The staff's friendliness, facilities, and environment are all good. I've always wanted to suggest something to the Crowne Plaza Hotel, specifically regarding the use of the 22nd-floor lounge. When booking the hotel, the criteria for lounge access are vaguely stated. It would be great if the rules and privileges were more clearly defined.
