When the car arrived at the hotel, the porter came to help with the luggage. When checking in, the lady at the front desk was very enthusiastic and efficient. When I got to the room and opened the curtains, I could see the river view, which was very beautiful and comfortable. The room was clean and tidy, and parking was convenient. I will come again next time

The Marriott hotel is super conveniently located right above a large shopping mall that has everything you need. It's also very easy to get to museums, Chaoyang Square, the train station, and the high-speed rail station via Metro Line 1. The hotel itself seems to have been recently renovated; it feels very new.

We had an absolutely unforgettable New Year’s celebration at LS Yangshuo Hotel, and our experience exceeded all expectations. From the very beginning, the hotel made us feel truly special. We stayed in a room in the new building with a breathtaking view, which made our holiday even more magical. When we were leaving, the hotel surprised us with thoughtful farewell gifts - delicious local sweets, which was such a warm and touching gesture. In the evening, the hotel organized a complimentary barbecue that was perfectly arranged and very tasty. The highlight of the night was the magnificent fireworks - truly spectacular and full of festive spirit. A very special thank you goes to the professional photographer Xiao Wu, who gifted us a free 30-minute photoshoot. Thanks to his talent and warm approach, we now have beautiful memories of our New Year celebration captured forever. We would also like to sincerely thank the amazing staff members who made our stay so comfortable and heartfelt: Housekeeper Lynn Victoria, Mei Ling, and Li Xiaodian. Their care, kindness, and attention to every detail made us feel genuinely welcomed and valued. Fresh fruits and the minibar were complimentary, which was another wonderful surprise. After the celebration, the hotel also arranged a free transfer in a comfortable, high-quality car to our next hotel located in the city center - an exceptional level of service. We are truly impressed by the hotel, the atmosphere, and especially the incredibly warm and attentive team. LS Yangshuo Hotel is a place where guests are treated with real love and respect. We will remember this experience for a long time and highly recommend this hotel to anyone seeking something truly special !

Yangshuo Shiji Yunxi Resort is definitely the perfect choice for an immersive 'stay in a landscape painting' experience – it completely exceeded my expectations! The hotel's location is superb, nestled in the Yulong River National Resort Area. It's surrounded by mountains and water, away from the hustle and bustle. You can walk to the Yulong River trail, and it's only a few hundred meters from the 'Impression Liu Sanjie' scenic area. Xijie (West Street) and Ten-Mile Gallery are just a ten-minute drive away, making it convenient for travel yet allowing you to enjoy exclusive tranquility. The hotel environment is excellent, with complete facilities and a super large children's playground, making it very suitable for family holidays.

Our family came to Guilin for a trip, and the service was outstanding! I have to say, this hotel really makes you feel at home. Every staff member we passed, from the service personnel to the cleaning ladies, would warmly greet us. The hotel is right next to the Li River and Fubo Hill scenic area, offering stunning, unobstructed river views. It was a very comfortable stay in Guilin. The room was very clean, and the toiletries were all excellent. The breakfast on the 6th floor was plentiful, and the service was fantastic! It's also quite close to popular Guilin attractions; it's about a 10-minute drive to Elephant Trunk Hill, and Fubo Hill scenic area is just a 2-minute walk from the hotel. We also tried the hotel's travel photography service. The photographer even guided us on our facial expressions and poses, and I was very happy with the photos. Each room gets 3 complimentary photos. A highly recommended hotel!

I enjoyed the afternoon tea snacks, and the breakfast selection looked abundant, but unfortunately, I had early starts for concerts on both days of my stay and didn't get to try it. Environment: This stay exceeded my expectations! The ambiance was elegant and not noisy. Facilities: Very good. Cleanliness: Decent. Service: The service was attentive but not intrusive during my two-day stay. They upgraded my room and even provided a foot bath bucket and laundry/drying service. It's perfect whether you're traveling for business or leisure, definitely worth revisiting multiple times! Nanning is truly a city worth visiting, and this hotel is fantastic.

Let's start with the positives: the hotel's location is impeccable, convenient for getting anywhere. At night, we could enjoy a panoramic view of the fountains right from our room. Seeing the crowds below, huddled in the cold wind watching the musical fountain, instantly filled us with a sense of contentment! The hotel facilities are brand new and spotless, and the front desk staff were all incredibly friendly. The restaurant manager was exceptionally service-oriented; we stayed two nights, and on our departure day, we wanted yogurt for breakfast, but they had run out. The manager went out and bought us a large tub, which was very touching. Now for the negatives: check-in is at 2 PM. We arrived a little past noon, and were told the room wasn't ready, which is understandable. We didn't originally plan to eat, but to kill time while waiting, we went out for a meal. When we returned after 2 PM, the front desk staff inquired about the room's status, and housekeeping replied that cleaning hadn't even started. I had arrived at the designated check-in time, and they were notified over an hour beforehand to clean. Regardless of the reason, there's no excuse for this issue. Although the front desk staff upgraded us to a different room type, it doesn't mask the underlying management problem. Then, less than two minutes after entering the room, the power went out. It came back on shortly, but when we returned from sightseeing, the power was out again. We had to wait in the dark for the maintenance worker to arrive. Even the worker couldn't find the cause, and in the end, I discovered the problem myself: it was the power card. The 'complimentary coffee' was lukewarm when brewed, and the 'complimentary Liuzhou rice noodles' were also lukewarm – speechless! Breakfast options were limited and the taste was poor. The female server at the noodle station was swearing incessantly, using explicit language three times in a row while talking to another staff member. It was quite shocking! A good reputation and good business aren't destroyed by others; they are often slowly ruined from within. This hotel has such great potential and started off well. I hope it continues to improve rather than sabotaging its own future. Let's all strive for that! The yogurt in the last photo was bought by the restaurant manager and given to us just before we left. He insisted we take it in the car (we were self-driving). We didn't drink it and brought it back. It was a very warm gesture, thank you!

This hotel truly excels in its attention to detail! It's incredibly convenient for those traveling by car, with plenty of free and secure parking available. The room was surprisingly clean, and the bedding was wonderfully soft against the skin. The blackout curtains meant I could sleep until late morning, and the bedside USB ports and adjustable reading lights were incredibly practical. The staff were exceptionally attentive. Breakfast offered a wide variety of options that changed daily, from Chinese congee and noodles to Western pastries, all fresh and delicious. It's perfectly suited for both business trips and family vacations – the experience was outstanding, and it's definitely on my list for a return visit!

The hotel is located right by Silver Beach, with direct access to the sand. As expected from a five-star hotel, the facilities are top-notch. The buffet breakfast area is spacious with a wide variety of dishes. We received a complimentary room upgrade, which offered an even better view. I need to give a special mention to the service. The bellhops were very proactive upon our arrival and departure, helping with luggage, which was much appreciated. The front desk lady who checked us in was also very friendly and efficient, deserving praise. Then came the main issue. There was someone next to her, who seemed to be in training, helping write key cards. Even the ID registration was handled by the first lady. This person only wrote four numbers, then asked to add me on WeChat, saying I could contact them anytime during my stay if I had issues. They sent some Beihai travel tips prepared by the hotel and some check-in reminders (like breakfast times and WiFi password). However, I didn't encounter any issues during my stay. After checking out, this 'customer service rep' sent a WeChat message, asking me to write a positive review for her. When I didn't respond immediately, she followed up, insisting I include a specific code and send a screenshot after writing it. This made me quite uncomfortable. In reality, her 'service' to me amounted to writing one key card, asking to add me on WeChat, and sending generic automated messages. There was no other service provided. If I were to write a review, it wouldn't be for her; it would be for those who actually helped me (like the bellhops, the check-in front desk staff, and the other front desk staff I consulted later). I won't name names, as the hotel might have performance review requirements for employees in this regard. I just hope the hotel considers this situation. If WeChat is to be used, it should be by someone who is fully responsible for the customer's entire experience. Another front desk staff member worth commending: when I was on my way to the beach, I passed the front desk and casually asked the young man where to find sand digging tools. He immediately pointed me in the right direction. Also, considering I might be rushed the next day for checkout, I asked if we could have a half-hour late checkout, which he arranged perfectly for us. The overall communication was smooth, and his tone was very friendly and enthusiastic. One small suggestion: it was my birthday on the day of check-in, but the hotel didn't offer any surprise or birthday wishes (yet I was still asked to write a good review). This felt a bit below five-star standards (I've stayed at several other five-star hotels before, where either the staff proactively wished me happy birthday or prepared a surprise). Overall, the hotel is still good. The environment is pleasant, it's clean, the location is excellent, most of the staff are friendly, and it offers great value for money (I forgot to take photos inside the room, but I took a few pictures of Silver Beach from the balcony, and the view was beautiful).

Facilities: Standard for a five-star hotel, but the door doesn't close by itself; you have to push it shut when entering or exiting, which is a bit inconvenient. Welcome fruit on the first day: The sugar tangerines were delicious. Cleanliness: Clean and tidy, found no hidden dirty spots. Environment: Good location, right next to Wanda Plaza, convenient for going to the supermarket and such. Service: They proactively upgraded me to a suite because my original room wasn't ready. However, the suite had a smoke smell. I requested a smoke-free treatment, but the staff just opened the window, which was quite frustrating.
