This isn't my first stay here, and I still love it. Waking up to this view outside the window really soothes my soul after a long day. The hotel's breakfast restaurant is excellent; the staff are especially attentive to foreign guests. If you're a couple dining, they'll try their best to seat you by the window. Enjoying a meal with such a beautiful view really elevates the whole experience.

The facilities are complete, and the hygiene is excellent, very clean. We booked a bay view room, and the scenery outside is beautiful. The service is attentive. We will definitely stay here again next time.
This hotel offers great value for money. It's my second time in Hakone, and compared to the hotels by Lake Ashi, this one feels much newer. The rooms are quite spacious for Japan, with a 1.5-meter bed and a 1.1-meter bed side-by-side. The toilet is separate from the shower, which is a wet/dry design. The view from the window is also lovely. The hot springs are on the sixth floor, featuring both outdoor mountain-view onsens and indoor ones. The outdoor area also has a single and a double private pool, which is a nice touch. Overall, it's pretty good. The breakfast and dinner are more Japanese style, with ramen, miso soup, sashimi, and sweet shrimp. The mattress in the room was really comfortable. All in all, a great stay. Right opposite the hotel is the Okada Museum of Art, which I highly recommend visiting, especially as a Chinese person. The first floor of the five-story museum is dedicated to Chinese porcelain from various dynasties, with the oldest being a green-glazed阁楼 (pavilion) from the 2nd-3rd century BC (Former Han Dynasty), standing about a meter tall. I won't say too much more, as photography of the artifacts is not allowed.

Hotel location supposed to be good as it is adjacent to Yokohama Station. However, there is no direct connection between the hotel and the underground mall, I have to lift 3 heavy luggages from train station level (B2) up the stairs in the Joinus underground mall south exit 12. That alone have killed me. I think the hotel avoid telling customers about this great disadvantage. Even after entering the hotel, the front reception is another tens of stairs down to 1F like a split level building, which was extremely inconvenient! The hotel is like travelling back in time to the 70's, almost antique in today's standard. Room key is not a card type but a physical metal key! Room was still spacious (mine was triple room) but having no modern amenities, not enough power outlet for phone charging and/or computer. No storage or drawers, bathroom was extremely small and crowded. My booking included buffet breakfast, which was a surprise, food selection was good, but there were not many customers, one morning my family virtually was thw only table in the entire grand dining room! I can say I have mixed feeling about this hotel, if you have many luggages and arrived by train, think twice as you have to lift your luggages up 34 stairs from B2 to ground level.

The hotel is quite new, and the amenities are excellent. They even have a fridge and a humidifier, and the desk is a standing desk, which is a nice touch. The bed was super comfortable, and I had a great night's sleep.
It seems all the single rooms are at the end of the hall and don't have bathtubs. If you really like a tub, you might want to book a slightly more expensive room. There's an open-air garden on the top floor of the hotel where you can go to enjoy the night view, so you don't need to go to other observation decks.
Overall, Yokohama felt pretty quiet; by 8 or 9 PM, there was hardly anyone on the streets near the hotel... it was practically deserted.
The only slight downside was that the front desk staff's English was incredibly difficult to understand. Out of all the people I've encountered in Japan over several days, this was definitely the worst English speaker... perhaps it's because the hotel caters more to Japanese guests.

What more can I say? I'm completely satisfied!
Facilities: Very new and excellent.
Cleanliness: Every detail was meticulously handled.
Environment: Tidy, clean, and comfortable.
Service: Both the front desk and housekeeping staff were incredibly welcoming.
I intentionally skipped breakfast because I tend to wake up late, so I can't comment on that.
Overall, the Hilton Yokohama offers great value for money, and the transportation is very convenient. It's just a 10-minute walk from Yokohama Station, right across the pedestrian bridge.

The hotel boasts an excellent location. It's a mere 5-minute walk from the MM line subway station, and after crossing just two streets, you're in Chinatown. The waterfront is also only a 5-minute stroll away. The room, though under 30 square meters, is considered spacious for Japan, and the bathroom features a convenient wet/dry separation. My room service calls were answered within minutes each time. The front desk staff were incredibly nice and cheerfully assisted with my luggage storage for two days. I highly recommend this hotel to fellow travelers.
The room was a bit small but perfectly adequate. The view from the window was lovely. Breakfast was great, with a good variety including cooked fish, bread, and even ice cream, all tasting delicious. The front desk had a wide range of complimentary toiletries available, like bath salts and facial masks. The only downside was that I could hear the tram, but it wasn't too loud, and the front desk even offered earplugs. All in all, it's a convenient location and a great choice for getting around.
Airport Shuttle to and from Haneda: The hotel informs you of the shuttle service a few days in advance. Just follow the instructions to the pick-up point; no reservation is needed. However, be aware that the shuttle is a mini-bus size, so if it's crowded, you might have to wait for the next one.
Service: The hotel staff are very welcoming and check-in was super fast. They also let us know about a shuttle to the subway station, which was really convenient.

Exiting Minatomirai Station from Exit 6, take the escalator on your left up to the 2nd floor. Go straight (don't turn left) until you reach the main hall, then turn left and follow the Tokyu Yokohama Bay Hotel signs. Go up a few steps, walk to the end, and through the glass doors. You'll then be on a connecting corridor that leads to the hotel lobby; walk about a hundred meters, and you're there. It's incredibly convenient. The location is excellent, with sightseeing boats right downstairs. It's also very easy to walk across the Goddess Bridge to the Red Brick Warehouse. For daily shopping, food, and drinks, you can head to the area near the subway station. The Keikyu bus to Haneda Airport costs 1000 yen per person and stops right at the hotel's ground floor entrance. You can book your bus time a day in advance with the concierge on the first floor, which is very handy if you have a lot of luggage. I hope to stay here again next time.

Great
This is my 3rd time at this hotel and I still love it. I love the breakfast buffet. Highly recommended hotel
Check in took quite some time as there were many guests checking in at 3pm. The hotel has a western ryokan feel. It has 2 onsens which they alternate between men and women and I suggest going to both. The one on level 5 has a waterfall view. Dinner was buffet style and the variety was great. I super love the fresh Sashimi, the miso soup, the tempura and sushi, snow crab etc. Room was clean and spacious with our own outdoor Onsen bath. Would love to come back.
It was a lovely place with an amazing onsen. The staff were also very friendly and helpful and made the experience better. I’d like to thank Kwon for all his assistance!
This hotel is a paradise in the mountains of Hakone! Traditional style of the rooms - it feels like you are living in a Japanese family. We were prepared a traditional dinner, which was served in our room. It was very tasty and varied! The hotel has 3 onsen: 2 - private, 1 - public. We visited only the private ones (you need to book a time in advance at the reception upon check-in, the visit time is 30 minutes). It was wonderful! The hotel also provides a transfer from and to the nearest train stations. The rooms are clean, cozy, we slept on tatami under soft blankets. The hotel has a relax room. With massage chairs and a very quiet atmosphere. We stayed in this room after visiting the onsen and got great relaxation. And you are also given national clothes for rest and sleep. It is very beautiful and cute. Breakfasts were also in kaiseki style - varied and unusual. The hotel staff is very kind and friendly. this hotel allows tattoo baths. great experience, thank you very much! want to come back again!
One of the places in the world that you come in and you don’t want to leave. The serene place and the tranquil lake and surroundings made me want to stay forever.
this is a great onsen hotel! the staffs are amazing! room is so clean, feel really relaxed while staying here. the public and private spa are both fantastic , will stay again!
Amazing place with amazing staff! Facilities are just absolutely amazing and the food is just so authentic and tasty. I also want to say that I have tattoos so, I wasn't able to enter the public onsens but the privates and the one in my room barely made me miss it. Also, souvenir shop is great and the yukatas that they lend you are just absolutely lovely.
Convenient hotel to stay if you have an early flight to catch. Free shuttle bus to & from Airport & Kawasaki station was convenient. Highly recommended.
First time in Japan, so I chose this hotel based on location and price, with my desire for higher floor rooms for a view. I stayed near Shinagawa station, and also in Osaka, all with the same budget per night. This hotel was the best of the 3, very nice facilities and amenities (7/11 in the lobby!!), with a spacious room. I'd probably pass on the buffet breakfast next time, but that's just me, there was a wide selection for everyone. I would definitely stay here again if I'm in that area.
