Overall the hotel is good but i think only suitable for business travellers. Their is nothing surrounding and only a small shopping mall there. Not many restaurants but there are some thai food, Japanese food and kebab restaurants

Second stay at the Gromada hotel. Clean, quite, comfortable and suitable hotel for staying. Enjoyed morning breakfast and personnel. Highly recommend for every budget
I stayed at this hotel for an overnight transfer flight from Warsaw to Stockholm. For 500HKD a night, this hotel subverted my expectations, it feels as if I am staying in a high quality 5 star hotel. Room was spacious and clean, I can even get a view of Warsaw from my room. Would consider stay in this hotel again if I am going to Warsaw in the future.

Great hotel in prime location on what is the most modern part of Warsaw and growing. Has kitchen and balcony.
Has sauna and fitness center.
A few minor tweaks to the amenities and better wifi and it could be a 10/10.
9/10 from me.

Hotel Polonia Palace is a historical Warsaw hotel, dating back to 1913. Therefore, it is quite a beautiful structure. The location is in the very center of Warsaw, at the intersection of the two main streets. Also very close to the main train station and a subway station. The downside of the location is that it’s a very ugly area. Across the street is the Palace of Culture, is a Stalinist monstrosity which should be really torn down as soon as possible, paving way for the reconstruction of the pre-WWII center of Warsaw. The services offered by the hotel are generally very good. The breakfast buffet is excellent. The only downside is internet, which works in a less than ideal manner. Also very good value for money.

Warsaw Presidential Hotel is a fantastic hotel that my family stayed in the last leg of our vacation in Poland. Location was great, service from the front desk and housekeeping was good. And even after we checked out, they allow us to use the swimming pool facility for a quick shower before heading to the airport.

Perfect location, everything you need to see in Warsaw is within walking distance. The hotel is clean, smells great, breakfasts are delicious. The staff is super friendly and helpful. I will definitely go back to MDM Hotel the next time I'm in Warsaw and I totally recommend it for all travelers! The view from the 5th floor is great 😃
Overall nice environment with some restaurants nearby, just that the roads were undergoing construction when we were there, so quite dusty. Rlly close to a nice park with a small bouldering rock nearby.

Very Good
GGuest UserThis is my second time staying at the Westin Warsaw. The hotel is in a great location and has family connecting rooms, which is very convenient! The high-speed elevator and exquisite breakfast are impressive. I will consider staying here next time.
GGuest UserThe hotel in the old town is especially suitable for City Walk. The location is excellent so the price is not cheap, but the service is thoughtful. Although the buffet breakfast is a bit expensive, it is also worth a try.
Ggelatalon the first night of my stay, i was assigned a room designed for disabilities without any notice. since it was late and i was exhausted, i didn’t think much of it, but i noticed something felt off.
next evening, after taking a shower, i realized the entire bathroom was soaking wet and extremely slippery that i almost fell. then i was checking my booking receipt, i noticed the room i booked was supposed to have a different bathroom layout. when i raised this issue with the front desk, they admitted that due to overbooking on the first night, they had reassigned me to a room for disabilities without informing me.
this design is clearly unsafe for someone unfamiliar with it, and the hotel staff showed no sincerity in addressing the issue. what's worse, they didn't even offer an apology. instead, they simply asked me what I wanted. this is unacceptable—they failed to inform me of the room change on the first night and didn’t take responsibility when I brought it up.
eventually, after I insisted, they upgraded me to their best room and offered two days of complimentary breakfast. however, all of this only happened because i demanded it—the staff showed no initiative. they really need better training.
the first photo shows the fruit they sent as an apology. and the second, third photos shows the conditions of bathroom for disabilities.
CChengI had an exceptional experience at Platinum Residence. The luxurious accommodations, attentive staff, and exquisite amenities made my stay truly memorable. The well-appointed rooms were both comfortable and stylish, offering a perfect retreat after a day of exploration. The hotel's central location allowed for convenient access to local attractions, and the attention to detail in service exceeded my expectations. I highly recommend Platinum Residence for a refined and indulgent stay.
3320010****The room was great, and the location was also excellent. There are various bus stops, subway stations, and tram stops nearby. Plus, you can easily walk to several attractions, which is pretty convenient. All in all, it was a good stay.
RRumengrenshengWe booked a room with a private bathroom, which was larger than the A&O rooms in Berlin, but still a bit cramped for two people. The service attitude was typical for a hostel – no-nonsense. They answered about 80% of our questions, and the rest you had to figure out yourself.
The online reviews mentioned the breakfast was good, costing 48 Polish Zloty. It's suitable for those who love cheese, butter, and bread, but I personally didn't enjoy it much.
The hotel was very clean, and its location is a bit outside the CBD but very convenient for transport. It's about a 30-minute walk to the Złote Tarasy shopping center, which is also the central train station. From the West Station, it's about a 20-minute walk.
There are a few really good restaurants nearby.
VVitaliiThe location is the best. It's downtown, close to the shopping center Złote Tarasy as well as the Central railway station. The building is new and there is a observation deck. The facilities are new and the only thing I didn't like was the sliding door in the washroom.
Car rental is also available in the same building.
GGuest UserThe hotel is decent and it provides breakfast. The location is good for travelers having to catch a flight the next day or arriving late. The hotel provides a shuttle to and fro the airport, which is very helpful. But you need to get in touch with the hotel to ascertain where in the airport is the shuttle.

HHGM720Overall had a really pleasant stay here! The room was clean, spacious, and comfortable and the staff were nice. Old Town Warsaw is also not too far away, and it’s such a lovely place to visit. Highly recommend eating Polish dumplings!
My friend who is a lifelong Warsaw resident thought this stay was a bit overpriced, but it’s still far more reasonable than hotels in many other European cities. My only hiccup with this booking was the shuttle service: it was confusing to coordinate. Most complimentary airport shuttle services have shuttles going back and forth every hour or every 30 minutes, so I didn’t realize this hotel only has one shuttle and one driver, meaning you have to individually schedule your pickup in advance. It’s hard to predict what time you’ll be ready to go, as even if your flight lands on time, you still have to de-board the plane, go through customs/immigration, wait for your baggage at the carousel and find your way to the exit. My bags took a while to come, and then I got a little lost, and the driver almost left without me. It was quite stressful, so I’d recommend giving yourself plenty of time to get from your plane to the shuttle.
