Super good 🖖, affordable and good quality, small city environment is good, right in the city center, eating, drinking and shopping are very convenient, I like it very much, and I will stay here in the future.

One more stay in this hotel brought perfect experience again. Wonderful sleeping conditions with classy matress and gorgeous feather pillows menu at your disposal. The room is not very big but fit and ergonomic, all amenities in order and at hand. The breacfast has no price as it is included, but does have good value for generosity, quality and diversity. Location is not central, but transport connection to center and main attractions is nice with bus starting just in several steps from the hotel entrance, but in case you choose staying around, there are two big shopping centers with food, cinemas, local markets and other entertainment options in the vicinity.

Location: Close to a tram/bus stop, allowing you to reach the city center and main attractions in 20 minutes, though Warsaw's public transport can get quite crowded. Surroundings: There's a fantastic park nearby, great for a morning stroll with lots of animals – that was a pleasant surprise. Facilities: There's a swimming pool, but it tends to get busy in the evenings. Room: Four-star quality, and it's rare to find disposable slippers in Europe, which was a nice touch.

I was very pleased with the hotel's design and cleanliness. The hotel's location is excellent, right in the CBD with everything you could need nearby. The breakfast was simple but good, and definitely filling. They offer a complimentary drink upon check-in, which is a nice touch. The gym is great, with most machines available and very clean. Overall, I'm very satisfied. Facilities: Excellent and modern. Cleanliness: Spotless, absolutely no issues. Environment: Conveniently located near the CBD with restaurants, shopping malls, etc. Service: Friendly.

I really enjoyed my stay at Presidential Hotel. The location is a big plus — very convenient, with easy access to public transportation and within walking distance to shopping areas. It made getting around the city effortless, especially as a traveller. Comfortable stay and a great base for exploring the city. Would happily stay here again.

I had a great stay here! I requested a high-floor room facing the central station where the Palace of Culture and Science is, and I got a lovely room! The view from my room was GORGEOUS. It was made even better because I could open the windows. The air-conditioning was not as cold as I would have liked, so I opened the windows for the natural air-conditioning at 10°C. The air-conditioning will auto-shut once you open the windows. For that, I would like to thank the staff who attended to my check-in and gave me this lovely room. The location is walkable, a straight walk from the central station. The tram to Stare Miasto stop (Castle Square) is just downstairs at the hotel. Nowy Swiat is within walking distance. There are a lot of restaurants and a few convenience stores around the hotel area. Zlote Tarasy (shopping mall) is where the central station is. Shops are closed on Sundays, though.

It was pretty good. There's a shopping mall right across the street, so it's very convenient for transportation. The breakfast was quite substantial, and they even had local specialty dumplings.

Always wonderful. Kind , cheerful, responsive and helpful front desk agents. This is not the case in many hotels. I stay here every time I am in Warsaw at least twice a year. My favorite! Chic decor, great restaurant food , elegant waiters.  Love YOU, Royal Tulip!

It was very convenient because it was close to the station and the exterior was easy to find even in the dark. The room was clean. The shower was also fine. The trash can was bare, so I hesitated to throw away various things (I put the trash from the single-use shampoo in a bag and threw it away), but I wonder if it's like this everywhere overseas. That was the only thing that bothered me.

The hotel is simply excellent, I will definitely go back there, the only thing we didn't like was the man at the reception, we were in this hotel in November for 4 days, but we decided to stay two days more, we decided to ask the price for 2 days, the man said $370, and we had to rent a room in another hotel and leave, but when we looked online the price for the hotel was much lower than he said, we bought another day at this hotel for $116, it was unpleasant to go back and forth from different hotels, and it seemed to me that the man at the reception was arrogant, that it was awkward to say we won’t pay $370 for two nights, we felt uncomfortable… Overall the hotel is super
