Super good 🖖, affordable and good quality, small city environment is good, right in the city center, eating, drinking and shopping are very convenient, I like it very much, and I will stay here in the future.
Overall, my stay was excellent. The hotel environment was clean and comfortable, and the room was meticulously cleaned, which made me feel very at ease. The breakfast offered a wide variety of options and tasted great. The location is super close to the airport, making travel very convenient. The hotel also provides a shuttle service, which saved me a lot of hassle and time. I'm very satisfied with everything.
The location is great, right near the Old Town. However, there were only two bathrooms for four dorm rooms, so someone was always using them. They also weren't very clean, which was a bit off-putting. It cost money just to enter the kitchen, and if you didn't pay, you couldn't even use the fridge or dishes. The paid breakfast (30 PLN) was quite basic; I'd recommend eating at a nearby milk bar for half the price instead.
We had a very pleasant stay. The service and cleanliness were perfect.
The only slightly negative aspect was that the view from the room is badly obscured by a massive advertisement over the side of the building, which creates a pink screen effect that is quite unpleasant.
Hotel is just across the airport, perfect location. The room was not fully prepared for the guests of two while the reservation was done in advance .When arriving at night and needing to wait an hour to get towels, isn’t best experience. Appreciate the help of the receptionist who in the end took care of everything.
The room was clean, soundproof ok wifi ok.
But the bed are wierd, especially the metal bed frame, full of static electricity in winter.
You need to take public transport to the hotel or go railway station from hotel, because are really cold in winter
And nothingto eat but pizza in the hotel, nearby grocery and restaurants closed early..
Hotel Polonia Palace is a historical Warsaw hotel, dating back to 1913. Therefore, it is quite a beautiful structure. The location is in the very center of Warsaw, at the intersection of the two main streets. Also very close to the main train station and a subway station. The downside of the location is that it’s a very ugly area. Across the street is the Palace of Culture, is a Stalinist monstrosity which should be really torn down as soon as possible, paving way for the reconstruction of the pre-WWII center of Warsaw. The services offered by the hotel are generally very good. The breakfast buffet is excellent. The only downside is internet, which works in a less than ideal manner. Also very good value for money.
I booked the hotel, cause I had previously stayed in it overnight to go to the airport. Was given two single beds and fell off one whilst sleeping. So i specifically booked for a king size bed on this trip, only to arrive and be told they had single beds made into a double bed. I ended up settling for the room that smelt better and bed seemed more sturdy, Intial floor I was on smelled like sewage, same with the room. Previously stayed in the other golden tulip, so I kept comparing experiences. Breakfast was just there, hot meals options were limited in some days and others you had to order off a small list of options. Because of language barrier, I engaged mostly on need led basis, but still all the times I walked passed the reception I Just kept getting akwards stares from the receptionist, no hello, just long awkward stares, I get that from random people on the street, but I didn’t expect that in a place where I am paying to stay. The only good encounters were from the housekeepers.
You can easily access both the city center and the airport from this hotel using the train. Although there aren't many restaurants around this hotel, there is a supermarket just in front of it. The room is clean and spacious.
A very nice, calm and comfortable room in a very good location close to a bus stop. Very good public communication to the airport some of the city's major attractions.

Llalalalal5The design is superb, the hotel is worth visiting. It is also very convenient to go to the old town. The breakfast is also good, with many options, but the serving speed is a bit slow. Two disadvantages: the washbasin is a bit small, and the curtains are not light-blocking (recommended to change), which affects sleep.

GGuest UserThe overall experience at this hotel was excellent. The spacious rooms, equipped with sofas and bathtubs, were very comfortable. The glass elevator was not only fast but also offered panoramic city views, creating a sense of expansiveness.
The breakfast was a highlight, with a wide variety of options and excellent taste. In addition to a variety of yogurt desserts and fresh fruit, there were also freshly squeezed fruit and vegetable juices and orange juice, which were healthy and energizing, making for a great start.
The sauna and fitness room on the third floor were perfect for relaxing, especially after a long journey.
The hotel is centrally located, making transportation very convenient, making it ideal for both sightseeing and business trips.
Overall, this is a highly recommended accommodation option.
PPrince of PusanThe hotel is located in the heart of Oldtown and is nice. The rooms are very spacious, clean and the staff is very professional.
The only thing is the rooms are big but awkwardly shaped- you have to go to the couch to see the TV and the overall layout of the room is not a conventional hotel.
Other than that, the hotel has an old boutique charm.
SSylvia TeohI am here for business trip and had a great 4nights stay at this hotel. The room is spacious and the staffs are really friendly and sweet. I wanted to call out on 1 front desk lady (I didn't recall her name) but she is very lovely and helpful. Truly professional! I highly recommend this hotel
CChengI had an exceptional experience at Platinum Residence. The luxurious accommodations, attentive staff, and exquisite amenities made my stay truly memorable. The well-appointed rooms were both comfortable and stylish, offering a perfect retreat after a day of exploration. The hotel's central location allowed for convenient access to local attractions, and the attention to detail in service exceeded my expectations. I highly recommend Platinum Residence for a refined and indulgent stay.
GGuest UserThe room was great, and the location was also excellent. There are various bus stops, subway stations, and tram stops nearby. Plus, you can easily walk to several attractions, which is pretty convenient. All in all, it was a good stay.
LLonely Railway ExplorerThe room was clean, soundproof ok wifi ok.

GGuest UserI recently stayed at this lovely hotel in Warsaw, and overall, my experience was very positive. One of the first things that stood out to me was how clean and well-maintained the entire property was. Every corner of the hotel felt fresh, tidy, and taken care of, which immediately made me feel comfortable and at ease.
The room I stayed in was beautiful—spacious, modern, and elegantly designed with a calming color scheme that made it a perfect space to relax after a long day. The bed was incredibly comfortable, and the lighting in the room was thoughtfully arranged, making it suitable for both rest and work.
The hotel’s location is another big plus. Situated in the heart of Warsaw, it’s within walking distance to many popular attractions, charming cafes, and local restaurants. Whether you’re visiting for sightseeing or business, the location makes it easy to get around and enjoy the city.
The only downside I experienced was the slow check-in process. The front desk service, while friendly and respectful, took longer than expected, which can be inconvenient after a long journey. However, the staff were professional and welcoming, which made the wait more bearable.
All in all, I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a clean, stylish, and comfortable stay in Warsaw. It offers great value, a peaceful atmosphere, and a beautiful room to return to after a day exploring the city. A solid choice for any traveler.
GGuest UserI like this hotel, just one issue, little bit noise in the morning time, but I understand why, airport is to close, so, I will book this hotel one more time
