Overall the hotel is good but i think only suitable for business travellers. Their is nothing surrounding and only a small shopping mall there. Not many restaurants but there are some thai food, Japanese food and kebab restaurants
One more stay in this hotel brought perfect experience again. Wonderful sleeping conditions with classy matress and gorgeous feather pillows menu at your disposal. The room is not very big but fit and ergonomic, all amenities in order and at hand.
The breacfast has no price as it is included, but does have good value for generosity, quality and diversity. Location is not central, but transport connection to center and main attractions is nice with bus starting just in several steps from the hotel entrance, but in case you choose staying around, there are two big shopping centers with food, cinemas, local markets and other entertainment options in the vicinity.
Location: Close to a tram/bus stop, allowing you to reach the city center and main attractions in 20 minutes, though Warsaw's public transport can get quite crowded.
Surroundings: There's a fantastic park nearby, great for a morning stroll with lots of animals – that was a pleasant surprise.
Facilities: There's a swimming pool, but it tends to get busy in the evenings.
Room: Four-star quality, and it's rare to find disposable slippers in Europe, which was a nice touch.

Overall, the hotel is a good one with friendly and helpful staff, but still, we expect an improvement in facilities and I will explain as below in details:
1. Staff: friendly and helpful, both reception staff and house keeping staff. They would listen and understand and provide necessary support. I like the small heart from the housekeeping staff as a reply to my request.
2. Environment: no doubt Moxy is a good hotel choice for people of all ages, even though Moxy is targeting more on young travelers. I like the self-service lockers for luggages, it is helpful. And the hotel is also located in a good place in city center with good access to public transportation.
3. Facility: now we come to the part needs improvement. First of all, there is no fridge, though it is a standard to most Moxy hotels in the world. Secondly, no slippers provided to customers while I believe it is quite necessary especially in cold seasons. Third, the showerhead had a very low water pressure and the water temperature was not high, making the whole showering process very uncomfortable, especially since the weather in Warsaw has been very cold these past few days! Lastly, as shown in the picture, the toilet was leaking, which was quite embarrassing. Since I only discovered it on my last day of stay, I didn't report it to the hotel during my stay.
4. Breakfast: many choices. But I recommend to add sparking water in addition to still water.
Overall, good hotel. I'm deducting one star for the service, not because of the hotel itself, but because I couldn't earn SNP and credits when I booked through a third-party platform, I know the policy, but I encourage Bonvoy Marriott to expand cooperation with more booking agencies.

Really nicely located hotel with everything you need and a refined feel for a mid-range property. Very functional layout with a mini sofa even in the Standard Double Rooms, a restaurant and a lounge bar.
Check in and out are smooth and speedy, and they can keep your luggage for you after check out in a locked baggage storage room.
It's abt 12mins walk from the main station, and with main tram/bus lines that goes towards the old town and touristy areas.

It was pretty good. There's a shopping mall right across the street, so it's very convenient for transportation. The breakfast was quite substantial, and they even had local specialty dumplings.

Probably the best hotel I’ve stayed in Warsaw. Very comfortable, clean, modern with friendly staff. Location is also great and there are nice restaurants / coffee shops close by. Highly recommended.

The hotel feels a bit dated, especially the carpet on the floor in the rooms, but it is visible that refurbishment is ongoing and some parts of the hotel has been renovated already

Very beautiful hotel with nice breakfast. The location was the best.In the middle of old and new town where you can use tram-bus easily. The only thing i would like from the receptionists to have a little bit smile when they speak with the customer. Its not very important for our stay but i think that a smiling person gets you in the mood.Only a blonde girl at the check for the breakfast was smiling. If we travel again to Warsaw,we will stay at this hotel

Very Good
Llalalalal5The design is superb, the hotel is worth visiting. It is also very convenient to go to the old town. The breakfast is also good, with many options, but the serving speed is a bit slow. Two disadvantages: the washbasin is a bit small, and the curtains are not light-blocking (recommended to change), which affects sleep.
GGuest UserThe entire hotel had a great vibe, and is currently being modernized. Service was immaculate. The sleeping balm at the night desk was a nice touch to make the stay even more pleasant.
PPrince of PusanThe hotel is located in the heart of Oldtown and is nice. The rooms are very spacious, clean and the staff is very professional.
The only thing is the rooms are big but awkwardly shaped- you have to go to the couch to see the TV and the overall layout of the room is not a conventional hotel.
Other than that, the hotel has an old boutique charm.
OOften TravelerThe hotel was clean, bright, and had a warm, welcoming atmosphere. The rooms were nicely styled with great natural light, and the design felt consistent throughout. Wi-Fi was strong across the entire property, which was a big plus.
The gym, while equipped with the basics, felt a bit underwhelming — located in the basement, it lacked the design attention given to the rest of the hotel. Still, overall, a great job on creating a stylish and comfortable space.
CChengI had an exceptional experience at Platinum Residence. The luxurious accommodations, attentive staff, and exquisite amenities made my stay truly memorable. The well-appointed rooms were both comfortable and stylish, offering a perfect retreat after a day of exploration. The hotel's central location allowed for convenient access to local attractions, and the attention to detail in service exceeded my expectations. I highly recommend Platinum Residence for a refined and indulgent stay.
MM505461****The location is fantastic, very close to Warsaw's Old Town, making it super convenient for getting around. The surrounding area is also great for a stroll, with lovely scenery! The breakfast spread was quite rich too, with plenty of choices!
MMilkyMeowstayed at this hostel twice in late December and it was a great experience for the price. The beds were surprisingly comfortable and the entire place was very clean which made it easy to get some good rest. I really liked the location because it is within walking distance of the Warszawa Zachodnia station and there are trams to the city center right outside the door. The staff at the front desk was helpful and the 24 hour reception made the check in process very simple. It is definitely one of the best budget options in Warsaw if you want something reliable and well located.
AAmroI recently stayed at this lovely hotel in Warsaw, and overall, my experience was very positive. One of the first things that stood out to me was how clean and well-maintained the entire property was. Every corner of the hotel felt fresh, tidy, and taken care of, which immediately made me feel comfortable and at ease.
The room I stayed in was beautiful—spacious, modern, and elegantly designed with a calming color scheme that made it a perfect space to relax after a long day. The bed was incredibly comfortable, and the lighting in the room was thoughtfully arranged, making it suitable for both rest and work.
The hotel’s location is another big plus. Situated in the heart of Warsaw, it’s within walking distance to many popular attractions, charming cafes, and local restaurants. Whether you’re visiting for sightseeing or business, the location makes it easy to get around and enjoy the city.
The only downside I experienced was the slow check-in process. The front desk service, while friendly and respectful, took longer than expected, which can be inconvenient after a long journey. However, the staff were professional and welcoming, which made the wait more bearable.
All in all, I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a clean, stylish, and comfortable stay in Warsaw. It offers great value, a peaceful atmosphere, and a beautiful room to return to after a day exploring the city. A solid choice for any traveler.
SSubrata I Gusti MadeIt was very great experience staying in this hotel. The airport transfer was great as well, as complimentary since our flight arrived Warsawa already a bit late but driver of shuttle van was there and brought us to the hotel and helping loading/unloading ours baggages as well.. Receiptionist staff also really great and professional. Thank you Hampton by Hilton Airport Hotel Warsaw..🙏🙏🙏
GGuest UserThe room is clean but very small. There are no slippers and no water is provided. There is no hair dryer, in fact, there is nothing. There is only a refrigerator, microwave, kettle and electric stove (I did not use any of this), but slippers and a hairdryer were needed more🙌🏼
