This stay truly exceeded my expectations! As soon as I walked in, I was amazed by the elegant, antique-style lobby. The Chinese-inspired decor was sophisticated and grand, exuding exquisite charm and a wonderful ambiance everywhere you looked. The hotel also features a clean and tidy swimming pool with crystal-clear water and a comfortable environment – perfect for relaxing. I especially want to commend KK at the front desk; her service was outstanding. She was patient and professional during check-in, answered all my questions, and was gentle and thorough throughout, which made me feel incredibly welcome. The room was clean, tidy, and well-equipped, and the soundproofing was good, making for a quiet and comfortable overall experience. The location is convenient and makes getting around easy, offering great value for money. The service, environment, and amenities all show great care and attention to detail, making for a very pleasant stay. I highly recommend it to everyone; I'll definitely choose this hotel first for my next trip. It deserves a five-star rating!

The water park facilities are abundant and well-equipped, with thrilling slides and a gentle, safe shallow area, ensuring everyone, young and old, can have a blast. The water park music festival was vibrant and relaxing, offering the dual joy of playing in the water and listening to music. Laura's service was enthusiastic and attentive, responding promptly and assisting with any issues immediately. The shuttle bus service to and from the parking lot made getting around very convenient and stress-free. Overall, the park environment is excellent for an all-in-one, super comfortable vacation. Our whole family had a fantastic time!!

This is our second stay at this hotel, and it was just as satisfying as the first, which is why we chose it again for our vacation. The overall living experience at the hotel is very comfortable, the room offers expansive views, and the sea view is particularly beautiful, making for a truly pleasant stay. We heard that an undersea tunnel and a grand theater are currently under construction near the hotel, part of a Sanya municipal project, which is completely understandable. The hotel's breakfast buffet is excellent, with a rich variety of dishes and great flavors – we were very happy with it. As we traveled during the May Day holiday, there were quite a few guests, so a larger crowd was to be expected. The overall service was 10/10 thoughtful and attentive, and the value for money is excellent. We're always happy to choose this place whenever we come to Sanya and will definitely return!

This Seaview B&B is truly a healing experience. The overall pure white, minimalist style is incredibly chic and visually stunning. The infinity pool seamlessly blends with the ocean, offering an expansive and breathtaking view – every photo you take here will be picture-perfect. The floor-to-ceiling windows in the room provide a magnificent sea view, and the environment is quiet and serene. Falling asleep to the sound of the waves at night is incredibly peaceful. The entire place is clean and tidy, with a relaxed and comfortable atmosphere. It's truly the perfect place to stay if you're looking to unwind in Sanya.

This was my second stay here, and I spent four nights. The butler service was incredibly attentive, arranging transfers for me and even offering complimentary afternoon tea. Any requests I had were promptly addressed. The room was clean and well-maintained, equipped with all the necessary facilities, including a bathtub. The public swimming pool and laundry room were convenient, and the lobby area was beautiful. Plus, it's right on the beachfront!

This stay was absolutely fantastic! Our butler, Emily, was incredibly thoughtful and attentive. She helped us sign up for the membership program, which even included free breakfast for the kids – a great deal! She also kindly shared duty-free vouchers, the shuttle bus schedule, and detailed hotel information, which made our trip and sightseeing so much easier. The hotel environment was comfortable, the service was meticulous, and we felt completely at ease throughout our entire stay.

The hotel features European-style architecture, a beautiful lobby, and even massage chairs. On the first floor, you'll find a restaurant, a convenience store, a gym, and more. The breakfast is a delicious buffet offering both Chinese and Western options. I wanted to add another breakfast, and the lovely waitress at the restaurant told me it would be cheaper to purchase it through the hotel's **livestream**, which I did. It was a great deal. I stayed for four nights in a deluxe double room with a bathtub. The room was spacious and quiet, and it was cleaned daily. If needed, the cleaning staff would change the bed linens every day. The only minor drawback was that the bathtub in the room was a bit old. I brought my own bathtub cleaner and gave it a good scrub. A hot bath before bed was very relaxing. Most of the guests staying here were from Russia, and there were staff members who spoke Russian. Nearby, there are Summer Department Store and Big Pineapple Mall, and it's about 700 meters to Lulingkou (bus stop), making transportation convenient. Plus, there are various snack shops nearby, so dinner is easily sorted. My flight was late, so I wanted to extend my check-out by two hours. The kind lady at the front desk was very nice and helped me with the late check-out. Additionally, the hotel beds are quite firm, which is perfect for people with back pain or herniated discs. My mother, who has a herniated disc, found the hotel's firm bed incredibly comfortable, and I did too. The hotel offers great value for money, and I would definitely stay here again.

I'm so lucky to have found such a great place to stay! The room was very clean, the facilities were new, and the view was amazing. Enjoying the sea breeze and a drink was so relaxing. The service was also excellent, and the pillows were incredibly comfortable. Could you sell me one? 😊

The location is excellent, with convenient transportation and a full range of amenities nearby. The staff are very friendly and helpful. It's also a very short walk to the beach. I'd definitely come back again if I have the chance!

What a pleasant surprise! I come to Sanya every year, sometimes even twice a year. I've watched Tianli Bay open, and this time, on a whim, I decided to switch to this hotel, and it felt like I'd discovered a new vacation paradise. Both the lobby and the rooms are very airy and bright; the lobby, in particular, looks stunning in the evening. The pool area is fantastic and caters to various needs, with sections suitable for both young children and older kids. Our butler, Qiu, was very responsive, and the front desk check-in was quick and seamless. 😇 I really have to praise the breakfast restaurant this time. The layout, lighting, and food quality at Tianli Bay's breakfast restaurant are on par with executive lounges at other hotels. The simple soup noodles, with their flavorful broth, crispy lettuce, and beef stewed with radish – you can taste the sweet crunch of the lettuce, the tender sweetness of the radish, and the soft chicken. It was incredibly delicious. All the fruit and vegetable juices are freshly squeezed and truly refreshing. They even offer oat bowls with such an innovative concept – it was so outstanding that I kept praising it while eating. I'd come back just for the breakfast alone! I noticed the hotel even raises its own Wenchang chickens and grows some lemongrass and cilantro, which really shows how much they prioritize the dining experience. The breakfast focuses on quality over quantity, which I appreciate. However, the housekeeping department absolutely needs to address waterproofing and mold prevention. Otherwise, it would be such a shame for a hotel in such a prime location. While the beach isn't exactly 'glassy' clear, it's more than sufficient for swimming, digging in the sand, collecting shells, and relaxing on the hotel's beach chairs, with staff keeping an eye on things. After all, many hotels don't even provide beach chairs…
