Choosing this hotel for my Sanya trip was such a smart decision! The location is absolutely fantastic, right by the sea, making it incredibly convenient for getting around. The room was clean, tidy, spacious, and bright, with excellent natural light and views. From my sea-view room, opening the window revealed nothing but the clear blue sea and sky – the sea breeze was wonderfully refreshing. The hotel's environment is elegant and tranquil, surrounded by lush greenery, creating a great atmosphere. The pool was clean and comfortable too. The staff were warm, polite, and provided thoughtful, attentive service, making for an excellent stay. The breakfast offered a rich variety of delicious options. Overall, the value for money is superb. It's my top choice for a relaxing getaway, and I'll definitely stay here again next time I'm in Sanya. Highly recommend!

When checking in, I was told that a late check-out would depend on availability the next morning. The dolphin show I had booked was scheduled for two days later. Upon entering the room, despite it being high up, there was a strong musty smell, and the bedding felt damp! When I reported this to customer service, the front desk just said there was nothing they could do. My expectations were really let down, and I just figured it was an issue with hotels in tourist areas, so I resigned myself to it. However, at that moment, the butler contacted me and asked if I needed any help. What I thought would just be a complaint turned into something much more – the butler not only upgraded our room but also helped us book tickets and perfectly anticipated our travel plans, advising us on the most convenient routes! I will definitely come back again, not because of the room type or the hotel facilities, but because of the butler's amazing service. I was so happy, and they even gave us a gift when we left. Stayed for two consecutive nights and experienced different room types, which was really great! The hygiene was impeccable, and the facilities were complete, including a bathtub and a public pool, plus a private bathroom. The environment is beautiful, and the upstairs rooms are especially comfortable. I loved it! The service was excellent, and they were always ready to help. Highly recommend!

I was thoroughly impressed by the service at this hotel! From helping with luggage to check-in, everyone greeted us with a smile. I was traveling with my child, and the front desk immediately provided a toiletries kit, which my child loved. Our butler, Nita, was incredibly helpful, answering all our questions and even assisting with booking a travel photoshoot. In the evening, she prepared a bedtime dessert for my child – the papaya and white fungus soup was delicious! Before we checked out, Nita also arranged a late check-out for us, telling us not to rush, which was incredibly thoughtful. I definitely have to commend the hotel's service! 👍🏻

This hotel offers incredible value for money, especially if you're not bothered about a sea view. It's just a five-minute walk to the beach, and the surrounding area has an amazing variety of restaurants, offering cuisine from all over the world to suit any taste. The service and cleanliness were standard, and the room itself was very spacious. The only minor downside is that the facilities are a bit dated. Overall, definitely recommend staying here.

I just can't help but rave about the Grand Hyatt Sanya Haitang Bay! First off, the ambiance – you feel the grandeur the moment you step in. Both the lounge and the gardens exude a high-end feel; every shot you take looks like it belongs in a magazine. The design is incredibly thoughtful, for instance, the bedside switches are conveniently placed, and the lighting is smartly sectioned so you're not blinded if you get up at night. My absolute favorite part was the large balcony. Lying on the long sofa out there, enjoying the sea breeze with some tea and fruit – it was just bliss! The suite itself was spacious and beautiful, with clearly defined living and sleeping areas, making it feel incredibly open and bright. The bathtub and hot water were perfect; a hot bath and a show at night just melted away all the day's fatigue. The bedding was super comfortable – soft yet supportive – I just hit the pillow and slept soundly until morning. The AC temperature was just right, making for a very pleasant stay. An unexpected bonus was having a kitchen, which made it easy to whip up a simple seafood meal. And I have to praise the pool – the water was so clear you could see the tiles at the bottom. Staff were constantly maintaining it every day, so swimming felt completely safe. The breakfast was abundant and incredibly delicious, especially the noodles, which were thin and crispy – so good. Oh, and for parents with furry friends, listen up! The hotel has a dedicated, large, and clean grassy area for pets to play. It’s incredibly thoughtful! All in all, this experience was absolutely worth it. I'll definitely be staying here again next time I'm in Sanya!
