The suite is spacious, perfect for families or friends traveling together. The free WiFi is stable, the air conditioning works great, and the bathroom has a clean, separate wet and dry area. It's about a ten-minute walk from the famous church, and there are plenty of restaurants and convenience stores nearby, making it super convenient for eating out and sightseeing.

1. It was surprisingly good, even better than the pictures online! There are so many guesthouses in Tianya Town that it's overwhelming to choose, but this one, ranked on Trip.com, definitely didn't disappoint. As soon as I entered the hotel lobby, I was greeted by a beautiful view. 2. I highly recommend booking a sea-view room with a balcony. Don't let a few hundred bucks deter you; it's totally worth it and you won't regret it. It's especially beautiful on a clear day. 3. Overall, the service was good. A suggestion: perhaps further enhance the friendliness of all staff members (I personally felt some could be a bit more approachable)! 4. The common areas and rooms were very clean; there were always cleaning staff working. 5. The complimentary photo shoot provided by the hotel was also great. The hotel interior is very photogenic, especially the pool area. I visited during New Year's Eve, and the atmosphere in the town was absolutely fantastic! There was even a fireworks show by the sea.

The hotel boasts a private beach area with expansive ocean views, and watching the sunrise from the balcony in the morning is truly therapeutic. · It's close to attractions like Tongguling and Stone Park, making it ideal for self-driving tourists. · The hotel grounds are lush with greenery, creating a strong tropical garden ambiance. · The front desk proactively provided a schedule of hotel activities upon check-in. · Housekeeping staff were polite and enthusiastic, and room amenities were replenished promptly. · The concierge offered free maps and attraction recommendations. ⚠️ Areas for improvement: • Breakfast peak hours require queuing, and some popular dishes are refilled a bit slowly. • Some rooms are quite far from the lobby; it's advisable to specify your preference in advance. • The hotel is a bit older, and some facilities show their age; floor tiles are cracked and loose in places. 🎯 Suitable for: Family trips | Romantic getaways | Photography enthusiasts | Travelers seeking a peaceful retreat Overall, this Hilton generally maintains its brand standards, especially excelling in creating a natural environment. The value for money would be even better if an discounted package is booked in advance. The front desk also gave a complimentary local specialty gift upon check-out, which was a nice touch!

Atlantis Sanya Hotel Stay Review I've long dreamt of staying at the Atlantis Sanya, a fantastical landmark perched on Haitang Bay. Just catching a glimpse of its iconic ”Poseidon Tower” from afar instantly ignited my vacation excitement. This time, I finally took my family during the holidays, and not only did we immerse ourselves in the wondrous underwater world, but we were also incredibly touched by the super attentive service, making our entire stay truly blissful. Upon entering the hotel, the first thing that caught my eye was the gigantic seahorse sculpture. Its dynamic form, coupled with dazzling lights, immediately created an immersive ocean-themed atmosphere. I couldn't resist pausing to snap several photos. Stepping further in, the lobby was even more stunning – a colossal aquarium teeming with colorful tropical fish, a dome adorned with blue lights resembling deep-sea reflections, and even the floor tiles subtly designed with wave patterns. Every snapshot felt like it belonged in a magazine. Right after checking in, we headed straight to the theater for the C Show. The aquatic stunts, aerial silks, and ocean-themed storyline on stage perfectly blended together, with dazzling lights and spectacular performances that captivated both adults and children, leaving everyone thoroughly thrilled. Our ocean-view twin room was a real gem, offering double the surprise as soon as we opened the door: one side showcased the lively scene of roller coasters zipping through the Aquaventure Waterpark, while the other presented the calming vista where the azure sea merged with the skyline. Waking up to the sound of waves in the morning and watching the park lights illuminate the night sky in the evening was incredibly relaxing. The thoughtful details in the room were also heartwarming: children's toothbrushes and slippers were already laid out, the soft bedding was comfortable against the skin, a footstool was provided at the vanity for little ones, and complimentary sodas were supplied in the mini-fridge, restocked daily. The entire hotel felt like a shopping mall, offering everything from dining and entertainment to shopping (Hainan specialties, Pop Mart, BaWangChaJi, ice cream, popcorn, and other shops). Guests staying at the hotel enjoyed unlimited access to the aquarium and waterpark. In ”The Lost Chambers” Aquarium, we wandered through underwater tunnels, watching sharks swim overhead, as if transported to a mysterious underwater kingdom. Although we didn't try the thrilling rides at the waterpark, feeding the stingrays and letting the children float down the lazy river multiple times were all incredibly enjoyable. The hotel also gifted us 5 free travel photoshoots. After booking a time with the staff in advance, the photographer guided us through various poses, and the final results were outstanding. The staff member who helped us choose the photos was very helpful, offering suggestions when I was indecisive, and ultimately helped me select a cost-effective package. Our butler, Ivy, was an absolute treasure. The day before our arrival, she proactively added me on WeChat, reminded me of the hotel's activity routes and the C Show schedule, and even presented us with a pair of adorable whale plushies as a welcome gift. My children adored them and kept asking for another pair. I hesitantly messaged Ivy, and to my surprise, she quickly delivered another pair. Throughout our stay, whether it was for information or room service, Ivy always responded instantly, truly acting as our dedicated and attentive personal butler. The service from our room attendant, Li Chunmiao, was even more meticulous and touching. Every day when we returned from our outings, the room was spotless, the bed made perfectly, and even the children's scattered toys were neatly organized. She also thoughtfully gave us an extra pair of whale plushies. She specifically noticed that we were using chairs to block the bed, worried about the children falling off during sleep, so she proactively brought and installed a child bed rail, making sure it was stable before leaving. While luxurious hardware is the foundation, it's the supremely thoughtful service that truly defines the soul of Atlantis. Many thanks to butler Ivy and room attendant Li Chunmiao for their dedicated efforts. Next time we visit Sanya, we will definitely choose to stay here again!

the stay was pretty good overall, but the first room we checked in was moldy in some places, also some towels was slightly dirty, but they changed it the moment i pointed that out, the staff was really friendly and suggested other rooms to check in, they also let us check out a little later, since our flight was pretty late too, the breakfast wasn't bad, but the variety of food wasn't that big and mostly really oily

This guesthouse offers truly exceptional, 'home away from home' service. - As soon as you arrive at Phoenix Airport (whether by high-speed train or plane), they'll arrange airport pick-up for you. - Photography services are available. - The location is fantastic, very close to the beach, so you can enjoy the sea breeze in the evenings and occasionally see fireworks being set off. - High-quality hotel facilities (bed, bathroom, beautiful views). - 24/7 customer service, with quick responses and excellent communication skills (especially if you use WeChat). - Safety is a top priority; they continuously improve infrastructure to prepare for typhoons. - Every shift of staff is aware of previous guest requests, so you never have to remind them. - Tianya Town has lots of great food options, usually open until 10-11 PM. My family and I had a wonderful stay.

Overall, it's great value for money, and the hotel is quite large. If you can catch the fireworks show, it's definitely worth bringing your family and children to stay here. New Year's Eve Fireworks Tickets (2 tickets, only for stays from Dec 31st to Jan 2nd): The fireworks at Ocean Flower Island won't disappoint, especially for New Year's Eve.

The service was truly excellent. From the doormen to the front desk receptionists, the staff at the buffet restaurant and executive lounge, and even the head of housekeeping, everyone had an incredibly good service attitude. They were truly able to meet guests' needs and solve problems. Communication with the staff was also very smooth. The housekeeping staff were also great; they cleaned the room spotlessly and would proactively ask when would be a good time to clean, which they always did promptly. However, there was one minor dissatisfaction: I personally felt that the Executive Room type was a bit small. That said, the bathroom was very large, with a wet/dry separation, a bathtub where you could soak while enjoying the night view, and two sinks. The bathroom itself was very spacious. Overall, it was quite good. However, it seems the twin beds in the Executive Room had different sizes (the first room we stayed in had an AC problem but the beds were larger; after switching rooms, the AC worked great but the beds were smaller). I hope all twin beds can be 1.35 meters wide. The outdoor pool and the outdoor heated hot spring (39-40 degrees Celsius) were both excellent, and they even had peacocks! Overall, I was very satisfied. It's a great place for a relaxing getaway, and I'll bring my parents next time. Getting a taxi was also very convenient.

## Surrounded by Beauty I stayed for a whole week and didn't switch hotels! Next time I'm in Sanya, I'll definitely stay here again! The food was incredibly satisfying, restaurant-quality! Excellent value for money! This was my first time traveling with my 1.5-year-old twin babies, and the hotel offered plenty of activities. The hotel has direct access to the beach (pictures 4/14), something no other nearby hotels have! This is because the hotel specially renovated an underground passage to reach the beach! 【Bedding】The only minor downside was that the mattress was a little saggy, but considering the last renovation was in 2018, I'm still very happy with the price! I hope next time there will be value-added services like replacing them with Simmons mattresses!

The Hilton is definitely the best hotel on Ocean Flower Island, and its location is fantastic. There's a gourmet food street nearby, and a McDonald's just a few steps downstairs. It's super convenient for catching the light show at night, and visiting the museum complex and outlet mall during the day. The hotel facilities are also great; having a Bluetooth speaker to listen to music is a nice touch. The first room I stayed in was quite small. Even though the front desk had thoughtfully given me a room on a higher floor, the hallway in the room still felt cramped. Later, because the air conditioning broke, they moved me to a larger sea-view room, and suddenly, the room felt much more comfortable. The biggest downside in the room was that the shower water wasn't hot enough. After showering, I was freezing! It was practically lukewarm water. The bath towels were also cold, not absorbent, and felt slippery – just so cold. Another drawback was that the windows were very heavy; you needed staff to help open or close them, which was a bit inconvenient. Overall, the service staff were generally very good, and my overall experience was still pretty positive.

MM222459****The hotel is absolutely stunning. Every room's balcony is adorned with bougainvillea, making it breathtaking from the outside and beautiful and atmospheric from within. The room itself is very spacious, almost like a retreat, giving off a lovely 'early retirement' vibe 😚😚. The package deal for two consecutive nights was very comfortable. Breakfast was decent and sufficient, with a choice between the Ocean Restaurant and the Villa Restaurant. We went to the Ocean Restaurant both days because of its incredibly beautiful aquarium wall.

MM41880****InterContinental Haitang Bay was definitely the right choice! As expected from an InterContinental, the lobby is grand, and the public areas exude a strong Southeast Asian vibe, with beautifully maintained greenery. It's very close to the beach, where the hotel provides lounge chairs, towels, sand toys, and drinking water, allowing you to leisurely relax and enjoy the magnificent view of Haitang Bay. The breakfast is quite impressive, offering a wide variety of options, including various Hainanese specialties. The complimentary meal at Tianfu Chinese Restaurant was excellent! I'd seen some negative reviews about the Executive Lounge on social media, but I found it to be perfectly fine. There's plenty of food for both kids and seniors, and the variety of dishes is quite good. The service was absolutely incredible, which was my favorite aspect. Every staff member we encountered greeted us warmly, and any requests made to the front desk or our butler were met immediately – the response time was incredibly fast. They even provided welcome fruit and a complimentary minibar. What's more, the staff were incredibly kind; they actively helped soothe our crying child and even offered umbrellas to escort us indoors when it rained. The mini-train is free, the kids' club is free, family activities are free, the heated pool is free, and towels and swim rings are readily available... you name it, they have it. Plus, our room type had a 180-degree balcony, offering fantastic views of not only the duty-free shop but also the ocean. Overall, it was truly amazing, and I'm so glad I spent so much time carefully choosing this hotel! A big thank you to the staff for their hard work ✌🏻✌🏻✌🏻, ✌🏻✌🏻✌🏻, ✌🏻✌🏻✌🏻!

MM232589****Overall, I'd definitely recommend this hotel. They have a lot of family activities, and my kids had a blast. The night before check-in, Rodri proactively reached out on WeChat, offering some helpful tips for our stay, which was a really thoughtful touch. They also sent us a guide for hotel activities in advance. We had originally booked a room without breakfast through Qunfan, but Rodri went to their supervisor, Daria, and managed to get us a complimentary breakfast, which we really appreciated. As soon as we arrived, staff members were quick to help with our luggage and were very welcoming and efficient. My dedicated assistant also brought our luggage directly to our room – a big thank you to Rodri! All the staff throughout our stay were incredibly friendly and helpful.

JJianerjiaomianhuaOverall, pretty good value for money, especially considering it was peak season around New Year's Eve, so there were more people. Despite that, the hotel beach was still very clear and clean. There aren't many commercial malls or attractions nearby; the closest is Baihua Valley. This makes it perfect for those who prefer a quiet and peaceful vacation. The scenery is fantastic, and the hotel's breakfast buffet offers great value and tastes delicious. For dinner, if you can't find a good place to eat out, the hotel's own BBQ set is a good option, with a wide variety of choices. Eating out anywhere else would easily cost a few hundred yuan. The room size was average, but perfectly sufficient for one person, and the cleanliness was decent. I was a bit worried after reading some reviews about the beds being damp, but once I arrived, I found that wasn't the case. It was dry and fresh during the day. Since it's near the sea, it can get a bit humid at night, so it's best to close the windows and balcony door early to avoid a slight dampness. Other than that, I didn't have high demands; the main point of a trip is to get out and enjoy. I'm generally satisfied.

CChang80Pros: Feels more like a true getaway compared to other Dadonghai hotels, away from the hustle and bustle. The room was very clean and the facilities were new. The balcony railing height is very child-friendly and safe for families with kids. The room included executive lounge access, and the service was excellent. The butler service was responsive throughout our stay. The artificial beach around the pool was a very thoughtful design; my son loved it. There's a popcorn and novelty ice cream stand in the lobby that my son absolutely adored. Cons: The peak tourist season in Sanya is winter. For a hotel that markets itself as family-friendly, not having its own beach and failing to provide a heated pool will surely lead to a significant loss of guests. The shallow pool only reached about 25 degrees Celsius around lunchtime. Kids can't just get out of the water, change, eat, and then come back to play. Yet, the pool area surprisingly didn't offer a cafe or simple meal options for guests to order.

MM41081****The sea at Haitang Bay is indeed more beautiful than at Yalong Bay! The hotel bed was very comfortable; this old-school five-star still holds up! My mom has some mobility issues, and the front desk arranged a room close to the elevator for us. The live singer at night was excellent! We even had the good fortune to be invited to a romantic wedding of a newlywed couple. If I had to mention any downsides, the breakfast taste and variety were really quite subpar, and the elevators were incredibly slow!

WWengwengviolaThis stay completely exceeded my expectations! The room offered a direct view of Haitang Bay, and every detail made me feel like my 'vacation mode' was fully activated. The hotel's garden design is exquisite, offering great privacy, making it perfect for couples looking for a quiet and relaxing getaway. · Stunning View: Located on the 11th floor, the room provided an unobstructed panorama of Haitang Bay. Waking up to watch the sunrise from bed and enjoying a drink while listening to the waves at night was incredibly romantic! · Room Amenities: The bedding was soft and comfortable, the balcony had lounge chairs and a sofa, the mini-bar was well-stocked, and the bathroom featured a separate wet/dry area with a convenient double vanity. · Breakfast (Coffee Shop): The selection was rich and varied. I highly recommend the Hainan Hou'an noodles and the freshly squeezed juices. The outdoor seating allowed us to enjoy the garden view while eating. · Private Beach: Direct access to the beach from the hotel garden. The sand was fine and soft, and an evening stroll there was incredibly therapeutic! · Nearby Convenience: A 5-minute walk takes you directly to the Haitang Bay Duty-Free Shopping Complex, making shopping super convenient (remember to ask the hotel to book discount vouchers!). In summary: If you're looking for a quiet, romantic, and ceremonial island getaway, the sea-view rooms at Grand Hyatt Haitang Bay will not disappoint. We've already planned to come back next year!
