Since the exact launch time couldn't be known in advance, I missed seeing it from my room, but the hotel does offer a paid viewing service. The concierge staff member was very enthusiastic and provided great emotional support. Chen from the front desk was also very proactive in helping me with various issues. The first obvious drawback is that the facilities are old. The furnishings are several years old, and the surfaces of the furniture and appliances are mottled and rusted. The TV is also too small. The second drawback: after swimming, I left my beach shoes and swimsuit to dry on the balcony. I collected my swimsuit the next day but forgot the beach shoes. I didn't remember them after checking out, and only realized the next day that they were missing. Chen from the front desk actively contacted housekeeping, but was told they weren't found, and no new guests had checked into the room yet. Fearing I might have forgotten, I checked my luggage at home and still couldn't find them. It's highly likely the shoes were treated as abandoned items by the cleaning staff on the balcony. Such a shame!

It's within walking distance to attractions like Luhuitou Park and Dadonghai Beach. The hotel also offers a free shuttle bus, making getting around incredibly convenient. Upon entering, it felt like stepping into a traditional Chinese garden, with rockeries and flowing water, lush greenery, and beautiful scenery at every turn, exuding an oriental charm. The room also exceeded my expectations. I stayed in a sea-view room with a private balcony and a scenic bathtub. From the balcony, I could overlook the stunning views of Dadonghai and the international yacht marina, especially at sunset – the scenery was absolutely captivating. The room amenities were comprehensive, the bedding was soft and comfortable, and all the toiletries were branded. Plus, it was impeccably clean. The hotel's service was truly impeccable. You'll often catch performances in the lobby, and the breakfast spread offers a great variety. The amenities are comprehensive, and the service is super responsive. A special shout-out to our butler, Xiaoyue! We checked in quite late and didn't get settled until well into the night. Even at that late hour, we had some questions, and she patiently answered every single one. Her help made our trip go so smoothly!

The unobstructed, direct ocean view from the balcony was absolutely stunning! The room itself was great in every aspect, with comfortable pillows and a bed. During check-in, I added access to the executive lounge for one adult and one child. The view from the 17th floor there was even more incredible. We enjoyed the breeze and some snacks. If you're not a big eater, the happy hour bites can even serve as dinner. However, the soft drink selection was a bit limited. The hotel's access to the beach was also very convenient: just go through an underpass, take two elevators, and you're right on the sand. There were plenty of activities for kids – my little one didn't even have time to try them all. Overall, it was a fantastic experience, and the staff were all very polite. I'll definitely be back!
