My recent experience at Canyon Hotel was disappointing due to their inefficient and inconvenient check-in process. While I understand that the official check-in time is 3:00 PM, the way they handle early arrivals is very frustrating. I arrived at 12:30 PM, but instead of completing the check-in process once, my details were put on hold. When I returned at 3:00 PM, I was required to repeat the entire process all over again, including verification and checks that had already been done earlier. At 3:00 PM, there was a very long line, and what made it worse was that guests who arrived exactly at 3:00 PM were given their room keys immediately, while those of us who arrived earlier had to queue again from the beginning. This felt unfair and poorly organized. In the past, the system was much more comfortable and guest-friendly. Unfortunately, the current process is no longer convenient and negatively affects the overall guest experience. I hope the management improves their check-in procedure to better accommodate early arrivals and provide a smoother experience for all guests. Overall, this stay was not as pleasant as before.

This is unexpected booking but super worth it. They gave us excellent services from the early check in and room service. They checked if the guess are ok & some concern. The room are bigger than we expected. The buffet even just 2-3 options it’s delicious. Lots of option in bread and super yummy.everyone in hotel are friendly but need some training how to address the guess especially it’s obviously im a trans with big boobs and very feminine. Some staff especially the boys called me Sir which are very awkward and unprofessional if my boyfriend with me it’s going to be fight🫩 but In total it’s recommended hotel in boracay. It’s worth it our stay❤️

Great place to stay, the staff are very welcoming especially the guards once they see you from afar they will already open the door for you. Free breakfast is included and the pool area is nice just so that we weren't able to go for a swim since it's raining on the island that time.

Amazing location. We was pleasantly surprised at how close we were to this gorgeous beach. The staff were extremely helpful and happy. The outside of the little buildings within beautiful gardens could do with a refresh, but otherwise, it was a lovely stay. We spent 6 nights here and could have easily spent another week. Upon check-in we had a bit of an issue with a lost bag, and the staff, particularly a serviría guard, was so helpful, and we did manage to get the bag back, much to our surprise as it was left on the transport Tom too type vehicle from the port. Overall we had a n amazing experience and would definitely stay here again.

Awesome clean, very good location. Though not on the beach but just 3 min walk to beach. All employees are well behaved and courteous. Booked two rooms for 5 nights and found the towels have stains some days. Hand towels are provided on request. Rooms are cleaned once a day whenever requested. Very good attitude but they sometimes do not or forget to refill the amenities, upon informing immediately takes action. Though not a big issue, but they do not provide Wellcome drinks and even do not provide water to drink even your are thirsty before checkin. This is inhumane. They also did not provide extra glass in room for guests visiting us repeatedly. Do not believe they do not have extra glass. Breakfast is only Philippine food, everyday almost same. One day they served us grilled chicken for us since beef was in the menu for breakfast. I definitely recommend this hotel 😊

I want to start by commending the housekeeping and room quality. My room was well-appointed, clean, and comfortable, which I truly appreciated. Unfortunately, the service standards did not match the quality of the accommodation. Since this was my first time staying with in this hotel, I wanted to share specific instances that affected my experience: • Dining Protocols: During lunch, staff began breaking down the buffet without informing dining guests. As I was still eating, this felt dismissive. A simple ”last call” announcement would have been appreciated. Similarly, during breakfast, my table was fully cleared while I was away getting dessert, creating confusion. Better training on recognizing when a guest has actually finished dining is needed. • Menu Expectations: I was disappointed to find the lunch menu significantly more limited than what is currently advertised in vlogs and online marketing. Managing these expectations is crucial for guest satisfaction. • Front Desk Efficiency: The check-out process was surprisingly slow. For travelers on a tight schedule, an inefficient check-out can create significant stress regarding flight times. I suggest reviewing your staffing or systems during peak departure hours.

Booked a room with shared bathroom. Room and bathroom are both spotless. Breakfast served was great, especially the bangsilog! Will surely book this hotel again when I go back to Boracay on a budget. The only slight negative I could think of was the AC inside the room. It was loud.

My stay at Golden Phoenix Boracay was a really pleasant experience. Everything was okay overall, but what stood out was how they handled my special request — they exceeded my expectations by upgrading my room without any hassle. I stayed in the Coral Room, and the balcony was massive (definitely one of my favorite things about the stay). The staff were genuinely warm, helpful, and extremely accommodating, which made the whole experience feel even more welcoming. Another major highlight is that the property is right on the beachfront, making it super convenient to enjoy the shore anytime. Their food was okay as well, simple but satisfying. Overall, everything from the room to the hospitality made my stay smooth and enjoyable. I’d gladly come back and highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a great hotel experience.

Small good if you want just sea and sleep perfect.food is nice. We also requested extra bedsheets, pillows, and a blanket, and they asked for an additional charge. This was not pleasant. While most places charge around 500 pesos, they asked for 1,500 pesos, which we believe is absolutely not worth it. Overall, the room, sleep quality, breakfast area, the sea, and the pool are nice. The pool is mainly suitable for diving activities, and there are constant training sessions taking place. In general, the hotel is acceptable, but it does not justify the extra charges.

We booked at fairways days before our wedding Jan. 14, 2026. I was just scrolling through this app and found this hotel while searching for boracay. At first I was a bit skeptical since the price was too good to be true for the amenities it comes with. Since, it was my husband and it's 1st domestic trip I had to double check everything. It was also my 1st time in boracay & my husband's 4th time. Booking wasn't hard for me since trip was the cheapest offer compared to other booking apps. We booked for Jan. 16, 2026 and I called the property to let them know that we'll be having our honeymoon & requested a room with a good view. I'd rate their call service a 7/10 during the day and a 9/10 during at night. Their hotlines are open 24/7. TIPS for travelers who wants to stay in Fairways: 1. They offer a private airport round-trip transfer for 2,000/person. You just have to call the hotel the day after you book or at least 3 days before your trip. 2. The location of the hotel is kind of far but it's reasonable. You may want to consider the e-trike rates as well. They also have their own shuttle (please check the pictures attached for refernce). But if you want to stay late and miss the shuttle hours, As for our experience we got charged roughly 100-150 from Dmall to fairways & vise versa via etrike and that's just me and my husband riding. 3. They have their own Pool foam party (see attached pictures). We personally didn't get to experience this that much since when we got there it was full of kids and I wasnt really feeling the vibe hahah. 3. Always remember that there will be a charge for any stain in towel & sheets. They're strict about that. Overall rating it's a 8.5/10. If you're looking for a resort that literally has it all + they have their own private beach that's a literal walking distance from the key hole attraction + budget friendly, then this is for you. We enjoyed our stay here so much. Our first room (new building) had aircon issues and leaked. We got transfered to Monterey immediately. I still preferred the monterey buildings room. The aircon was cold just how I like it. Their food is good a 8/10 but ofc it's pricey. Overall service was a 7/10, they were kind of slow but can be improved on!. Staffs were so polite, nice, and helpful!. I even became friends with the 2 shuttle drivers 🩷 Will definitely come back and try their romantic dinner by the beach!.

LLira FortzThe hotel it self is gorgeous with the amount I’ve paid, it exceeds my expectations. Staff are very nice & helpful. From reception, concierge, kitchen staff and cleaners they are all lovely. They prepare cakes in my room upon check in. Twas an amazing act of hospitality. Rooms was huge, so comfortable. Complete toiletries. Breakfast was amazing, different everyday. Thanx to Akky who offered me Toyo 🫶 was able to eat Toyo with champorado. The afternoon tea was free and it was so delicious. Pool was huge but the best part was early morning dip at the beach. 🤩 also, I lost my phone and the reception help me always to connect with the police. And was able to retrieve my phone from the help of the staff as well. No complain but a highly appreciation to the staff & i highly recommended this hotel. 🫶

GGuest UserExcellent hotel, clean cozy room. Very friendly and attentive staff. Breakfasts to choose from the menu. We were met at the Caticlan airport (requested a transfer) and delivered to the hotel very quickly. On the day of departure, they organized a transfer to another hotel for us (we did not leave the island, decided to live in different places). The sea is 2 minutes from the hotel. There are a lot of shops and cafes nearby. It's a 15-minute walk to Dimol. On my birthday, the staff congratulated me with a very tasty cake! Everything was great!

NNakaru SanShore Time Hotel Boracay is often considered one of the best ”value-for-money” options in the highly coveted Station 1 area. While it isn’t a massive luxury resort, it excels at providing a clean, boutique experience for travelers who want to be in the quieter, more premium part of White Beach without the five-star price tag. Here is a comprehensive review based on current guest feedback and hotel features. 📍 Location: The Sweet Spot The hotel is located right along the main road of Station 1, which means: • Beach Access: You are literally 20–30 steps away from the finest white sand on the island. While it is not directly on the sand (you cross a small paved path/road), it feels like a beachfront property. • The Neighborhood: It is much quieter than Station 2 but still walkable (about 10 minutes) to D’Mall. You are also very close to iconic spots like Willy’s Rock and Jonah’s Fruit Shake. • Convenience: There is an Andok’s (famous local roasted chicken) and a 7-Eleven nearby, making late-night snacks very easy to find. 🛏️ Rooms & Amenities The rooms are known for being modern, minimalist, and exceptionally clean, though they vary in size. • Room Types: * Loft Rooms: Popular for groups or families; they utilize vertical space well. • Deluxe/Penthouse: Offer more space and, in some cases, partial views of the ocean. • Key Features: Strong AC (essential in Boracay), surprisingly fast Wi-Fi for the island, and very comfortable bedding. • Note on Accessibility: The hotel does not have an elevator. If you have mobility issues, be sure to request a lower-floor room. ⭐ The Highlights (Pros) • Exceptional Service: This is the most consistent praise in reviews. Guests frequently mention the ”warm welcome” with cold towels and drinks, and security guards who proactively help you cross the street to the beach. • Breakfast: Most bookings include a plated breakfast (Filipino or Continental) served at their partner restaurant, often praised for its quality and view. • Price Point: In an area (Station 1) dominated by expensive luxury hotels like Discovery Shores or Henann Prime, Shore Time offers a similar location for a fraction of the cost. ⚠️ Things to Consider (Cons) • Room Size: Some entry-level rooms (like the Pads or Lofts) can feel a bit snug if you have a lot of luggage. • Road Noise: Because it’s right on the main path, rooms facing the front may pick up some street noise during the day. • No Pool: Unlike the larger resorts, Shore Time does not have a swimming pool. However, with the best part of White Beach right outside, most guests don’t find this to be a dealbreaker. 🏆 Final Verdict Perfect for: Budget-conscious couples, small families, or solo travelers who prioritize a clean room and a prime Station 1 location over resort-style facilities like pools or gyms. Skip if: You want a ”secluded” resort experience or require an elevator and sprawling garden grounds. Would you like me to look up current room rates for your specific travel dates or check if they have any ongoing promos?

EE. BurmaThe hotel is in the heart of station 2, surrounded by tons of bars and nice restaurants. Dmall, the small shopping and restaurant street is just around the corner. Not only the location but also the view of the hotel was really good. The hotel is literally on the beach. The view from the room was amazing right towards the ocean. The room itself was well maintained, everything works well and also very clean. The bed was very comfortable.ive been picked up with airport transfer with zero hassle all organized by the hotel.we have received welcome drinks along with a little dancing welcome ceremony before check in. I’ve experienced the staff both reception and also at the restaurant extremely competent and friendly. You could genuinely feel that your convenience and comfort are priority. This is not given considering a lot of hotels run on procedures. In this hotel you can experience the personal initiative too for which I appreciate a lot. I want to thank the manager, the receptionists and the restaurant staff for their warm hospitality. Overall I had an excellent stay and I will definitely stay there again next time.
