we were in town for my daughters wedding and our family and friends stayed at ocean Villas. the rooms were very nice, clean and remodeled. We really appreciated the beach chairs that were available for our use. Deb the manager was extremely nice, helpful and accommodating for our large group.  I can't say enough good things about Deb and the staff! We will definitely stay at Ocean Villas the next time we are in town! I completely recommend this gem of a hotel!!!

I went for a brief trip to celebrate one of my favorite philanthropies so I did not have a chance to sample all of the Hotel's features (for example, I did not get to go to the off-site gym). However, I can report that this grand resort epitomizes old Florida IMO and I liked its warmth and intimacy better than the grandeur of its primary competitor, The Breakers. The service is wonderful. All of the staff are friendly and call you by name. The turndown service is wonderful and they give you an interesting card about the history and an exceptionally tasty sweet macaron form Laduree. My room was quite small and fully priced, but you could not have a better location - just one block from the Beach and Worth Avenue. The ”free” in-house car service featuring a vintage Land Rover Defender and a Volvo station wagon is quite exceptional.

Universal Cabana Bay Hotel, conveniently located. Very close to Universal theme parks and Volcano Bay water park. In the hotel, there are two particularly large swimming pools and a lazy lazy river. The hotel has a Starbucks coffee shop, a universal gift shop, and a dining area. The eating area can choose North American style, South American style, Italian style and Asian style fast food. Although it belongs to fast food, the taste is very good, and it is close to the feeling of ordering in a restaurant. The price is very conscientious. The decoration of the dining area is a retro imitation of the 70s, which is very interesting. In fact, it is not bad to spend a day in a hotel without doing anything. The room was tidy. The suite I chose this time has a lot of space, but it was arranged by the Hispanic staff in a building away from the lobby yesterday. I feel that as a Chinese, if I don't take the initiative to tip, I will encounter this kind of inconvenient treatment. Room decor is average. The bed and sofa are reasonably comfortable. Sleep was very quiet at night. If you go to Volcano Bay to play, because it is next to it and there is no bus, it is recommended not to choose a suite with external access. There is a high probability that you will be arranged in a few buildings far away from Volcano Bay and the lobby in the hotel, and you have to pass through the huge hotel , walk to the water park. If you rent a car, there is a parking fee per night. If you go to Universal Park, the bus will take you back and forth every half an hour until one o'clock in the morning.

We had a great Stay. Everything is so beautiful and nicely renovated. The service was above and beyond! This new and improved longstanding resort is a must stay! For Cassidy at the pool bar to the towel and float attendant to the gentleman bartender at Dante’s everyone was well trained and friendly!

Orlando Disney was absolutely fantastic! The service and facilities were excellent. Check-in at the front desk was fast, and there was always someone available 24/7 to assist. The lobby also features a Fuel convenience store where you can pick up drinks, fruit, and sandwiches, which was incredibly convenient! Both the Dolphin and Swan resorts offer frequent shuttle boats to all the parks. Will definitely be back!

Very suitable for lying down, but please don't refer to all platforms when booking room types. I saw the room pictures on Ctrip before and thought that the highest-level room type that can be booked is a sea view room. After booking it, I was told that it was not a sea view room when I checked in. This is a big difference. The room is clean and hygienic, and the extra breakfast is OK. The main thing is that it is close to the beach and the location is very convenient; it is also very fast to take a taxi to South Beach. It is quite quiet at night, and the bar and restaurant on the first floor are good.

Nice place but they are all about charging you. A $38 drink is a robbery. $309 for a cushion by the pool is absurd. Nice place and well kept main areas. No coffee pot is a big deal. They never reloaded the room refrigerator.

I would totally recommend this hotel , it’s fresh the location is great the staff all friendly pool was lovely beach was lovely drinks are great but expensive and that goes for food too great but expensive. The breakfast range is outstanding but again pricey. My only gripe was the extra $18 dollars a day per person which we were not told about for using the facilities? And we lost a whole day and night due to our flights being cancelled and they didn’t want to give any refund and wanted to still charge us the $18 dollars per person for the day we were not even there. We did argue this they took it off but refused to refund the night stay for 2 rooms was $500 so a considerable amount to be out of pocket. But if this hadn’t have happened we would not have any complaints.

GGuest UserWe stayed for 2 night which was not enough! The hotel room was spacious, clean and modern with a view over Hammock beach. Delicious buffet breakfast at Calusa... We ate lunch at Dry Rocks... delicious fresh salads, Tacos etc. The staff were very accommodating.. We loved both beaches... coconut beach had lots of sun beds, lots of shade and the sea was lovely and warm. We did paddle board, kayaking and loved it!! Perfect for couples, families etc... Great hotel. Can’t wait to go back.

CChalsey LBoulan South Beach – Honest Review I recently stayed at Boulan South Beach and overall had a great experience, with a few minor drawbacks. Positives: The location is fantastic—just one block from the beach and in a very walkable area surrounded by great restaurants and bars. The hotel itself offers solid amenities, including a small but relaxing rooftop pool with a bar. One of the highlights of my stay was dining at Orange Blossom, the on-site restaurant. The food was excellent, and I’d highly recommend checking it out even if you’re not staying at the hotel. The rooms are well-appointed, apartment-style suites that feel spacious and thoughtfully designed. I also appreciated how quiet the rooms were—perfect for getting a good night’s sleep after a day out. Negatives: That said, I was disappointed by the bed. The listing advertised a pillow-top mattress, but the bed was far from comfortable and fell short of our expectations. Also, for a room that otherwise felt luxurious, the lack of bathrobes was a small detail that would’ve really rounded out a luxurious experience. Additionally, while the room was clean, some of the design choices were lovely but weren’t the most practical for a hotel setting. The cloth-upholstered bed frame, while stylish, showed some staining—fabric furniture can be hard to keep looking fresh in a high-turnover “fun” environment. Similarly, the jute rug added visual texture but proves to be difficult to clean and showed signs of wear. Final Thoughts: Boulan South Beach is a solid choice if you’re looking for a stylish, well-located hotel in South Beach with great amenities and a quieter, more refined atmosphere. Just be aware of a few comfort and design trade-offs. It really is too bad, because Boulan is excellent on so many things and I would 100% go back and definitely recommend this hotel to others… However, the bed quality really brought down the overall appeal. If they can improve that one aspect, this would easily be a top-tier stay in South Beach.

MMsShannonThe location is great however the service is hard to get. They don't have telephones in the room to get help. The number to text but don't answer or respond to text. My tv only have one channel and one remote for front room tv only. However they have tv in bedroom as well however it didn't have a remote and the one I have will not work it.

GGuest UserGreat place to stay for escape room lovers… Check-in closes at 9pm, and staff clock out. There isn’t a 24hours reception desk, so if you’re driving down be sure to leave plenty of time and get in contact so that you receive your late check-in instructions, unlike us. We arrived at 10pm, to a locked gate, with no idea what the code to get in was, and as we do not have US phones, were unable to call the staff. A guest kindly let us into the resort, and there is a phone on top of a mail box with an out of hours number. After calling, staff were able to talk us through how to get our keys, but the series of steps definitely made it feel like an escape room. Room: Small and compact room. This hotel is laid out like a series of small cabin style huts. To be fair it had all the essentials, and was clean. The sink was in the room separate from the toilet and shower which was a bit strange. All amenities provided. Unfortunately, the AC unit is very loud, but there is also a fan, which is quieter, and tolerable to have on when sleeping. It is hard to sleep with the AC on. Staff were very pleasant and accommodating. Free drinks on check in and check out, no nasty surprises with the resort fee, which is $21.50. Breakfast options were limited, consisting of fruit (melon and pineapple), mini-pastries, granola yoghurt pots and waffles. Instant coffee in flasks. Waffles were made fresh by the staff. Plenty of cats were roaming around the resort. Extras: Only a small car park was available, with about 6 spaces. It costs $30 to park here overnight, but there is street parking available outside for $6/hr between 8am-10pm. You can hire bikes to explore Key West for $15 per day. Location: Very lively location, best location, right in the heart of all the shops, bars and cafes, walking distance to all the attractions.

LLucho RodriguezI can confidently give this dog-friendly hotel a well-deserved five-star rating, as our experience there was nothing short of exceptional. From the moment we arrived, the staff greeted us warmly, and their friendliness and helpfulness were evident throughout our stay. Our furry friend was treated like a VIP. The hotel’s commitment to being dog-friendly was remarkable, and our pet felt right at home from the start. Beyond the pet-friendly aspect, the hotel itself was a true delight. The pool area offering a refreshing escape with nice music. The rooms were consistently clean, and the pleasant scent that permeated the hotel created a welcoming and inviting atmosphere. It was evident that the staff took great care to ensure a comfortable and enjoyable experience for all guests. As we returned for our third visit, our love for this place only grew stronger. If you’re seeking a dog-friendly haven where exceptional service, a beautiful ambiance, and pristine rooms converge, look no further. This hotel is an absolute gem that we can’t help but adore.

GGuest UserThis is a beautiful property (even with the renovation of the pool that many reviewers have mentioned), but it seems not be a hotel. Rather, it seems owners of units have hired a management company to admit guests who have rented units, kind of like a time share. That's why there is but one concierge and several parking valets. There is no restaurant/room service and no staff, but our unit had everything we needed for its kitchen. (Pro tip: the last grocery store is a Wynn Dixie near the bridge as you come into the island. The good news is that we had a wonderful view and our room was especially comfortable. It was however showing the beginning signs of wear and tear - small stains on a chair, some darkening grout in the bathroom, stain around drain in the sink, etc. The TV's software did not allow for Iphone mirroring, and the archaic internet browser warned that there was no connection with the Google dinosaur! No Netflix, or Amazon Prime...We had to watch an important baseball game on or phones. When I went to the lobby, the concierge could only give me the reservations phone number, but did offer to send a valet to have a look at the TV! Guests do have beach privileges along with towels, chairs, etc. In spite of the small short comings, it was perfect for our 4th of July celebration; watching the fireworks from the comfort of our 10th floor balcony was wonderful. The proximity to local restaurants is especially convenient. If you understand that this property offers service like a time share rather than a luxury hotel, you won't be disappointed, especially if it is competitively priced. (You can compare the Hilton next door.) It also has adjoining rooms if you want to bring friends/family.
