I had an absolutely perfect holiday at Banyan Tree Sanya during the Mid-Autumn Festival. A special mention goes to the hotel for thoughtfully preparing a birthday cake for my companion on our first day, which was a wonderful surprise for everyone. On our departure day, knowing we had a late flight, the front desk proactively extended our check-out time to 1:30 PM, allowing us to relax and refresh without the rush and pressure of catching our flight. The entire trip was peaceful and comfortable, with exceptionally meticulous service that truly showed Banyan Tree Sanya's dedication. I'd like to extend a special thank you to Sun, a staff member at Banyan Tree Sanya. During our stay, Sun was enthusiastic, thoughtful, and responsive. From the birthday decorations to coordinating our check-out, everything was handled perfectly, making us feel incredibly well cared for. It's because of excellent staff like Sun that our Mid-Autumn trip was so fulfilling and memorable. The next time I visit Sanya, I will definitely choose Banyan Tree Sanya again and highly recommend it to my friends and family!

A Hidden Gem in the Mountains – Huge Thanks to Lan Tingting! Our stay at Narada Resort & Spa Qixian Mount was absolutely fantastic. The location is stunning – right in the rainforest with breathtaking mountain views and the sound of nature all around. The highlights: · Exceptional Staff – A huge shoutout to Lan Tingting, who was an absolute lifesaver. She was available via WeChat around the clock and helped us with every single question and request we had. What made it even better was that she spoke excellent Russian, which made communication so easy and personal. · Private hot spring villas – soaking in natural hot spring water on our own terrace was pure bliss. · Great food – the breakfast buffet was divine, with an incredible variety to suit all tastes. The combination of stunning nature, comfortable rooms, and outstanding service made our trip truly memorable. Would highly recommend to anyone looking for a relaxing and unique escape!🌿

Today is our second day here, and we chose a package with breakfast and hot springs. We even got mooncakes! We played golf during the day and relaxed in the hot springs at night – it was so peaceful and quiet. The breakfast spread was also excellent. Maybe it's the off-season since school just started, but there weren't many guests. After playing golf, the front desk lady recognized us right away, which was a wonderful feeling. Haha, it felt just like coming home. We'll definitely be back to stay and play golf here again.

Traveling to Sanya with a 9-month-old baby, choosing a hotel was a dilemma. Everyone recommended Tianyu in Yalong Bay, but I felt my child was too young to enjoy many of the facilities, so it wouldn't be worth it. I searched on Ctrip and found this family-themed room. It was very spacious for three people, and the hotel facilities were excellent, with a playground, an infinity pool, and paddleboarding. It truly exceeded our expectations when we arrived. There's also live entertainment, and ordering takeout is very convenient. It's a bit of a walk to the beach; for young children, I'd recommend bringing a stroller and a hip seat. The evenings in September were cool and breezy. If it weren't for another hotel's non-refundable policy, I would have loved to extend our stay for another night. Special thanks to our butlers, Xiao Zhao and Xiao Han, and Yali.

This time, I brought my family to Sanya Yalong Bay for a vacation and ultimately chose to stay at the Pullman Sanya Yalong Bay Villas & Resort. The biggest surprise throughout the entire trip came from the housekeeping service. I absolutely must write a detailed review to commend these dedicated housekeeping staff. The hotel as a whole has a Southeast Asian tropical garden style, surrounded by large areas of lush greenery. The standalone villas come with private hot spring pools, offering great privacy. You can feel the sea breeze and greenery of Sanya right in your own courtyard, creating an incredible atmosphere. The villa space is ample, with clearly defined areas for the living room, bedroom, and separate bathrooms. A large soaking tub, outdoor shower, and courtyard loungers are all available, making it perfect for a family relaxing holiday. The cleanliness and service of the room were definite highlights of this stay. The housekeeping staff were meticulous and professional. Every day when they came to clean the room, they would gently knock to confirm, respecting our rest time. While cleaning, they not only wiped the floors, surfaces, and bathrooms spotlessly clean but also paid attention to corners and crevices. The bathroom glass and sink were free of water marks, the toilet and shower area were clean and odorless, and the bedding was neatly replaced with pillows tidily arranged. Our personal luggage, electronic products, and children's toys, which were left casually in the room, were carefully organized without being arbitrarily moved by the cleaners, protecting guests' belongings – this was particularly reassuring. After cleaning each day, the housekeeping staff would thoughtfully arrange towels into cute elephant and swan shapes on the bedside, bringing a lot of joy to the children. During our stay, we occasionally needed extra mineral water and children's toiletries. After contacting housekeeping, the response was swift, and items were delivered to our room shortly after, with a gentle and polite attitude. One evening, when there were quite a few mosquitoes in the room, we contacted housekeeping, and staff quickly brought mosquito repellent and kindly reminded us to close the courtyard door to prevent mosquitoes from entering the room. Their thoughtfulness was evident everywhere. For several days, the room remained fresh and clean. Even when we went out for the day and brought back sand and beach items, the housekeeping staff meticulously cleaned the sand particles from the courtyard and room the next day, keeping the entire villa spotless. The area around the villa's pool was also cleaned, with fallen leaves and debris promptly cleared, ensuring the courtyard environment remained neat and comfortable. The housekeeping staff always greeted guests with a smile and sincere demeanor, without any perfunctoriness. You could tell the housekeeping team was professionally trained and dedicated to every room and every guest. Although some hotel facilities showed their age, the room maintenance was excellent. The housekeeping team consistently carried out daily upkeep and promptly reported any equipment issues to ensure guests' comfort as much as possible. It is precisely the diligent cleaning and thoughtful service of the housekeeping staff, day in and day out, that made the entire stay warm and pleasant. When on vacation, a clean and safe room is fundamental, and the Pullman housekeeping team exceeded expectations. The hotel's amenities are also very good. The in-park buggies were available on demand, shuttle services made travel convenient, and breakfast offered a rich variety. The distance to Yalong Bay Beach was not far. Our family enjoyed relaxing in the villa's courtyard and soaking in the private pool, making for a truly vacation-like experience. A big thank you to all the housekeeping staff for their patient, meticulous, and thoughtful service. They created a comfortable and safe living environment for us with their professionalism and dedication. The housekeeping service at Pullman Yalong Bay is highly commendable, and I strongly recommend it to anyone vacationing in Sanya. The next time we visit Yalong Bay, we will still prioritize Pullman and look forward to meeting this warm housekeeping team again, especially the butler Chen Shanzhu and housekeeper Xu Yiming, and Sun Youhui. We had an absolutely fantastic stay at The St. Regis Sanya Yalong Bay Resort, and a special shout-out must go to our butler, David! From reaching out before our arrival to seeing us off warmly at check-out, his attention to detail throughout our stay was incredible. He not only helped us plan our itinerary but also surprised us with a romantic rose-petal bed decoration and a lovely cake, making our anniversary feel truly special. The breakfast buffet was lavish and exquisite, offering an extensive spread of both Chinese and Western options. The freshly made seafood noodle soup was deliciously flavorful, and dining on the terrace with stunning views was the perfect way to kick off each day. The hotel grounds and public areas are simply breathtaking—the massive infinity pool seamlessly blends into the ocean, while the lush lawns, coconut groves, and fountains make every photo look like a postcard. The night flyboard water show was also spectacular. From the thoughtful service to the world-class facilities, this resort perfectly defines a luxury getaway. We will definitely choose to stay here again on our next trip to Sanya!

Staying at Coral Hotel is definitely worth it when visiting Wuzhizhou Island. The room was spacious, the facilities were brand new and very convenient. There was even a bathtub on the balcony! The hotel kindly upgraded us to a 180-degree sea view room, which made our stay incredibly comfortable. Sunbathing downstairs offered a completely different experience. Plus, the hotel provides a free VIP channel to the island and full shuttle service, which was very convenient. The only downside was that the outer ring road of Wuzhizhou Island was under construction during our visit, causing some noticeable vibrations. I'd love to go back again next time!

I previously stayed at the InterContinental next door, and it felt like I was walking 10,000 steps every day. This time, I switched to the Luhuitou Resort Hotel next door, and the layout is so much more reasonable – you don't have to walk far to get anywhere. The beach is right outside the hotel. Even though the hotel has been rebranded after all these years, I have to say, the hardware is still well-maintained! The staff were also super great. On my first day, I accidentally fell down the steps at the spa. The young ladies helped me out, giving me a massage and even some medicated patches. I'm so grateful to everyone! I definitely won't be doing other things while walking anymore! I went to the spa twice in a row, and the Thai masseuses had excellent techniques! It really helped me relax both body and mind after a week of running around.

The hotel is nestled at the foot of Qixianling Mountain, boasting a superb environment. The main building is ideal for wheelchair users, and the receptionist was very helpful, upgrading my room. The room even had its own hot spring, which was very convenient and comfortable. The restaurant manager was very welcoming and greeted us proactively; the food was also of good quality. A truly wonderful trip, I would definitely stay here again.

At the Narada Resort & Spa Perfume Bay Lingshui, I truly found that sense of relaxation, a perfect escape from the city's hustle and bustle. The moment you step into the hotel, it feels like you've stumbled into a Southeast Asian rainforest, surrounded by coconut groves, streams, and thatched-roof huts. Even the air you breathe carries the sweet freshness of negative oxygen ions. All the accommodations here are private pool villas, offering incredible seclusion! Open the balcony door and you're greeted by the soothing sound of flowing water, with bougainvillea and traveler's palms planted right next to the loungers. In the evening, soaking in your private pool while watching the sunset paint the sky in molten gold, and then looking up to a sky full of stars – it truly elevates the vacation experience. The hotel's own infinity pool faces the South China Sea, with water as blue as a jewel. There's also a 770-meter private beach that's never crowded and incredibly scenic. Every photo you take here feels like a 'deserted island' masterpiece, brimming with ambiance. The service is also incredibly thoughtful. Electric golf carts are available on demand, and the staff even proactively reminds you about the weather. If you're looking for a place to completely unwind and 'lie flat,' this is definitely the top choice!
