Our stay at Banyan Tree Sanya far exceeded expectations! The entire resort consists of private villas, offering exceptional privacy. The tropical garden environment is quiet and pleasant, and the private pool courtyard creates a wonderful ambiance. The secluded beach is uncrowded and very comfortable. A special thanks to our butler, **Xiao Sun**, for his meticulous and attentive service. He was incredibly responsive, proactively reaching out before our arrival to address our needs. During our stay, he handled all matters, big or small, promptly and effectively. Messages were practically answered instantly, and he thoughtfully arranged everything, making our trip completely hassle-free. The hotel breakfast was high-quality, and the overall service standard was excellent. It's truly a top choice for a relaxing getaway. We'll definitely choose Banyan Tree again on our next visit to Sanya, and we highly recommend requesting Butler Xiao Sun!

Let me start with a conclusion. The Qixianling Anlan Hotel is absolutely perfect for families with children, a great choice for all ages. Firstly, the environment is friendly. Everything you'd experience in a tropical rainforest at Yanoda, you'll find here. Secondly, the service is friendly. They provide electric cart transfers for all your movements, saving you the effort of climbing hills. Thirdly, the comfort of the hot springs. We booked a suite for 4 adults and 1 child, which was perfectly spacious. The indoor hot springs were comfortable and enjoyable, allowing us to relax at our leisure. Fourthly, the activities are abundant. Unlike beach resorts in Sanya, the activities here are suitable for all ages, primarily focusing on Li culture. You can make Li incense, sculpt Li pottery, and they offer guided introductions to tropical plants and Li culture led by Li sisters. They even picked ripe figs for us to eat. For people from the north and children, the experience is truly enriching. Fifthly, the food is excellent. When in Hainan, it's usually vinegar pork or seafood. Here, we enjoyed Li cuisine, including Five-Legged Pig and Flying Chicken, which was the most satisfying meal for me, with the wild vegetable soup being a particular highlight. The whole family enjoyed it immensely, the set meal price was very reasonable, and we added more dishes. Besides the good points, there are some minor drawbacks, mainly that the hotel has been around for some years, so the facilities are a bit outdated. I stayed at Bird's Nest thirteen years ago, but if I had to recommend, I'd suggest Anlan more. You get a similar experience for half the price, and I'd also recommend staying for two nights for a more suitable visit.

The facilities are decent, but I'm deducting points for two things. First, as shown in picture 1, a staff member told me I needed a swimming cap after I got into the pool, which I completely understand. I immediately left the main pool and played with my child in the kiddie pool. However, half an hour later, a group of people arrived, and two men among them were happily playing in the pool without swimming caps. The staff member was right there but didn't say anything. What's the deal? Double standards? Second, after checking out and about to get into my booked Didi, the front desk stopped me, saying my room payment had been mysteriously refunded and I needed to pay again. Although their attitude was good, why did it take three days, and they only noticed it when I was checking out? Luckily, my Didi driver was very nice and patiently waited a few minutes.

This was one of those hotels you truly don't want to leave! We were absolutely thrilled with our stay and definitely recommend this hotel! ❤️ We stayed in an incredibly beautiful, spacious villa with its own private pool. The villa is huge and very comfortable, and the pool itself is simply impressive in size! There's an incredible amount of greenery around, and the grounds are well-maintained and very beautiful – it truly feels like a tropical paradise. Special thanks to the reception staff – everyone was very friendly, attentive, and hospitable. They checked us in earlier than the standard time, even though we didn't even ask. We were driven to our villa by an electric buggy, as the hotel grounds are truly enormous, and they also helped us with our luggage. We really liked the transportation system around the property: electric buggies are available almost everywhere, you can call them directly from your room, and they usually arrive in just 2-5 minutes. This is especially convenient given the size of the grounds. The hotel is some distance from the sea, but this wasn't an issue at all. Electric buggies take guests to a road approximately every half hour, from where it's about a 7-minute walk to the sea. Everything is very convenient and well-thought-out. Breakfasts were also delightful – tasty, varied, and perfect for a good start to the day. Overall, the impressions are simply incredible! A wonderful villa, a huge pool, stunning green grounds, caring staff, and very convenient service. The hotel left us with overwhelmingly positive emotions. We would gladly return here again! 🌴❤️

Choosing St. Regis for our Yalong Bay trip was an excellent decision! Room: The room was incredibly spacious, which was very comfortable. Our butler, Kimi, arranged a Deluxe Ocean View Room for us, and the view was absolutely fantastic! The balcony was very close to the sea. Service: St. Regis's service is truly excellent. Our butler, Kimi, added so much comfort to our trip. A huge thank you to Kimi!!! Activities: St. Regis offers many boating activities for older children. We tried kayaking, and the kids loved it, even catching small crabs! Food: We had both of our meals at the hotel's Chinese restaurant, and it was delicious! The Coral Grouper cooked with *zaopocu* (lees vinegar) was surprisingly good! The breakfast spread was also very rich, and I absolutely loved the *zaopocu* noodles! Will definitely come back next time ❤️❤️❤️

Our stay at the Pullman Sanya Yalong Bay Villas & Resort far exceeded our expectations. The hotel boasts a rich Southeast Asian garden design, with beautiful scenery at every turn – perfect for stunning photos. Our villa was spacious and comfortable with excellent natural light, a private pool, and an independent courtyard, offering superb privacy. The room details were also well thought out, with a good separation of wet and dry areas and complete amenities. The front desk service was very attentive! Upon checkout, I experienced a hand care treatment. The therapist was professional and gentle, making the whole process very relaxing. Afterwards, my hands were noticeably softer and more delicate. Being able to pamper my hands during a vacation was a huge bonus. The hotel's dining was equally excellent, with both breakfast and dinner offering delicious flavors befitting a five-star property. The Chinese restaurant served authentic and exquisite dishes. The hotel also provides shuttle services that cover the entire property. In terms of service, from luggage delivery to the room to proactively assisting with luggage upon departure, every detail made us feel warm and welcomed. Highly recommended for couples and families seeking privacy and comfort!

My overall experience at the Wuzhizhou Island Coral Hotel was excellent. The hotel is conveniently located, the check-in process on the island was smooth, getting around the island was easy, and the dining facilities were comprehensive, making meals very convenient. Upon arrival, the concierge staff proactively greeted us, thoughtfully helped with our luggage, and provided appropriate and courteous service. During check-in, the front desk staff was patient and meticulous, answering all our questions thoroughly. They also objectively recommended activities and local delicacies based on the island's actual conditions, offering practical travel advice. The restaurant service was impressive; the staff were warm, attentive, and responsive, making for a comfortable dining experience. All staff members provided professional and warm service without being overly formal, consistently demonstrating excellent service etiquette. The island environment is beautiful, and staying at the hotel allows you to avoid the daytime crowds and enjoy tranquil island time. Whether for a relaxing vacation or an island adventure, Coral Hotel is a top choice, and I will prioritize staying here again if I return to Wuzhizhou.

The hotel's location in Xiaodonghai is great. While it's an older property, the facilities are well-maintained, and the rooms exceeded my expectations. It offers good value for money. During holidays, getting to the city center can be slow due to traffic from Luhuitou. I hope the hotel improves its pool management; it's currently subpar. People were in the pool without swim caps and even wearing shoes, which makes you wonder about the water quality. On the plus side, access to the beach is very convenient and close, perfect for families with children. However, Xiaodonghai has many underwater rocks, making it a bit uncomfortable to swim from the shore. The concierge service was excellent – very friendly and proactive in helping with luggage. Also, the breakfast was delicious with good quality offerings, including fresh juice. Overall, it was a good value stay, and I hope the hotel addresses the areas for improvement.

The hotel is nestled at the foot of Qixianling Mountain, boasting a superb environment. The main building is ideal for wheelchair users, and the receptionist was very helpful, upgrading my room. The room even had its own hot spring, which was very convenient and comfortable. The restaurant manager was very welcoming and greeted us proactively; the food was also of good quality. A truly wonderful trip, I would definitely stay here again.

I came to Lingshui to learn surfing and diving, and chose the Narada Resort & Spa Perfume Bay. The entire hotel consists of independent courtyard villas, with white walls and courtyards hidden amidst lush tropical gardens, creating a wonderful ambiance. The villa I stayed in was spacious, with its own private swimming pool and hot tub. Relaxing in the hot tub in the courtyard really enhanced the holiday experience. The hotel's service was also excellent, and the breakfast was incredibly rich. I'll definitely choose Narada again next time I'm in Lingshui.
