Our Sanya trip was absolutely perfect! I have to give a special shout-out to Manager Van at the front desk for his exceptional service. Not only did we pick the right hotel for our family trip to Sanya, but we also received incredibly heartwarming service, which I simply must rave about! We arrived in Sanya on an early flight, prepared to wait until the afternoon for check-in. We had already contacted the hotel beforehand, explaining that we were traveling with seniors and children and hoping for an earlier check-in if possible. Manager Van kept an eye out for clean, vacated rooms for us the day before, and we were checked in within just 10 minutes of arriving – so thoughtful! During our stay, Manager Van quickly and effectively handled all our needs, big and small. We wanted to try local seafood but were worried about tourist traps, so Manager Van recommended a local eatery frequented by residents. The food was delicious, and the prices were very reasonable – much better value than the popular influencer-recommended spots. My child forgot their sand toys, and Manager Van promptly brought over a brand new set of shovels and buckets, which kept my little one happy all afternoon. The level of service was just right – not overly enthusiastic to the point of being awkward, yet always responsive the moment we needed something. Professional and warm, it's truly rare to find such meticulously attentive service. We will definitely stay here again on our next visit to Sanya, and I wholeheartedly recommend this hotel and Manager Van's amazing service to anyone planning a trip to Sanya. Choosing this place ensures you won't be disappointed!

I stayed for 5 days and barely left the room. It's a resort-style room, so there's no desk or chair for work. I ended up spending most of my time studying in the executive lounge, which also conveniently covered all three of my daily meals. The breakfast in the lounge had fewer options than the main restaurant downstairs, but I don't eat much anyway. Plus, the lounge was much quieter and less crowded. Specifically, the 10th-floor breakfast offered freshly squeezed orange juice and made-to-order Eggs Benedict, which weren't available in the main restaurant. Over the five days, the afternoon tea and dinner selections were never repeated, and they provided a good amount of food. Each dinner included two meat dishes, one vegetable dish, a staple, and two soups, along with salad, fruit, and small cakes. When a dish ran out, a new one would be brought out. However, the beverage selection was a bit limited: soda water, ginger ale, Coke, Sprite, one sparkling wine, and a few other spirits you could mix yourself to make cocktails. The cleaning staff were also very friendly. The hotel's location is great. From my room, 1018, I had a view of the bridge to the left from the balcony, and the West Coast in the distance to the right. Jenny, the manager, was also very helpful and accessible via WeChat at any time. Upon check-in, I received two drink vouchers for freshly brewed coffee at the lobby bar downstairs, which was also a comfortable place to sit.

The room was surprisingly good, and thoughtfully decorated with a 'Happy May Day' wool painting. I was touched by the playful spirit as soon as I entered the room. The soft furnishings were excellent and the space was large. The bed was soft, and I had a great sleeping experience. Highly recommended!

The Langham Haikou is a high-end, British-inspired hotel perfectly situated on Binhai Avenue, in the heart of the city. It's right next to MixC shopping mall and within walking distance of Wanlv Park, making it incredibly convenient for both getting around and shopping. The hotel boasts a stunning 43rd-floor sky lobby with breathtaking views overlooking Century Bridge and the Qiongzhou Strait. The rooms are spacious and elegant, featuring panoramic floor-to-ceiling windows that offer abundant natural light. The marble bathrooms are equipped with Langham's signature 'Chuan' amenities, and the bedding is exceptionally comfortable. Plus, the soundproofing is excellent, ensuring a peaceful stay. A highlight is the gorgeous outdoor infinity pool on the 6th floor – it's rarely crowded and perfect for snapping some Instagram-worthy photos. For dining, T'ang Court offers authentic Cantonese cuisine, while Palm Court's English afternoon tea is a truly ceremonial experience. The service is thoughtful and attentive. Turn-down service even includes ginger tea and a handwritten card, a warm touch that shows great attention to detail. Overall, the hotel perfectly blends business convenience with a vacation feel, making it a top choice for luxury accommodation in Haikou.

Returning guest, plus one! The hotel's location is superb, with breathtaking sea views directly from the lobby. The room decor is stylish and perfectly clean. While the hallways felt a bit damp from the sea air, the air in the room was fresh and perfectly fine. I personally feel that Tianya Town is ideal for a slow-paced stay, where you can pick a hotel and just relax by the sea. That's exactly what we did for a whole day, and we didn't want to leave! We'll definitely be back next time! 👋

Facilities: In the second room, the bedside lamp flickered as if it wasn't getting enough power. The fan in the first room was noisy. Hygiene: The first room had a lot of ants, so we couldn't leave any sweet food open. Environment: The view outside the window was absolutely stunning, arguably the best sea view I've ever seen from a room in Sanya. Service: Butler Annie's service attitude was excellent, and she was very efficient. She promptly handled our requests regarding facilities and changing rooms. Dining: We had one of the worst dinners ever. Apart from the sea view, both the food and the environment were disappointing. The steak and pizza were all dry and tough, and there were many mosquitoes around the BBQ. It was a very tiring meal; we only ate a few bites and left. It definitely wasn't worth the 288 price tag.

Jason at the hotel welcomed us warmly, the service was excellent, the room was spacious and bright, and having a washing machine was really convenient. The location was great too - there's a snack street right around the corner. The only downside ist the construction next to the hotel, which can get quite loud. i would recommend booking a room with Pool View, to avoid the noise. Highly recommend the breakfast as well, it is located in the Bellview Hotel and the variety is amazing. Lots of dishes and fresh fruit.

My stay was initially quite pleasant. The front-line staff were consistently warm, attentive, and thoughtful throughout. When a small issue arose with our travel photos, the hotel promptly communicated and resolved it, which I appreciated. I thought I was going to have a wonderful experience, but it was completely ruined by one utterly unprofessional staff member, plummeting my satisfaction! While riding the shuttle bus, we politely asked the shuttle driver about the hotel's attractions and photo spots. The driver was halfway through explaining when another person nearby suddenly interjected and answered for him! Her attitude was extremely rude, cold, and dismissive. She was sarcastic the entire time, even accusing us of not speaking clearly. We were just asking basic, straightforward questions about attractions, and I truly don't understand how we could have possibly expressed ourselves more 'clearly'. When we politely asked about photo spots, she flat-out said there weren't any, and was incredibly impatient. Yet, later we saw clear signs for photo spots all over the hotel. We got zero useful information, only a belly full of frustration and anger! Afterward, the hotel told us this person was a 'secondary employee' and wasn't on duty, which is why she wasn't wearing an ID badge. I completely reject this flimsy explanation! Why was she wearing a uniform, riding a guest shuttle, and casually interjecting to address guests if she wasn't on duty? It's one thing to be unfamiliar with hotel operations and lack service awareness, but she didn't even have basic human decency. She seemed to be working with a chip on her shoulder, acting condescendingly, as if we, the guests, were accommodating her bad mood! In stark contrast, all the other shuttle drivers were kind, friendly, patient, and enthusiastic, creating an incredibly jarring difference! The hotel's reputation, carefully built by its front-line staff, was completely destroyed by this 'secondary employee' who showed no rules, no professionalism, and no respect. The hotel merely offered a casual explanation of her identity without any indication of intending to improve. Such tolerance for employee misconduct is truly disheartening. I will never recommend this hotel, nor will I ever stay here again!

LL RomanThe hotel is beyond expectations. It is located in Xiaodonghai Bay. We were vacationing with our daughter of 1.4 years old. We went for complete privacy, silence and relaxation. The hotel consists only of villas, there are about 30 of them, there are no building rooms, which ensures privacy and silence. The territory is large, incredibly well maintained and very beautiful. Beauty is in the details. The villa itself is well planned and consists of a main house and a small additional one. We had lunch here when we ordered something in the room. The personnel brought a high chair for my daughter and it stayed here during all days of our vacation. Interestingly, they don't just bring food to the room, but also serve the table. It's nice. In general, the staff is as attentive as possible, this is reflected in the little things. The breakfast was included in the accommodation, so we either went to the hotel restaurant for lunch and dinner (only Thai and Chinese cuisine, but there is a children's menu and we ordered something for our daughter), and something Thai for ourselves. Everything is cooked very tasty and of high-quality. It was at this hotel that I first tasted the local Hainan dessert - cold coconut milk soup with fruits and cereals. I'm not a big fan of Chinese food in general, but I really liked this soup! We also ordered food directly to the villa through the Chinese app Elema (饿了么), which is in Chinese. We didn't go to street restaurants. In general, in China, the delivery of ready-made food is incredibly developed, you can order anything and anywhere. If we needed a taxi, we ordered it through the Chinese Didi (弟弟)app. But we didn't want to leave the villa and the hotel at all, we spent most of our time by the pool. Usually we need the sea, but this time it was so good to chill out at the villa that we somehow didn't need the sea). Moreover, we have a little daughter, and so far it has been more convenient to swim with her in our own pool than at sea. We used Alipay to pay everywhere. During our stay, we visited the spa several times, took various treatments (body scrubs, various massages), we really liked everything. They do it efficiently, I recommend it. I also recommend trying small drinking coconuts in Hainan - they are divine! The very taste of a rich bounty)). Look for small brownish colors, no more than 10 cm in diameter, it has a very rich thick sweet taste of coconut. About the sea: if you are looking for active swimming in the sea, the hotel may not be suitable. It's very shallow here (that's okay) and after about 100 meters, where it's still shallow, there's an underwater breakwater. Therefore, if you swim, you will just bump into it. Because of this, there are no waves in the bay. But there are algae growing on the bottom. It may be possible to swim well during a very strong tide, but it was not possible to swim during our visit. That's why we spent the day at the villa, swimming and relaxing there. And after sunset, we went out for a walk along the shore, admired the sunset, played with our daughter in the sand and on the playground, and also strolled along the pier. For some reason, for the first time, we really didn't really want to swim in the sea). In general, if you want to spend your entire vacation in complete relaxation with the chirping of birds, the sound of the wind and the lapping of waves, then I definitely recommend Banyan tree.

LLaoshiMy stay at the Grand Metropark in April was a true revelation. Yalong Bay itself is an amazing place, but the hotel turned our trip into a real fairy tale. The grounds are huge and very well maintained, immersed in the greenery of tropical gardens – a true oasis for body and soul. By the way, even though the beach is a bit away, it turned out to be a plus: the beach was always uncrowded, clean, and this private little paradise felt like it belonged only to us (and the shuttle runs every half hour, so it’s no trouble at all). I love to go for morning runs, and the conditions here were absolutely perfect! In the morning, when the air is still fresh, it's especially pleasant to run along the paths that wind through all that lush greenery. The light tropical mist and the birdsong give you energy for the whole day. And imagine our surprise when, during one of those runs, we ran into the hotel's general manager himself, Mr. Chen Dexiong, who was also out for his morning run! That kind of moment is priceless – you immediately feel that there's a special atmosphere of care and attention to every guest. The food here deserves a song of its own. Breakfasts and dinners were magnificent: a huge selection of dishes, from your usual scrambled eggs to the freshest seafood and the delights of Asian cuisine, which could be prepared right in front of you or in special hot pots. All the staff are incredibly kind and friendly, and the villa cleaning was impeccable. In short, Grand Metropark is not just a hotel – it's a place you want to return to again and again. For me, it was the best investment in my own rest and recovery. I would be very happy if my review proves useful. Happy travels to you all!

SShuilema……1. **Ambiance and Facilities:** Nestled in a secluded part of Yalong Bay, this hotel offers unparalleled privacy. The tropical coconut groves blend seamlessly with the stunning oceanfront, making every snapshot a postcard-perfect moment. The rooms are spacious and bright, with luxurious and tasteful decor. The bedding is comfortable, the bathrooms are high-end, and the floor-to-ceiling windows offer fantastic sea views. The public areas are meticulously maintained, as if brand new. The enormous heated pool and private white sand beach are clean and inviting. The nightly sabrage ritual and tasting events create a perfect resort atmosphere. 2. **Exceptional Service:** The 24-hour butler service lives up to its reputation. They communicated with us before check-in and were incredibly responsive and accommodating to every request once we arrived. They were highly professional with luggage handling, room tidying, and travel recommendations. All staff members greeted us with smiles, providing warm yet discreet service, making us feel truly pampered throughout our stay. 3. **Outstanding Dining:** The breakfast selection is extensive, offering both authentic Hainanese specialties and exquisite Western pastries. The fresh fruit and made-to-order hot dishes were incredibly satisfying, and the dining environment was comfortable and pleasant. 4. **Delightful Surprises:** Upon check-out, we received a beautifully crafted tote bag from the hotel – practical and a wonderful keepsake. This thoughtful gesture was a delightful surprise, showcasing the high quality of their service down to the smallest details. Overall, the experience was perfect. The service, ambiance, and facilities are all impeccable, making it the top choice for a Sanya vacation. It's already on my 'return list,' and I highly recommend it to everyone!

HHanyuyuetongI booked four consecutive nights. The pre-sale package was excellent value for money, and booking was very convenient. I recommend booking as early as possible, especially if you're planning to go during holidays, as there might be an additional surcharge. The hotel service was outstanding. They contacted me before check-in to arrange butler service, allowing us to communicate any needs or questions directly. Ms. Anne at the hotel lobby was incredibly responsible and efficient. She provided attentive service throughout our stay, even thinking ahead about our check-out process while she was on her break. Many thanks to her! I also want to thank all the staff who served us during these days – you were all wonderful! Just a small suggestion: when escorting guests who are returning to their rooms late at night, perhaps gently remind them to keep their voices down.

GGuest UserOur stay at the hotel was fantastic! The butler was incredibly patient and attentive. The villa itself was superb, very peaceful and quiet, and came with its own private pool. The public areas featured an eclectic yet sophisticated mix of European statues, Chinese gardens, and tropical sea views – every photo we took looked like it belonged in a magazine. Breakfast was also a highlight; a semi-buffet with a great blend of Western and Chinese options. The menu changed daily, so it was always delicious and never repetitive. Being able to order takeout and have it delivered to our room was incredibly convenient. Wanda Reign truly delivered an excellent experience, making our vacation feel extra special. We're already planning to come back for a longer stay next time – we really didn't want to leave! I'm already looking forward to spending a whole week there next time!

GGuest UserService: My flight arrived in Sanya in the afternoon. The hotel offers a free shuttle service, but it's on a fixed schedule, so we ended up renting a car since we missed it. There was no one from the hotel to guide us the whole way, which led us to park in the wrong lot. We had to cross a road to get to the hotel. Remember to park in the bus parking lot, otherwise, you'll be dragging your luggage a long way to reach their shuttle pickup point. The shuttle itself had no clear signs either, and we spent ages looking for it (maybe it was late, and they had gone home?). We spent half an hour with elderly family and young children just trying to find our way from the parking lot – I was pretty annoyed about that! There should at least be some kind of signage. Everything else was great though! The room was lovely, very spacious, and the two bedrooms were perfect for staying with elderly parents. It matched the pictures exactly, and the room was very quiet. The hotel food was also quite good; we ate there twice. After the other tourists leave, it feels like the island is all yours. Taking the sightseeing buggy around the hotel (definitely don't get off midway!) without having to queue is a big plus! Feeding the pigeons and collecting coral stones at the hotel entrance was a lot of fun.

GGuest UserI'm quite satisfied with my stay. I booked my flight and hotel on the day of the Qingming Festival. I'd actually been looking at hotels for days, and on the booking day, this was the most suitable option when searching for queen-size sea view rooms under a thousand yuan. Xiaodonghai is very private overall; I later visited Dadonghai and found it too flashy. The hotel's public areas aren't large, but for a young person traveling alone, it was perfectly sufficient and convenient. The pool offers views of the mountains, sea, coconut trees, and green lawns. I was pretty much the only one swimming, which was a really awesome experience! You can even glimpse the sea from the bathtub in the room, and the showerhead had excellent water pressure, which I really liked. I hope to come back to Sanya during the peak season on a sunny day next time.
