The room was great, very satisfied! If you need a swimming tube, you'll need to bring your own, but the hotel will inflate it for you. The housekeeping service was excellent, very prompt with cleaning, and they brought complimentary Qingbuliang (a local dessert) every day. There's also an electric shuttle to take you around, and the beach is very quiet with hardly anyone there, so it's perfect if you like peace and quiet. The breakfast, however, was quite average.

Guest UserHighly recommended! The service was attentive and thorough, and my friends really enjoyed the rainforest environment. The famous infinity pool is fantastic for photos, and honestly, every spot here offers a beautiful view. The golf carts make getting around super convenient.
The hotel provides 24-hour room service and even gave us a welcome gift, showing how much they care about our stay. I really appreciate their thoughtful and consistent service from start to finish. We'll definitely come back if we get the chance. The surroundings are lovely! Because of the great environment, guests are all very friendly with each other, and it's particularly convenient for self-driving tours.
The hotel's rainforest setting is truly unique. The outdoor hot springs are very comfortable and clean, and the breakfast is health-focused. A special shout-out to the hotel's wide array of activities. The air quality, needless to say, was so good it felt 'intoxicating' – the natural environment is just outstanding. The hotel's service, in particular, was warm and attentive, leaving us with wonderful memories of our vacation! The natural environment is truly exceptional. All in all, a very pleasant holiday experience, highly recommended!

Guest UserI loved the room design; it was spacious and bright, with a great sense of openness. The hotel offers a variety of facilities: the kids adored the water park, while I really enjoyed the hot springs – so many different types to choose from! A soak in the evening helped me sleep so much better. The recreation center also had plenty to do, like ping pong, billiards, and an indoor pool, which are great options for a rainy day. I didn't get a chance to visit the card and chess room this time, but I'll definitely check it out next time. The service was excellent, with smiling staff everywhere I went. They even provided thoughtful welcome fruit and bedtime desserts. I also tried the Jiyuan travel photography service. The makeup, styling, and photography were all top-notch; I'm very happy with the results.

JaymaxfizzleI enjoyed the villa at the resort with its own pool and jacuzzi. The tropical climate, nature and churping of birds was a good getaway from the city. I would have loved to spend more time outdoors but I guess from January to April would have been better for that when peharps it is cooler outside. Resturants and the beach are in the area and are walking distance from the hotel. Peharps the hotel can provide pricing options to include both breakfast and dinner for those who would like to have all their meals at the hotel. The customer service was excellent. Peharps it would be better if they could speak some English better communication but they did their best to deliver the best customer service. Our room was literally cleaned everyday with our linens changed daily and the pool cleaned daily. Special shoutout to Luka Sun that checked us out early in the morning when we were leaving the hotel. Overall for the affordable price and the service it was a great expericence and I would stay at the hotel again when I'm in Sanya.

circle920Twenty years ago, for my honeymoon, I chose a hotel in Yalong Bay. I thought The St. Regis was too old-fashioned then, so I picked the one next door. Now that I'm older, I've grown to appreciate this style more and more. This 'old money' aesthetic truly stands the test of time. Built during an economic boom, the hotel's lobby and public areas are incredibly grand, and the rooms are very spacious. The furniture and facilities are impeccably maintained; you'd never guess how many years have passed. What's more, the St. Regis has air-conditioned indoor walkways from the lobby to the rooms, which is incredibly comfortable, especially during the scorching summer.
I've stayed at many St. Regis properties across the country, but the service in Sanya is by far the best. The butler contacted me early to understand my needs, and even added an exclusive butler, Seven, a day before my arrival. The service was truly exceptional; they responded to all my inquiries instantly and fulfilled every request. This level of attentive service deserves a huge thumbs-up! With such a dedicated butler team, who wouldn't be impressed by The St. Regis's enduring charm?

Guest UserThe front desk service was indeed excellent, they really tried to meet guests' needs. They even let me check out two hours late without a fuss, which I really appreciated – very understanding and accommodating. However, the room facilities are quite old. The musty, damp smell at night made it hard to sleep, and the sofa had some stains that… well, let's just say adults would recognize them. Breakfast was very mediocre, and they start clearing up surprisingly early. I went down at 10 AM and there was hardly anything left, and I felt very rushed. I later found out they close breakfast at 10 AM, which is definitely a noticeable difference compared to other five-star hotels. I didn't get to use any of the other services offered by the hotel, as most of them require booking a day in advance, and I simply didn't have enough time.

Guest UserThe hotel upgraded our room, and it was spacious and beautifully decorated. My kids especially loved the bunk beds and the projector. The hotel is very close to the beach and offers a shuttle service to the pier, which is super convenient. Breakfast was delicious too! We'll definitely stay here again next time. Wuzhizhou Island is stunning, and we had a fantastic time there.

The villa is beautiful and the pool water is very clean. The hotel is right next to the beach, so you can walk over and dip your toes in the water. The rooms are large and plentiful, and I got a bit disoriented when I first checked in. Unlike other standalone villa hotels I've stayed at, this one doesn't have a butler service; you need to call the front desk for any requests. It also felt like the hotel was understaffed. We checked in during peak hours, and the front desk staff looked very tired and overwhelmed. They didn't even guide guests queuing up in an orderly fashion. The experience in this regard was quite poor compared to the Hilton we stayed at two days ago.
If you're staying in a villa, you'll need to bring your own mosquito repellent. Because the rooms are so large and there's a lot of greenery, even electric mosquito coils were largely ineffective. I didn't see any mosquito traps or similar facilities outside either. We were almost carried away by Sanya's mosquitoes!

The hotel is nestled at the foot of Qixianling Mountain, boasting a superb environment. The main building is ideal for wheelchair users, and the receptionist was very helpful, upgrading my room. The room even had its own hot spring, which was very convenient and comfortable. The restaurant manager was very welcoming and greeted us proactively; the food was also of good quality. A truly wonderful trip, I would definitely stay here again.

Facilities: The facilities are a bit dated, but overall I'm quite satisfied. The room is spacious, and each room comes with its own private pool. You can ask the hotel to turn on the circulation system.
Hygiene: The hygiene is generally good. There are mosquito coils and repellent in the room, as there tend to be more mosquitoes.
Environment: The overall environment is very private and has a resort-like feel. There are many trees, and it's quite tranquil. The overall decor is very exquisite.
Service: The overall service level is decent. The first day's service was the best, but in the subsequent two days, the wait time for the buggy was quite long.
