Pretty nice hotel. The rooms are nonsmoking but they can smoke in the hallway near the elevator. If smoking bothers you. The pool was nice and the kids enjoyed it.

There is a direct subway from airport to hotel. Name of the subway is ZAOYUAN and walking distance from subway to hotel about 5mins walk. Hotel room is spacious and clean. There is a small gym and nearby there is a night market and supermarket about 12mins walk from hotel. Near to residential area, there are few restaurants and we found a nice Lanzhou Beef Noodle which is clean, friendly and good. FREE 24hrs airport pickup from nearby hotels to airport , we took the 5am ride and within 15mins reach airport.

The hotel is located right inside the 'Big Corn' building, so the location is absolutely fantastic. There's plenty of food and drinks available downstairs, and there's even a shopping mall nearby. The room was quite clean and spacious enough. My only minor complaint is that the bathwater was a bit yellowish when I first started filling it up. Also, the air conditioning was a bit too strong, making the room a little cold.

The hotel service was excellent all around. From the front desk, housekeeping, and breakfast staff to the executive lounge personnel and even the doorman, everyone was incredibly warm, friendly, and highly efficient at resolving any issues. The room was clean and tidy, and housekeeping was very prompt. Breakfast offered a wide variety of choices, and the coffee was particularly good. The local specialty dishes were also quite delicious. The hotel's location is also a plus, being close to the subway, convenient for taxis, and with a supermarket right next door. All in all, I was extremely satisfied!

As always, Hilton provides a reliable and reassuring stay. The room quality and service level here are arguably top-tier in the local area. Every time I visit Zhengzhou, my biggest fear is that the hotel won't live up to expectations, especially the smoke smell, which has almost become a norm. As someone with severe nasal allergies, this experience is truly tormenting. Before checking in this time, I specifically requested a non-smoking room with absolutely no trace of smoke. Belle, the lobby manager, was incredibly attentive. She personally inspected the room and confirmed there was no residual smoke smell before arranging for my check-in. The moment I entered the room, I let out a sigh of relief. The room was fresh and comfortable, allowing me a rare moment of relaxation. Many thanks to Belle and all the service staff for their professionalism and attention to detail. This level of service makes me unhesitatingly decide: next time I'm in Zhengzhou, this will still be my first choice.

If you go to Jiaozuo for business and travel, such as self-driving Yuntai Mountain Scenic Area, it is highly recommended to stay at Jiaozuo Guest House (the parking lot is very large and free), absolutely surprises are absolutely value for money. The hotel's hardware facilities and prices are available for everyone to check the hotel introduction. The management service surprised me. From the room service at the front desk of the lobby to the cafeteria, the uniform and attitude of the staff, and the standard five-star hotel paradigm level are not seen in the whole season of Crystal Atour. It is worth mentioning that the manager Yang Yang of the Shili Gallery buffet restaurant is handsome, warm and professional. I will choose the hotel because of him and eat the buffet!

Overall, I'm extremely satisfied; this hotel can truly be considered the benchmark for high-end accommodation in Suqian. Excellent Location: Situated right next to Qingming Shanghe Park, within a larger park area. The lake view rooms offer a fantastic vista, and the sunsets in the evening are beautiful. Although it's a bit far from the city center, the environment is quiet, making it ideal for business relaxation and holidays. Top-notch Facilities: The hotel lobby is grand, and the rooms are very spacious, luxuriously decorated, and well-maintained. The mattress and pillows are exceptionally comfortable, ensuring a great night's sleep. The bathroom has a wet/dry separation, and the toiletries are of good quality. Attentive Service: The front desk staff are efficient with check-ins, and the concierge service is proactive. Extra requests made during check-in (like asking for an additional bottle of water) were responded to quickly. Rich Breakfast: The buffet breakfast offers a wide variety of options, combining Chinese and Western dishes, including local specialties. Everything tasted delicious.

InterContinental consistently delivers on quality, and every staff member I encountered was friendly and smiled. The elegant orchids in public areas and details like 5100 bottled water all exuded good taste. Plus, if you love swimming and working out, this is a great place to stay. The buffet, priced at around 200+ per person, is definitely worth trying; the seafood quality is excellent. However, the biggest issue is the lack of ventilation and natural airflow. It got uncomfortably stuffy in less than a day, making it unsuitable for extended stays. The mattress was extremely thick, and the duvet was very warm, making it hard to sleep in the first half of the night due to the heat. Secondly, the complimentary 'special experience' lacked sincerity. The hotel couldn't directly book it; I had to contact the vendor myself, and the front desk didn't proactively offer this information. It took several phone calls to finally reach them, and in the end, I couldn't do it because the timing didn't work out. The vendor was on the 2nd floor of David City, and the actual service duration was only about 10 minutes, despite the hotel's page stating 30 minutes (which apparently requires buying products). Why would I travel so far just to apply hand cream and eye cream myself? I'd rather skip it. There were also a few minor flaws that didn't overshadow the overall experience: The toilet paper was very thin, the flip-top bin was inconvenient, and the toothbrush bristles were too hard.

The hotel boasts a superb location, with the subway station just a little over 100 meters away. As soon as you step into the lobby, you're greeted by a delightful and familiar signature scent. The rooms are thoughtfully designed, with meticulous attention paid to every detail. Breakfast was outstanding; they've truly gone the extra mile. The staff were incredibly proactive, warm, and always happy to help with any questions. We felt completely at home and will absolutely be returning for another stay.

The rooms are very large; we booked a double room and even with two kids and an extra bed, there was still plenty of space. We had dinner at the first-floor restaurant, which had a wide selection of dishes, including local cuisine and Cantonese, all tasting great. What truly stood out was the service. Even before we checked in, the AC in our room was already on. Check-in was quick, and requests were attended to promptly. A special shout-out to Manager Zhang, who was incredibly warm, thoughtful, and attentive. He anticipated our needs before we even thought of them, clearly explaining the hotel facilities and surrounding amenities. Since we had an early morning flight and wouldn't have time for breakfast, he thoughtfully arranged for the staff to pack breakfast for us to pick up at the front desk. A huge thank you for your dedication. The hotel is very close to the airport, and the airport shuttle was perfectly on time, making it an ideal choice for early morning flights. Just a small suggestion: the soundproofing of the room doors could be improved. During the day, we could hear conversations in the hallway and the sound of doors closing. However, once everyone rested, it became quiet. This might also be partly due to some guests speaking loudly or not closing doors gently. Perhaps earplugs could be offered or a quiet zone designated for guests with special needs.
