Very nice hotel! Liked it very much! The room was clean and comfortable, the reception was welcoming, breakfast was fine, found nice cozy cafe nearby! Definitely will stay here next time on my business trip again!

There is a direct subway from airport to hotel. Name of the subway is ZAOYUAN and walking distance from subway to hotel about 5mins walk. Hotel room is spacious and clean. There is a small gym and nearby there is a night market and supermarket about 12mins walk from hotel. Near to residential area, there are few restaurants and we found a nice Lanzhou Beef Noodle which is clean, friendly and good. FREE 24hrs airport pickup from nearby hotels to airport , we took the 5am ride and within 15mins reach airport.

This is a branded hotel, so it has all the standard amenities and services you'd expect. It's located in the upper floors of Zhengzhou's landmark 'Big Corn' building, which is part of the Millennium Plaza. To get to the hotel by car, you first need to enter the plaza's underground parking garage. From there, it takes three elevator transfers to reach the hotel, which was a bit of a head-scratcher! 😂😂😂 However, the top floor offers great views. Breakfast is a mix of Western and Chinese options, but I do wish they offered more local specialties.

Overall, it was a good experience. The room layout was well-designed, making it easy to store belongings, and the soundproofing was decent. Although there's a road and a shopping mall diagonally across, which can be noisy during the day with loudspeakers, it was very quiet at night. The breakfast was quite extensive, and the coffee was excellent. The hotel staff were all very friendly, helping with luggage and greeting guests with smiles. The front desk, in particular, proactively offered information about the local area. Bella Li, especially, was very attentive and helpful when assisting me with extending my stay. My only suggestion would be to add trash cans in the public areas on the first floor; their absence was a bit inconvenient.

As always, Hilton provides a reliable and reassuring stay. The room quality and service level here are arguably top-tier in the local area. Every time I visit Zhengzhou, my biggest fear is that the hotel won't live up to expectations, especially the smoke smell, which has almost become a norm. As someone with severe nasal allergies, this experience is truly tormenting. Before checking in this time, I specifically requested a non-smoking room with absolutely no trace of smoke. Belle, the lobby manager, was incredibly attentive. She personally inspected the room and confirmed there was no residual smoke smell before arranging for my check-in. The moment I entered the room, I let out a sigh of relief. The room was fresh and comfortable, allowing me a rare moment of relaxation. Many thanks to Belle and all the service staff for their professionalism and attention to detail. This level of service makes me unhesitatingly decide: next time I'm in Zhengzhou, this will still be my first choice.

If you go to Jiaozuo for business and travel, such as self-driving Yuntai Mountain Scenic Area, it is highly recommended to stay at Jiaozuo Guest House (the parking lot is very large and free), absolutely surprises are absolutely value for money. The hotel's hardware facilities and prices are available for everyone to check the hotel introduction. The management service surprised me. From the room service at the front desk of the lobby to the cafeteria, the uniform and attitude of the staff, and the standard five-star hotel paradigm level are not seen in the whole season of Crystal Atour. It is worth mentioning that the manager Yang Yang of the Shili Gallery buffet restaurant is handsome, warm and professional. I will choose the hotel because of him and eat the buffet!

We got a room upgrade, and it was quite spacious with a soaking tub. Unfortunately, we couldn't use a disposable bathtub liner, but the staff offered to disinfect it again, which made the kids happy. Guo Yan'e, a staff member, was incredibly thoughtful; she folded all our clothes and placed them neatly on the sofa. Knowing we had children, she also provided extra water and kids' amenities. The room also featured a small terrace where egrets visited daily. The breakfast was decent with a good variety, though I only noticed green vegetables on our last day. For visiting Qingyuan, the hotel's buggy took us to the hotel entrance, and from there, it was a short walk to Duanmen.

InterContinental consistently delivers on quality, and every staff member I encountered was friendly and smiled. The elegant orchids in public areas and details like 5100 bottled water all exuded good taste. Plus, if you love swimming and working out, this is a great place to stay. The buffet, priced at around 200+ per person, is definitely worth trying; the seafood quality is excellent. However, the biggest issue is the lack of ventilation and natural airflow. It got uncomfortably stuffy in less than a day, making it unsuitable for extended stays. The mattress was extremely thick, and the duvet was very warm, making it hard to sleep in the first half of the night due to the heat. Secondly, the complimentary 'special experience' lacked sincerity. The hotel couldn't directly book it; I had to contact the vendor myself, and the front desk didn't proactively offer this information. It took several phone calls to finally reach them, and in the end, I couldn't do it because the timing didn't work out. The vendor was on the 2nd floor of David City, and the actual service duration was only about 10 minutes, despite the hotel's page stating 30 minutes (which apparently requires buying products). Why would I travel so far just to apply hand cream and eye cream myself? I'd rather skip it. There were also a few minor flaws that didn't overshadow the overall experience: The toilet paper was very thin, the flip-top bin was inconvenient, and the toothbrush bristles were too hard.

The room, though small, had everything we needed and was very cozy. We stayed with two four-year-olds, and the front desk staff was incredibly kind and helpful. The airport shuttle service was punctual and attentive. The wake-up call for our early flight was perfectly timed, and they even thoughtfully arranged an emergency breakfast for us.

This is a Chinese garden-style hotel. I've flown past it many times before, but this was my first stay. I never have very high expectations for hotels near airports or high-speed rail stations. Before checking in, I saw online reviews mentioning that the facilities were a bit old, so I just thought of it as an overnight stop, mainly to get some rest quickly after arriving late. However, there were many things that pleasantly surprised me during my stay. Personally, I think the facilities and equipment are quite good. The main thing was how fast the airport pickup was; they picked me up about 5 minutes after I called, and it was a 2-minute drive to the hotel. When entering, I even saw many flight attendants checking in, which immediately reassured me about the hotel's cleanliness and safety. When checking in, the front desk mentioned they offer free late-night snacks, with options like wontons and white fungus soup. My wife and I ordered two bowls of wontons. About 20 minutes after we got to the room, a staff member delivered them. I devoured them in a few minutes at midnight, haha! I have to say, these wontons were absolutely delicious, whether I was just hungry or what, I loved them! Many hotels I've stayed at before also offer late-night snacks, but most of them are porridge. Compared to porridge cooked in a large batch, I much prefer the wontons at this hotel. They take a bit longer to wait for, but they're freshly made.
