The hotel is great and centrally located and walking distance to the supermarket, cable car station and eateries. Room is spacious, with an executive chair and working table and comfortable bed and toilet. Washing machines and dryers are provided complimentary on the 3rd floor where the gym and coffee house are located. Reasonable good selection of breakfast buffet spread at the coffee house.

The location is excellent being at the scenic spot itself. That's a shop selling noodles buns and snacks right beside the hotel. I stayed on the 5th floor and the view was excellent. The only thing is there is no elevator and I have to climb up the flights upstairs. So it is not recommended for those who have problems climbing. You can ask to stay at level one though when you book and the owner will accommodate. They also helped to carry my luggage up and down the flight of stairs. The room is very comfortable and there's a projector where we can watch movies. There will be no more noise from the pub after 11:30 pm. There's air conditioning and heating in the room. One thing to note transport is very difficult to get from the train station to the hotel. So bad to arrange pick up and send off with the hotel beforehand. Difficulty to get transport is a norm in Phoenix ancient town.

The room was very warm and comfortable. I love that the curtains can separate the bedroom from the living room so that the light can't get in as much when I'm sleeping. The heater inside the bedroom is also helpful in keeping the room nice and toasty. The front desk were helpful and helped us with the luggages. You do have to walk a bit on foot to the hotel since cars can't enter.

Choosing Hanzhi for my trip to Changsha was definitely the right call! Its location is superb – just 50 meters from the Huangxing Square subway exit, so no detours needed. The room facilities are very new; there's a smart assistant you can talk to and a robot that delivers items, which is super friendly for lazy people like me, plus you can even do laundry! The bedding was also incredibly comfortable, I slept like a baby. Both the front desk and housekeeping staff were very attentive and always willing to help. It offers great value for money, and I'll definitely stay here again next time!

We had a beautiful stay and it was worth it. The service was top tier. The front desk was very very helpful. They answered all the questions we asked. The breakfast was very delicious, will definitely stay there again. This is the first hotel where am being asked how i slept and if i have eaten. Kudos to their service. They helped us to buy the tickets at a discounted price which was a good deal.

Five-star rating | Sheraton Changde Stay Experience Beyond satisfied! The front desk service was warm and efficient, making for a seamless check-in. The room was spacious and tidy, with panoramic floor-to-ceiling windows offering lake views, and the Sweet Sleeper bed was incredibly comfortable. Breakfast was extensive, and the Changde rice noodles were absolutely amazing. The 24-hour gym and pool facilities were complete, offering a fantastic experience. The location is close to Wanda Plaza, making travel and dining super convenient. I'll definitely come again!

The hotel service was excellent. They offered coffee and ginger tea in the lobby. The room was also very spacious and comfortable. It's definitely better to stay at a hotel with kids. The breakfast spread was fantastic, and my children absolutely loved it. Getting to the cable car was very convenient, and there were plenty of restaurants right outside the hotel.

The resort is a little tricky to get to if you hire DiDi so make sure to utilize their free pickup service from airport or train station. They were very accommodating. We booked the hotel last min and they were able to arrange a driver to pick us up on the same day. Overall the stay was very comfortable and it’s located in a small village just steps away from one of the 5 entrances to the National Forest. We definitely enjoyed the small town feel. It was a nice trip to decompress after the lively, bright lights and bustling streets of Chongqing (which was also great!). The food they serve and free breakfast was very good. Will definitely stay here again when we revisit Zhangjiajie.

We really enjoyed staying here. The service was superb, and we received excellent service from the housekeeper and all staff who assisted us with booking all sites and park entries. We asked for TV service and we got it too. The TV service included a wide range of videos that we could choose from, and we found that very helpful. The buffet breakfast was also excellent. I am so happy to have found this hotel and stayed here. 小曼was particularly helpful and hospitable, always smiling and nothing she could not help out does not know. Thanks to all staff who helped us to have a valuable experience and holiday at Dzangjiaje.
