The location is right next to the Ancient Town, which is perfect for walking there and also convenient for getting a taxi directly to the hotel—especially with luggage, so there’s no need to carry or walk it through the Ancient Town. The cleanliness of the room was superb. The staff, especially Tian, were super helpful at all times; they helped us book a taxi to the train station and assisted with our luggage (there is no elevator). The view is also incredible.

Beautiful traditional guesthouse right by the river — perfect location for exploring the old town of Fenghuang. The rooms are clean and cozy, with lovely wooden decor and a nice balcony view over the water. The owners are super kind and helpful, even though their English is limited, they really make you feel welcome. Great atmosphere and excellent value for money. Highly recommended if you want an authentic stay in Fenghuang!

Hotel was perfect we took the largest bed, it was 270 cm wide wow. Reception stuff actually speak some english so thats very rare and its areally helpfull. I didn’t like the breakfast but thats ok, since the food is so cheap. If i ever come again i would book it again.

Among all the hotels in Zhangjiajie, only this one offers prices that are affordable for a typical family, yet it provides a luxurious experience with exceptional value. We were proactively given two key cards for the elevator. The breakfast spread was incredibly rich, even featuring dumplings. Although the room didn't have a mini-fridge, it did offer complimentary iced tea and coke, which we didn't end up drinking. There's both ground and underground parking available with unlimited access. Best of all, it's directly opposite the Tianmen Mountain Cableway station, just across the road. There are also several great restaurants nearby. The bathroom is well-equipped with lotion and laundry detergent, and they even have robot delivery for meals. Aside from not having smart home features, it's virtually perfect. It truly feels like this hotel genuinely wants guests to stay.

This hotel is located on the outskirts of Fenghang Ancient Town, but it's not far and offers a quieter, more peaceful environment. You can see the Tuojiang River right from your window. The breakfast is quite unique, served on a nine-compartment platter. The hotel thoughtfully provides drip coffee, which was a nice touch and tasted completely different and much better than the coffee at other hotels on my trip. They also offer shuttle service to and from the station, making arrival and departure very convenient.

This was my first time choosing Wyndham, and I was very satisfied with my stay. The hotel's location is excellent; it's a 10-minute walk to the A-line entrance of Tianmen Mountain. It's also convenient for dining and strolling around right outside. The lovely front desk staff even upgraded me to a mountain view room for free. The room had very new tech features, and the shower pressure was fantastic. The breakfast was quite rich. The front desk staff also helped explain the scenic area's tour routes and purchased tickets for me, which even saved me a bit of money! 😁😁

The room facilities are new and fully smart-controlled. You can use voice commands for the curtains, TV, and lights. The toilet is also a smart one. The room is spacious, as is the bathroom, which features a wet/dry separation and a bathtub. Disposable bathroom amenities are provided, including disposable toilet seat covers and bathtub liners. The breakfast is abundant and delicious, available from 6:30 AM. The restaurant is clean, hygienic, and spacious. The staff are very enthusiastic and patient. The front desk is very knowledgeable about local tour routes, offering guests excellent suggestions and route maps. This saves you from taking unnecessary detours. The hotel also provides a dedicated shuttle service to the scenic area's landmark gate, available on demand, which is very timely and convenient. The hotel's surroundings are pleasant. It's very convenient to go out for shopping and dining, and prices are reasonable.

This is hands down the best value-for-money hotel I've ever stayed at in Zhangjiajie. The facilities are complete, the environment is quiet, and it's spotlessly clean. The service attitude is excellent; they even deliver breakfast to your room. At night, being backed by the mountains means there's no car noise. The rooftop terrace offers a stunning view of the distant mountains, and waking up to that view is truly refreshing. The best part is the price – it's really affordable, making it incredible value for money. The owner even helps with discounted tickets and daily tour planning, which made my trip incredibly worry-free! I'll definitely be recommending this to all my friends.

The service was exemplary; the service manager communicated with me in advance about my needs, proactively upgraded my room upon check-in, assisted with luggage, and provided recommendations for nearby attractions online throughout. They responded instantly to any questions and even thoughtfully offered a welcome fruit platter. The facilities were comprehensive and practical; the smart devices in the room were easy to use, the mattress was soft and comfortable, the high-speed Wi-Fi was smooth, and the soundproofing was superb, so I didn't have to worry about disturbing friends during our get-together. The breakfast was a pleasant surprise, with a wide variety of options, including local specialties, fresh fruits and vegetables, hot drinks, and desserts. The ingredients were fresh, tasted great, and the portions were generous and filling. Overall, it was excellent value for money—five stars!

Great value for money and super convenient transportation, really got me excited for my trip! (´͈ ᵕ `͈ )◞♡ I used the laundry service and ordered bottled water through the mini-program. The cleaning staff were excellent; they proactively emptied the trash and refilled essentials every day, and even helped tidy up the bed, which was a thoughtful touch. There was also a surprise farewell gift when we checked out, which my daughter absolutely loved!
