The hotel's location is excellent, right in the middle of the ancient town and by the Tuo River. Opening the window, you're greeted with views of the Tuo River's scenery and local residences. Getting this spot in the off-season was a great find; I imagine it's tough to book during peak times. A special shout-out goes to the 'heroine' staff member who single-handedly carried our heavy luggage all the way up to the fifth floor – truly impressive! It took me several stops to walk down myself.

This was a lovely place to stay right in the heart of the ancient town. Our room had a beautiful view of the city and was very close to walking to other scenic views of the city and the waterfall. The hotel staff were great and helped us to book the scenic area ticket (required as the hotel is in the area) at a discounted price and organised pickup from the railway station. The room itself was exactly as the photos show and very clean

Absolutely fantastic! Haha, the breakfast was great too, I loved it. I'll definitely come back next time. This hotel is conveniently located, with plenty of dining and shopping options nearby. The room was clean, tidy, and warmly decorated, and the bedding was comfortable, making me feel right at home. The front desk service was warm and attentive, and check-in and check-out were very efficient. The Wi-Fi signal was stable and the internet speed was fast, meeting both my work and entertainment needs. The breakfast selection was rich, with both Chinese and Western options, and the taste was excellent. Overall, it offers great value for money, and I'll choose to stay here again on my next visit.

Our stay was incredibly pleasant. The hotel was clean and hygienic, and the staff were warm and friendly. The breakfast was plentiful, and there were many dining options nearby. It was also super convenient for visiting Tianmen Mountain. We miscalculated our sightseeing time and came down late, but they were very understanding and offered a late check-out. In the evenings, hot congee was available, and upon check-in, we received complimentary snacks. They even have a shared hiking pole service! We actually left our own hiking poles that we bought elsewhere. I highly recommend this place!

This hotel is located on the outskirts of Fenghang Ancient Town, but it's not far and offers a quieter, more peaceful environment. You can see the Tuojiang River right from your window. The breakfast is quite unique, served on a nine-compartment platter. The hotel thoughtfully provides drip coffee, which was a nice touch and tasted completely different and much better than the coffee at other hotels on my trip. They also offer shuttle service to and from the station, making arrival and departure very convenient.

The room was great, very spacious for three adults. The service was exceptionally warm; someone greeted us as soon as we got out of the car to help with luggage. Since it was quite cold, we were immediately offered a cup of ginger tea each upon entering the lobby. Breakfast wasn't lavish, but it had both Chinese and Western options, enough to fill us up. The hotel is less than a ten-minute walk from the Tianmen Mountain cable car. The restaurant recommended by the lady at the front desk next door was excellent, the best meal we had on this trip.

The stay was amazing. The staff was very helpful and went above and beyond to assist us with planning our activities and purchasing tickets. The hotel provided a car with a professional driver who chauffeured us to various locations, such as restaurants, parks, and shows, without any additional cost. The room we stayed in was one of the nicest I have ever stayed in. It was exceptionally clean and comfortable, with a luxurious bathrobe and dream-like shower. Even after opening the window at night, all we could hear was the soothing sound of birds chirping in the morning, creating a peaceful and tranquil atmosphere. This hotel is truly a dream come true!

This is hands down the best value-for-money hotel I've ever stayed at in Zhangjiajie. The facilities are complete, the environment is quiet, and it's spotlessly clean. The service attitude is excellent; they even deliver breakfast to your room. At night, being backed by the mountains means there's no car noise. The rooftop terrace offers a stunning view of the distant mountains, and waking up to that view is truly refreshing. The best part is the price – it's really affordable, making it incredible value for money. The owner even helps with discounted tickets and daily tour planning, which made my trip incredibly worry-free! I'll definitely be recommending this to all my friends.

They responded instantly to any questions and even thoughtfully offered a welcome fruit platter. The facilities were comprehensive and practical; the smart devices in the room were easy to use, the mattress was soft and comfortable, the high-speed Wi-Fi was smooth, and the soundproofing was superb, so I didn't have to worry about disturbing friends during our get-together. The breakfast was a pleasant surprise, with a wide variety of options, including local specialties, fresh fruits and vegetables, hot drinks, and desserts. The ingredients were fresh, tasted great, and the portions were generous and filling. Overall, it was excellent value for money—five stars!

The room was great, service was good, and it was clean. It's right by Huangxing Square, so transportation is very convenient. They offer many free amenities like a curling iron, facial cleanser, makeup remover, and face towels. Breakfast is served until 11 am, which is perfect for late risers. There are also complimentary fruits and snacks.
