Good hotel, Nice view and nice room, services are wonderful.

I went there for Novotel, but I didn't expect it to be an INN room, and it's far from the city. There's only a gas station in the distance, and no commercial facilities. Three people stayed in one room, one of which was a sofa bed. The quilt was hard and heavy, and it was very stuffy without turning on the air conditioner. The highlight of the room was that there was an outdoor swimming pool outside the window, with a good view; there was a cloakroom where you could stack suitcases and sundries, which was very useful.

Dissatisfied with Ctrip and the hotel communication, the original reservation for two nights, but due to the itinerary change, I need to go to Rotterdam in advance (or the hotel booked on Ctrip, I had Ctrip's APP at that time), I arranged to refund one night at the time of check-in, The hotel agreed and arranged to refund me one night's tax and breakfast (not Ctrip's purchase), and Ctrip also promised to arrange a refund for one night; but due to Ctrip's communication delay, it was not possible to refund one night, wasting my money, time and trust in Ctrip; So it feels like there is no drama in the front and behind;

Had a wonderful stay whilst I was at the NHow Rotterdam. The hotel is located near a metro station and tram stop which will take you to Rotterdam Centraal and the main city centre. The rooms are large, spacious and super modern!

By far the best place we found during our trip in the Netherlands. The bedroom is large enough for 2 people and very comfortable, the bathrooms are clean. In a nutshell, everything is made to make you feel good (music in background, Rituals shampoo and body wash, customized light moods).

We had a very great experience. The staff so very friendly. Will book this hotel again 😁

Clifton at the Front Desk was wonderful. He helped us out with combining our reservations and other little things. Rooms are big enough but the bathrooms are tiny and outdated. Still great location one block from the beach!

Convenient transportation, complete hotel facilities, nearby is a large tulip field, just in season, very beautiful! The service is also very good, but the room this time is average.

The guy at the reception was rude. Because I'm vegan I ordered food from uber as their restaurant didn't have vegan options that I was sure about. The guy read on the food bag I ordered and asked me why do you eat plastic charge which was mentioned apart from my main dish by the restaurant.

Nice hotel, nice hotel room. I'm sorry I had to ask for a shower and shampoo, but this was fixed immediately! So go on top!
