Thanks Novotel for the nice experience. It was a very pleasant trip except my teen boy refuse to leave the room, bed & movie to travel around to see more of Perth.
The only thing that needs to feedback was when checking-in, there was a half drank bottle in the fridge.
Other then that, the front counter staffs & restaurants people are all very nice.
Thank you!

Novotel Perth Murray Street is perfectly located in the heart of Perth's CBD, making it an excellent choice for travelers looking to explore the city. Its central location means you're just steps away from shopping precincts, popular restaurants, cultural attractions, and public transport, making it incredibly convenient for getting around. Easy to walk to barrack street, elizabeth quay too.

The double room was perfect for my parents and myself. Room is spacious, but only missing things are some bathroom amenities (shower caps, toothbrushes etc). Wish they provided the room slippers as well.
Otherwise, location is great - just a short walk to Hay Street and Murray Street where all the shopping can be done. There was also a perfect cafe (The Wolf Espresso) just at the corner of the hotel on Hay Street. Also just about to 15-20 mins walk to Perth Station. The rooms are not super sound proof as we can still hear our next door neighbours talking loudly all night.
But overall still a great place to stay at.

On the whole speaking, we had a happy stay in the hotel for 3 nights. All the staff are very attentive and helpful. Every time when we stepped in or out the hotel, the staff at the entrance will give u a very friendly smile and say hello. The room was elegant with modern design furniture; which makes the user feeling comfy when stay in the room.
The only thing is the buffet breakfast is under expected. Being a 5 star hotel, less choices and the food quality is just average, nothing impressed me. It really below average when compares with the other Continental Hotels in Asia.

Near to the main shopping area in Perth city. Easy access to all the brands and plenty of food options. 15 mins walk to the pier and 20 mins to botanical garden. Both worth walking around. Room was not that big but can still accommodate the 4 of us for 1 nite. For longer stay, suggest a bigger room.
Visited Monkey Mia Dolphin Resort with young kids for the dolphin experience in the mornings. The resort is quite modern n clean. Although remote, there are plenty of attractions nearby to explore. Overall, enjoyed the experience very much.

Cons: The TV doesn’t have Netflix or YouTube etc. There’s only one cartoon channel to keep the kids entertained. The bathtub area does not have shower head. Only a low-height tap so u need to walk over to the shower area to rinse the soap off. Pros: room is quiet even though we stay at level one. There r 2 washers and 2 dryers free for guests to use. The beds have wheels so I can easily roll one of the beds to be against the wall, since my toddler tends to fall off the bed when sleeping.

GGuest UserAlways clean and tidy apartment, although they are a little older, nice and cosy with lots of parking.
GGuest UserI was disappointed with my stay and wouldn't consider this a 5-star hotel. The lobby was incredibly small, and the large mirror at the reception was confusing, making it easy for guests to accidentally walk into it. Surprisingly, there were no toiletries provided in the room, so we had to call staff just to get a toothbrush delivered. The hotel robe was very low quality, almost resembling a kitchen rag, which was a letdown.
The swimming pool was also tiny and didn’t allow for much relaxation or enjoyment. The breakfast spread was pretty average—nothing impressive or memorable. Overall, I didn’t enjoy my stay.
The only real highlight was the beautiful view from our room, which was truly stunning. But for a 5-star experience, I expected much more.
GGuest UserOverall the hotel is nice at a great location. The only thing is I had a housekeeper trying to come into my room at 8:30 in the morning for housekeeping. Not sure why it’s so early since I’ve travelled a lot. I never had any housekeeping service this early. I arrived at the hotel late plus jet lagged, therefore I was still asleep when I heard the housekeeping tried to open the door then realized it’s locked then she knocked on my door.
GGuest UserThe environment is really good, next to the stairs to the kings park, the sanitation is also good, the large floor-to-ceiling windows in the room are super comfortable, and the facilities are complete, and there is a free zone to city within two minutes walk. The only disadvantage is that there is no parking space

BBrianQuality Inn is located in the CBD and there’s a bus stop just to the left of the entrance. There are several really good Asian restaurants at the rear of the hotel and you’re a 10 minute walk to the popular Hay street. The rooms are spacious and basic but unlike newer boutique hotels, it comes with a mini fridge, a TV, a bathtub, and toiletries. It’s a great deal for both budget and business travelers uninterested in no-frills service. It is, admittedly, an old hotel but the front desk staff are helpful and friendly and the service is more than adequate for unpretentious visitors to Perth.
Ppetrina yeoWe stayed as a family with a 2year old. I wouldn't consider this a 5 star, perhaps more of a 4 star.
When we arrived late at night, tired from a long drive, there was no bell boy to assist us with luggage direct to room, and esp with a kid in tow it was difficult. However one of our bags broke and the staff did help us get a bag from their store.
Also no toothbrush was provided upon check in day and we found out next day only that it has to be requested, seriously, this is a very basic necessity to have at least for 1st day.
The decor was intended to be classy but we found it a tad bit dark.
The worst part was the bed was way too soft and sunk in, I had a backache the next days. :(
On a positive note the bath tub was huge, toilet was spacious with 2 sinks! My kid enjoyed the bath tub. Also they did prepare the cot in the room when we arrived and I was very pleased.
The next day I asked for high chair and it was timely placed at our room when we got back. Overall the staff were responsive.
Also the breakfast was Ala carte, not buffet, but it was nicely cooked - however they did not offer a kids menu.
The location is close to cbd shopping but do take note parking at hay street has day charges/hourly charges which you should factor to the value of your stay. Most shops closes early around 5pm by the time we got back from our day trips.
Overall this hotel was more for couples or business stay and not so kid/family friendl, but that's just my opinion!
JJiameiLocation is good and close to city center and China Town. A bit noisy at night due to closing to bars but quiet inside the hotel. Bed was also comfortable.
Cleanliness needs improvement. We found dust on the table and the sockets near bed which wasn’t cleaned properly.
Although daily housekeeping was done during our stay, the staff only changed towels but didn’t pay attention to other details, for example, shampoo and body wash wasn’t refilled, hair on the ground wasn’t picked up and bed wasn’t made. I was disappointed that a Hilton-branded hotel was not up to standard on cleanliness.

SSab72527Super clean. Studio was very well-equipped. Brand new kitchen sponge, detergent etc. were provided. Also lots of free stuff in the bedroom (great shampoo & conditioner, body lotion, hand soap etc.). Very comfy bed. Location is great - only 2 min of walking from Perth Station. Still quiet during the night.
Staff was super welcoming and kind as well!
The only annoying thing was the old AC which was insanely loud and was right next to the bed on head-level. Other than that nothing negative - can highly recommend staying there.
