We like staying at Holiday Inns. No frills, good breakfast and the soft/hard pillows. Since it’s an international brand, the standards are there regardless whether it’s a new or old hotel. Can’t go too wrong with it.

A hidden gem in the ancient city. The room is clean and modern and the man that runs the hotel is very friendly. The location is perfect for exploring the ancient city and snack street is not far away. Plenty of food options and Meituan bikes or the metro are nearby to help you get around.

Stayed for 12 days. Hotel has only opened for business for several months so everything is very clean and neat. In place of a TV is a projector, which is my favorite thing. To a layman it can be a little challenging to get used to, but once you learned how to use it, it’s a hard to beat experience. Big movie screen right in your room! Staff were extremely friendly; I asked for a couple of more bottled water for a few days and front desk happily provided them. Free wash machine and dryer. And I took advantage of them on a daily basis. Breakfast does not offer many varieties but it’s inexpensive! 15 yuan or a little over $2. I ordered wonton soup almost daily; it was tasty! Location is fantastic. Only 50 meters from subway entrance even though I didn’t use subway much. Across street is one of the city’s leading shopping malls and there are many, many restaurants on the ground level inside the mall. If I have to list one con item, it’s the small entrance which can be hard to spot from the street view. Overall 5 star experience! Thank you. 谢谢🙏

The room is nice, the food in the mini bar is free, the service is warm and thoughtful, the breakfast has a rich variety, and a souvenir of spicy soup was given when checking out. The hotel's hardware is also good, there is a large supermarket downstairs, which is very convenient for shopping and eating.

We are arrive in the afternoon, and they give us welcome snack at room. It's a warm greetings. Room is so big. Hot water is good.Front desk is helpful. Easy check in check out.

It was a great stay. When I opened the door in the cold season, I felt a warm and cozy atmosphere in the room. The soft lights illuminated every clean corner. The tidy room environment gave me a feeling of home. Convenient parking and charging stations provided convenient conditions for the guests.

This was my first trip booked through Trip.com. Firstly, the hotel descriptions were very clear. I opted for Manxin due to its perfect location next to Guluo Square. The night view from the fourth-floor terrace is stunning, and the proximity to the night market is fantastic. The room interior is excellent, with good service. I chose a room on the left side with windows facing the main square building; my child enjoyed staying in front of the window, gazing outside. For Waimai, have robotic delivery service. Overall, I had a great experience throughout my stay. Highly recommended.

The location of this place is close to center and MRT. We can go to attractive places easily. The cleanliness and amenities are perfect. Breakfast is quite good compare with price. The staff are very kind and helpfull even they can't speak english but they use google translate to communicate. I strongly recommend this hotel

From the moment I arrived, I was captivated by the hotel's great location, friendly staff, cleanliness, and delightful dining options. First and foremost, the location of the hotel is truly unbeatable. Situated in the heart of ZhengZhou’s historic district, it offered easy access to all the major attractions, restaurants, and shopping . Whether I wanted to explore the historical landmarks, immerse myself in the local culture, or simply take a leisurely stroll along the bustling streets, everything was within walking distance from the hotel. The staff at the hotel deserve special praise for their exceptional hospitality. From the moment I entered the lobby, I was warmly greeted by the front desk staff who made me feel like a valued guest. Throughout my stay, the hotel staff consistently went above and beyond to ensure my comfort and satisfaction. Cleanliness is a top priority for me, and I was thoroughly impressed with the hotel's commitment to maintaining a pristine environment. The rooms were clean and well-maintained, with fresh linens and towels provided daily. The on-site restaurant offered a wide variety of delicious dishes that catered to different tastes and dietary preferences. The breakfast buffet, in particular, was a delight.

The air conditioning is quite good. Free pick-up and drop-off within 10 kilometers around the hotel (including the airport): I didn't notice when I went there, but there is also airport pick-up. I stayed at Ramada Luoyang Downtown for 1 night. I am really impressed by the welcoming receptionist Kiki and the room service provided during my stay here. Dear all. It is a beautiful House with very kind and very friendly Owner. Very thoughtful and caring about our needs. We had a beautiful river view room. We enjoyed it very much to stay there in our holidays and although we were there for short. It was very relaxing. We are looking forward to coming back. Luoyang is very beautiful and a good place for Hollidays for sightseeing and to relax. We love it.

The rooms are well worth their price. They are clean, spacious and very luminous. The Hotel is very well located but it is right in front of an enormous street (think double four lines + an over bridge) and it remains noisy event at night. The breakfast is nothing like the pictures (almost no food options, very small quantities available, no tea, coffee only available in the lobby) and served in a windowless backroom. Quite disappointing. We unfortunately had to deal with some talks from other guests behind our backs (trying to guess our nationalities, commenting on our appearances, etc.), to which someone from the cleaning crew decided to take part in. It was very unpleasant.

When you are having breakfast and find that you don’t have anything to drink, they will come over and ask you if you want something to drink and then bring it to you. After checking in, they will put your ID card in a card holder and hand it to you. This hotel is really attentive to the details of the service. I have stayed in many mid- to high-end hotels, and Christine is the first one with such attentive service. The dust cover of their wine glasses says ”Specialized perfection, almost demanding”. They really do this. I am very glad that I chose Christine among so many hotels in Luoyang. Next time I come to Luoyang, I will still choose here!

Beautiful environment, clean and hygienic, good location, very close to Luoyi Ancient City, there are many local snacks around, it is very suitable to stay here for tourism, and the surroundings are also given. Superb services. The receptionist are very friendly and answers to my questions very promptly. The rooms are clean and quite modern, central heating was just nice. The water heaters are great, they have dry and wet bathrooms as well. The housekeepers will ask you if you need any anything since we don’t really like housekeeping. The breakfasts were standard. Location is good, quite near walking distances to various attractions. We had an enjoyable stay there.

I would rate this hotel as average. Disappointed that no one at the registration desk spoke English. Room had a lovely view (12th floor) but wallpaper was torn and patched with large stickers. I had to ask for our room to be tidied (dump trash, fresh towels, more water bottles). Ladies at the breakfast buffet where very nice and welcoming -- knew basic English. The location is decent -- close to many restaurants, snack street/night market. Easy to get Didi or Taxi. Probably would not stay there again.

My husband and I took our wheelchair-bound mother to Kaifeng for a trip and stayed in this hotel for six days. Before we set off, we received a call from the hotel, saying that they had reserved a room for us. What touched me most was that it was already past 11 o'clock in the evening when we arrived at the hotel. The proprietress and the front desk waiter had been waiting for us. When they saw us get off the car, the proprietress and the girls at the front desk enthusiastically arranged and helped with the luggage. At the same time, a cup of hot tea was handed to us. Drinking a cup of hot tea and listening to the wonderful Henan accent made us feel warm in our hearts! The front desk quickly checked in, and soon we said goodnight! The hotel's breakfast was a familiar home-cooked meal, with sweet potatoes, pumpkins, fried dough sticks, buns, flower rolls, jujube cakes, steamed dumplings, eggs, fried noodles, a few stir-fried vegetables, a few cold dishes, wontons, milk, soy milk, and coffee. It was very comfortable to eat. The hotel room is fully equipped with a single bed and a double bed, which is just right for the three of us to sleep. The large floor-to-ceiling windows are sunny, and we sit in front of the window to drink tea, watching the busy streets with people coming and going, and experiencing the fireworks of the ancient capital of Kaifeng. The hotel staff is very good. If you have any needs, they are solved immediately with just a phone call. Whether it is the front desk, restaurant or room cleaning, the service staff always greets you with a smile and provides warm service, making us feel at home and as touched as if we had met family.

The location of the hotel is very good. Wansui Mountain is just outside the south gate. It is also very close to the Qingming Riverside Park. You can basically walk there. The hotel shuttle bus can be sent to the door. The driver and the security guard at the door are very enthusiastic and considerate, and can provide help at any time. We booked an executive twin room. The room is very large, with a small terrace and a very wide bed, which is enough space for two children. The twin beds can be put together to form a 2.4-meter-wide bed, which is very comfortable for two adults and two children. The executive lounge has afternoon tea from 3 to 5 o'clock and is open from 5 to 7 o'clock (about this time). In the afternoon, I was too lazy to go out for dinner, so I just went to eat something. It was very suitable. Ordering food in the room was not expensive. Daily noodles, fried rice and pizza can basically meet the needs. There is a hot spring bath in the room. It is super comfortable to soak after a day of playing outside in winter. The gym and swimming pool are also super good. The swimming pool has three depths, which is suitable for adults to swim and children to play. The room cleaning staff and the staff with work number 1022 are also very good. The cleaning staff saw that we had a child, left a lot of water when cleaning the room, and folded a little rabbit for the child. All in all, this stay experience was very good. If I have the chance to visit Kaifeng again next time, I must stay here.

This hotel must be full of stars for the price-performance ratio! ! If I take my family to Kaifeng again in the future, this hotel will be my first choice!

It can be said to be the most cost-effective hotel along the way. It was recently renovated. It is new and luxurious. The rooms are large and the facilities are great. It is located in the inner city, the city center, not far from the main attractions. Within 2-3 kilometers, there are many restaurants and supermarkets at Damenkou, and the services are also good. Very good. If you have the opportunity to travel to Kaifeng and visit Qingming Riverside Garden (so fun, there are many performances from noon to evening), I highly recommend this hotel.
