During my stay at the Shangri-La Hotel in Lhasa, I met a true guardian who brightened my trip with his sincerity and professionalism – our butler, Robert Xiang Hongwei. With every proactive greeting and meticulous action, he transformed the phrase “feeling at home” into a heartwarming reality. The best service is when guests forget they are being “served.” With Robert, I witnessed the pinnacle of hotel service: not making guests feel deliberately “cared for,” but rather, through natural kindness, having every need met silently. His every initiative, every “Okay, I’ll arrange it for you right away,” conveyed the same message: Here, you don't have to be a “guest,” just be “yourself.” The Shangri-La Hotel shines because of employees like him, and the industry is warmed by professionals like him. May this subtle light illuminate the journeys of more people, making every arrival a reunion worth looking forward to. I will definitely choose Shangri-La Hotel again for my next stay!

Undoubtedly the best hotel in Jieba Village. It's a complete package with a restaurant, bar, lifestyle center, and various Tibetan-themed experience halls. The afternoon tea was excellent; the beef jerky and open-faced sandwiches were particularly delicious. The hotel's environment is top-notch, truly living up to Songtsam's reputation with tasteful colors and decor. Watching the sunset from their private pier behind the hotel in the evening was also fantastic. My daughter's beef burger from the Himalaya Restaurant was very authentic, and the breakfast spread was even richer, featuring local tsampa. Songtsam's staff are all incredibly welcoming. Our butler messaged us in advance with all the details and hotel menus. Throughout our stay, they sent thoughtful reminders via messaging. The pick-up, luggage handling, and valet parking services were all flawlessly executed. The smiles of the ******* young men and women were truly infectious. As for the evening drink, the tremella soup was thoughtfully placed in a thermos. I was quite full, but I took a small taste, and it was very good.

This is one of those hotels you'll want to return to after you've left. The name is long and hard to remember, but the stay will leave a lasting impression. My husband and I stayed here in Lhasa, and the ladies at the front desk, along with the front desk manager, gave us a warm welcome and explanation. They even upgraded us to a family deluxe room with a view of the Potala Palace, which is stunning at night. The hotel facilities are comprehensive and exceptionally clean, and the dispersed oxygen supply ensured we slept well during our high-altitude trip. The hotel itself is like a museum, with its decor showcasing authentic ******* style, allowing you to experience ******* culture right on site. The breakfast spread is incredibly rich, offering a delicious selection of Chinese, Western, and ******* cuisines. The first-floor restaurant has both Chinese and Western set meals, as well as an authentic ******* restaurant, making dining and staying very convenient. What's most commendable is the location. It's less than a 15 RMB taxi ride to the Potala Palace, Jokhang Temple, Barkhor Street, and the Tibet Museum. Getting onto the highway is also very easy. All in all, our stay at this hotel was excellent. We will definitely stay here again on our next visit to Lhasa and will recommend it to our friends. The front desk staff were warm and attentive, check-in was quick, the location was convenient, and the price was excellent. I would definitely choose this place again next time! The cleanliness was excellent, the public areas were clean and odor-free, the staff were kind and considerate, the soundproofing was good, and the environment was quiet. Highly recommended! 3. Extremely close to the Potala Palace, and the hotel offers free parking. Right across from the parking lot, there's a cafe where you can get a close-up view of the Potala Palace at night, but I missed it this time. The airport shuttle is also conveniently located near the hotel. The front desk staff were very welcoming and even gave me a special yogurt when I checked in, which was quite tasty. The room was clean, tidy, comfortable, and the smart home features were very convenient. It's great for business trips. I'll definitely come back next time. Highly recommended!

My trip to Bomi! This hotel was a lifesaver! My last stop was Bonda Town, and the conditions there were indescribably terrible! Facilities: Huge parking lot with self-service car wash! And 12 washing machines! Laundry detergent and ironing machines were all readily available, making drying a breeze! The mattresses were incredibly comfortable! Wet and dry areas were separated. Cleanliness: The best thing about this new hotel is that the bedding was all brand new! Most importantly, it was spotless! Environment: Located right on the main road, very easy to find! Service: All the staff, both day and night, including the security guards, were incredibly attentive and observant! They even brought clean bags to help collect guests' laundry after it was done!

The location is excellent, close to the holy lake and convenient for cycling around it. You get a great view of Mount Kailash from anywhere in the hotel. We stayed in a suite, which had a hot spring bath with rose petals in the room – the water temperature was just right and very comfortable. The shower had great pressure, was very comfortable, and the temperature was stable. We had a very comfortable stay. The front desk lady was incredibly warm, helpful, and went out of her way for us, even helping with our luggage. They offer free ******* clothing for photo ops, and she enthusiastically helped us put them on. The public dishes were a bit bland for my taste as I love spicy food, so the owner specially stir-fried a chili pork dish for us and didn't even charge for it. It was incredibly delicious, and I was very touched. We had a very comfortable and enjoyable stay. If it weren't for our schedule, we really would have loved to stay a few more extra days. It was truly a treat. Many thanks to the front desk lady and the owner.

The hotel has a good location and environment. It has the background of the State-owned Assets Supervision and Administration Commission of the government. It mainly receives government conference guests, mainland aid-Tibet cadres and high-end customers. The guest rooms are fully equipped with no obvious shortcomings. The service attitude is very good, the breakfast is rich and high-quality, and the dining environment is pleasant. The overall feeling is good and it is worth recommending.
