Family Friendly Hotels in Surat Thani Province, Thailand

This is a very big resort hotel with large beautiful gardens. Hotel provides club cars to shuttle the guests between different places inside the hotel. All stuff always smile to greet the guests, and provide very nice service. The hotel has large amounts of different beautiful shapes of beach chairs nicely arranged at various places around the beach and pool areas for guests to have enough fun. All restaurants have ocean views, and carefully designed to have relaxing atmospheres, those are really enjoyable. The breakfast is also very nice with very good selections. The waves at this beach here are strong which make a very loud sound. The sounds truly make me so relax, as well as an unforgettable experience. Our deluxe terrace guest room is by the beach on the first floor, and near the pool bar and a restaurant. We can overlook the ocean, and enjoy the wave sound just from our terrace. On the other hand, the room has airtight windows to keep the room absolutely quiet. Thank Sheraton for making our Samui vacation such a wonderful and memorable one.

Excellent! Excellent! Excellent! The customer service is the best that I’ve ever experienced with an American company. The villa was a dream! The most beautiful view that I’ve experienced so far. The pools, the Kids Club, the bars, the Happy Hour, the View Restaurant..everything was excellent. It’s a beautiful resort. My only complaint would be the kids meals were low quality which was unexpected for the Ritz. I will definitely visit again!

Hi, I could not able to said all what was I got from here. It's easy to explain for what they have and actually all the facilities are visible from their photos. Then I would like to suggested this resort to who are looking for what I got from here and the answer is --the peacefully-- Everything about my stay here exceeded my expectations. The impression of the location, the size of the area, the vastness of the resort must be described as grand. Makes feel like I have entered another world surrounded by mountains, large trees, and a beach with a wide ocean view. Big and small islands lined up in front of the rooms viewing. Everything makes you forget the chaos of everyday life. Peace of soul and true sense of nature. This is a place that everyone should come to and leave the chaos for few days.

This hotel lives up to the standards of a Luxury Hotel. We were very impressed with the staff at the Hotel. There is a Chinese service at the front desk.Miss PeiPei`s service is very good.She speaks Chinese very well. We would like to return to this hotel if we have hte chance to experience a wonderful holiday.

Stayed for 8 nights at Sala Samui Choengmon Beach Resort. The villa had its own private pool. Very cozy and nice. The breakfast each morning was really nice. There’s a buffet and you also get one a la carte item for breakfast to go with your buffet. So really good. Staff were super friendly and nice. The hotel evening meals were not so good. Nearby restaurants were way better and much better priced. I wished the food was super good for lunch and dinner as it would have been perfect, but unfortunately, the Thai dishes were a bit sub par, over priced and even beers and cocktails were double or triple what you pay elsewhere. Pool staff were friendly and helpful, but I wish the food and drinks at restaurant and bar were reasonably priced so we could have enjoyed it more. Nearby restaurants offer better experience. Mr Eung restaurant nearby had the best food for that area. A short drive to the best restaurant on the island called Supatrra will show you what you wish the resort had. If the manager of the Sala resort went over there and learnt a thing or two about dining then the resort could be greatly improved. Anyway, resort was nice, just the lunch and dinner needs some attention. Good location, clean and tidy. Shower gel and soaps were not the best so had to buy some outside. Don’t forget your mosquito spray. Overall, a nice experience and very relaxing, just wish the food was better. Fun stuff to do nearby, football golf, Thai cooking class, go kart racing, reggae bar, paddle ball courts, tourist shopping at night market, kickboxing show. We hired a scooter, as it’s not really walking distance to anything but a short scooter ride will get you around the island.

Very good hotel, I recommend it to everyone, very good view and location of the hotel, there is a good air conditioner, and a beautiful view from the window, the staff is very nice, smiling people who will always help you find what you are looking for

The room is clean, the staff, the service staff are very good, both in the event and the kind outside the work, that is, our car is broken, help take care, follow, help, recommend. Delicious food service. Reasonable price Recommended places to visit and accommodation for us as well. The complaint is that there should be 2 blankets when 2 guests stay.

Location- situated semi rural on the beach. The perfect destination for a relaxing retreat. Lots of walks locally, moped or car required to travel around or taxi. Hotel were incredibly helpful and took us around local area to a park. Cleanliness- everywhere was spotless! Food- Thai food for breakfast and dinner options. Fresh and plentiful. Room- we had the superior sea view room and would opt for this during future stays. Facilities- the pool we didn’t use but looked clean and inviting. It was a flying visit for us so never got the opportunity. English was spoken very well. All staff are presentable and want you to enjoy your stay. Would visit again but for longer and will be recommending.

During our recent stay at Silavadee Pool Spa Resort in Koh Samui, we were consistently impressed by the exceptional service provided by the staff. The Star Bar provided amazing cocktails and a relaxing atmosphere for watching the sunset. The Height served the best Thai food we had on the island. The private beach was beautiful and relaxing, offering everything one could desire for a serene getaway. We also participated in a cooking class led by an amazing chef. The experience included a trip into town to visit the markets and learn about the course’s ingredients, followed by the class at The Height restaurant, which boasts amazing views. The chef was kind and genuinely a lovely person, making the experience unforgettable. Our room was clean, spacious, and equipped with everything we needed for a comfortable stay. Overall, Silavadee Pool Spa Resort provided an exceptional experience that we would highly recommend to anyone visiting Koh Samui.

Its one of the best options on Haadrin. Perfect location - right in the center of everything but not noisy. A bit worn and old. Excluding the restraunt, its freshly designed and definitely top place in this area. Try to take a room on the 2nd floor because rooms on the first one could lack privacy, so you would need to keep curtains closed at all time.
