Everything about the hotel was great except the pillows were too soft and felt empty. I’m also seeing some charges on my account from the hotel which I’m giving a few days to see if these are refunded before I reach out to them.

It's very convenient to go shopping at fashion outlets on Boxing Day. Good service, breakfast included, relatively simple. But the room seems to have been renovated not long ago. The bed is very comfortable, but the heater is a bit noisy.

It was a great stay, hotel location is great, near to the falls. Room was big and looks like recently renovated, so all clean and nice. There are multiple restaurants and gaming arcades in the building. Couldn’t ask for more

Pleasantly surprised. The location had a few things to entertain kids, an arcade, an indoor water park and allows pets (at least I saw 1 or 2 inside the hotel). Everything was clean and organized. Staff were pleasant.
