Great hotel in Salt Lake City. Perfect location and great views from the gym and swimming pool. There are different restaurants that will fulfil your expectations no matter what you are looking for. The breakfast is not cheap, but it is 100% worth it with good product and many different options. You can find right outside good coffee and a venue with one of the largest drinks menu I have ever seen. Definitely highly recommended both for business and leisure purposes.
The hotel is in a great location, very close to the Springdale shuttle station. The service and attitude of the counter staff are also very good. The facilities in the room are old and the bathtub can't stop the water, but everything else is ok
The hotel was okay, it met standards but there were many small things that made our stay feel less perfect. Upon check in the room was very spacious for a double queen bed room, and bathroom spacious as well. The amenities are lacking a bit, in the bathroom it was just minimal 1 makeup remover wipe and a shower cap and hand soap. It comes with shampoo, conditioner, and body wash but our conditioner was out and stayed empty for 2 days (as I thought the cleaners might notice and refill), until I requested front desk to refill it. In terms of cleanliness some of the towels had some minor stains and the bathroom had rust and brown stains in the bathtub so it didn’t feel super clean. The worst part was that when I entered the hotel the sheets were soooooo pilly and rough, they didn’t feel soft and welcoming as a hotel should have. Those sheets should’ve been thrown out years ago, I wouldn’t even keep sheets like that at my own house they were so worn down, bumpy, and uncomfortable, I asked front desk the next morning if I could please have them changed and got a very sassy and rude response that “usually requests like this should come in before 9AM and it’s not guaranteed that they can be changed” (I requested this around 10AM before the cleaners had even appeared on my floor). I found this response extremely off putting and inhospitable, since it’s not like I caused the sheets to be rough and uncomfortable and was simply making a request to make my stay better and more comfortable, and I also requested it very kindly and didn’t rush them to do anything- just by end of day or the next day so I wouldn’t have to sleep on rough uncomfortable sheets the entire 5 days I was there. They ended up changing them but I didn’t appreciate that kind of reply. 2 days after, the cleaners left their dirty rags, some random extra pillowcases on random surfaces by my personal items on the desk and night side table, It was very careless and unprofessional and who knows where the dirty rags have been, and where those random pillowcases came from if they were clean or not, next to my personal items. They also didn’t finish cleaning the bathroom and there were missing towels and didn’t finish taking the dirty towels out. Moving on, the location was okay but one of the farther hotels from the Zion National Park entrance in the town, I did like the pool and the restaurants nearby. Lastly, for the complimentary breakfast it was basic but good and I appreciated having that every morning before we left for our adventures.

There is nothing to complain about the hygiene. I stayed for one night. I didn't see any cleaning, but the room was not dirty, just a little old.
The environment is really average. I walked around the hotel and didn't see a convenience store. There are some closed shops waiting for rent nearby. I couldn't buy a few bottles of water. I can only go to Spencer downstairs for meals, but the shrimp here is very delicious and fresh.
The service is basically normal, there is nothing particularly good or bad.
The facilities are really average. There are no slippers. The air conditioner in the room is upright against the wall. If it is turned on, the sound is at least 50 decibels, so it can only be turned off at night. To be honest, if Hilton Hotel had known this earlier, I would have booked other brands. Every Hilton does not provide free water. A bottle costs three dollars, just the kind of water that costs about one dollar and thirty dollars outside.

I had booked Hampton Inn & Suites Springdale Zion National Park with Hilton Honors, but due to the fire in the town, I couldn't enter the hotel, so I suddenly made a reservation through Trip.com. I checked in 5 minutes after payment, and I was impressed by the convenience of Trip.com because the hotel confirmed it right away. Hampton Inn Springdale still hasn't mentioned refunds and has refused dozens of emails and phone calls, but I'm glad I was able to stay here. The room was average and the breakfast was average, but it was clean because it was newly built, and the location was suitable.
The breakfast was great. Those who went skiing were very close to the ski area, and then the breakfast was great, and the ski school nearby was great. Hahahahahahahahahaha

Great
SSHUYIHUIf you love stargazing, this glamping site is awesome! The tents are spacious and clean. I especially liked the shadow of plants on the canvas in the afternoon. My kids enjoyed smores and watching the stars.
For people not loving nature as much, this site might be a little remote. There is a part of unpaved road. And cellular signal may also vary.
GGuest UserThe room is great!
Arrived very late, nine o'clock? I took the room card and saw the facade of the wooden house. I didn't feel much. I liked the moment I opened the door and the light!
This is a room with kitchen, dining room and tableware. When I checked in, the air conditioner in the room was turned on. The coffee beans in the room were super fragrant! It's really a lot better than the public area!
Very close to the town, five minutes drive, the breakfast room recommended by the front desk is very good, the name seems to be jack's? Our whole family felt that this was the best breakfast ever, and we had a sense of happiness.
