We booked two rooms at once. The facilities were quite good, and the service was thoughtful and attentive. The breakfast was good, and it was convenient to get to Old Quebec City. The surrounding area is bustling and convenient.

Check-in was incredibly chaotic; the attendant seemed very flustered and kept jumping between guests. It took us 45 minutes to get our room keys. We also didn't receive much information about parking, and the valet service is overpriced.

The location is excellent! Turn right out of the hotel and you're in Chinatown, making it super convenient for food and shopping. It's just a few hundred meters' walk to the Old Town and Old Port, and Notre-Dame de la Garde is about 300 meters straight ahead. The train station and metro station are also within walking distance. The hotel's overall environment and hygiene are good. The decor feels a bit dated, and the bathroom's ventilation system is quite noisy, as is the air conditioning when it's on. Also, for a family of three, there were no breakfast options for three people – only for two, four, or no breakfast at all. So, we didn't get to try it and can't comment on it.

There is no breakfast, the service is average, and a deposit is required when checking in, and the deposit is returned when checking out, which is obviously troublesome and inconvenient for guests. Room inspection is required every time you check out.

In Old Montreal, you have to take the subway, but there is a cathedral, a park mart, and several restaurants nearby. Room condition was good. However, I had to pay a security fee of 200 Canadian dollars. It was inconvenient to hear that it took some time to get a refund.

Check-in & Parking Our check-in process was completely smooth and hassle-free. We parked our car in the hotel’s free parking lot. It was quite packed—I assume there was a wedding or another big event going on at the time—but despite the crowd, we managed to find a spot for our car. Room & Amenities The room was beautiful, spacious, and very clean. The beds were comfortable, and the floors were spotless. This is a multi-story hotel with a functioning elevator. I learned that it used to belong to a major hotel chain before it changed ownership and name. You can definitely feel that legacy, as it still maintains a certain standard of high quality. The building itself doesn't look worn out at all. Another great perk was the ice machine; we were able to fill up our icebox for the car free of charge, which was super convenient. The room's AC worked perfectly, the TV had plenty of channels, and the Wi-Fi connection was stable and smooth. Location & Value The hotel is located close to the airport, making it an excellent choice for travelers who need easy airport access. While it is a bit far from the city center, it worked perfectly for us since we had a car. If you don't have a vehicle, the distance from downtown might be something to consider, but for our needs, it was just right. Conclusion Overall, I really liked it. The pricing was very reasonable for what it offers. It’s a clean, comfortable, and highly stayable place. I would definitely recommend it!

The location is super good, just a few minutes' walk from the free cable car ride point, and close to the mountain villa commercial district. You can park your car temporarily on the roadside in front of the hotel, complete the check-in procedures and get a parking card, and then park your car in the hotel's indoor parking lot (an additional parking fee of 26.05 Canadian dollars will be charged). The hotel breakfast variety is not rich, but this room price is very cost-effective for breakfast included. The scenery of the room is very beautiful, with colorful autumn colors outside the window, and the cable car is slow, like a fairy tale world.

Room was very clean and big. And has many additions. But breakfast area and the space was dirty and not organised. Cheap chairs and felt like express place. Breakfast had average option Nothing great.. I was charged my deposit twice. Because it did not show in there system. But my bank has deducted twice. I Will have to reconcile with bank later. Front desk Staff are good and friendly. Cleaners etc were not friendly just looking at you like alien. No greetings. If i have optioni wont choose this again. Keep it up guys. It seems hilton always disappoint us. Last time it was embassy suits by hilton niagara falls. ( the worst place to be ever.)

The hotel location was convience to go everywhere. The staff are kindness and polite. All inside the hotel were clean but just waiting elevator a little bit a long.

The room is spacious and features a modern design with a pleasant ambiance. It is overall very clean and comfortable - just as one would expect from a Hilton-brand hotel. However, I would like to highlight the following areas for improvement: 1. There aren't any drinking water dispensers on each floor, so we had to get water from the gym in the basement, which was inconvenient for guests. 2. There is no proper kettle for tea drinkers. As tea enthusiasts, we found it inconvenient to boil water using the coffee machine, as the water carries a noticeable coffee taste and aroma which compromise the flavour of the tea. Additionally, the hotel does not provide a hot water dispenser in the common areas on each floor. Hotel management should consider providing complimentary bottled water in each room or, at minimum, installing drinking water dispensers including hot water on each floor. Alternatively, providing a small electric kettle would be a simple yet meaningful addition to all beverage preferences.
