The hotel's location is excellent, directly across from the Tianmen Mountain cable car station, making transportation very convenient. Before check-in, they proactively contacted us to confirm our arrival time and room preferences, showing great hospitality and thoughtfulness. The hotel service was warm and accommodating; they even provided an extra complimentary breakfast for our child. The facilities are relatively new, well-equipped, clean, and hygienic. I just wish the breakfast selection was a bit more diverse. Also, there's construction going on across the street, which slightly impacted our stay. Overall, considering the great value for money, I would still highly recommend it!!!

Excellent, excellent! My parents were very happy with their stay. It's super close to the scenic area, only about 400 meters to the entrance. The owner even offers pick-up and drop-off service to the station. The room was spacious, and breakfast was a nice 'nine-grid' selection.

The hotel left a very pleasant impression. The location is convenient — you can walk to the train station, and from there there’s a direct bus to the south gates with no queues, which saves a lot of time. We especially appreciated the owners: they were very attentive and friendly, gave detailed directions, helped us navigate around the city, were always available, and even provided umbrellas during the rain — a small detail, but it really shows care. The rooms are clean and cozy, with a beautiful view. Housekeeping was done daily and to a high standard. The staff is attentive but unobtrusive. Overall, it’s a comfortable place you genuinely want to return to.

This hotel boasts excellent facilities. The modern Nordic design is sophisticated and elegant, and the rooms are spacious and spotless. With smart home controls throughout, a Serta mattress, and panoramic floor-to-ceiling windows, my stay was incredibly comfortable. The service was absolutely impeccable; the butler was attentive and thoughtful, proactively upgraded my room, and provided a welcome fruit platter. Responses were always prompt and efficient. Breakfast was incredibly lavish, featuring local specialties like Hengyang rice noodles and fish noodles alongside Western options. The freshly ground coffee was delicious – every bite and sip was a pleasant surprise. The amenities are comprehensive, including a 24-hour gym and free laundry service, making it suitable for both business and leisure. I forgot to take photos of some areas, but if you're visiting Hengyang, you must stay here. Highly recommended!

The hotel is literally next to the East gate. The place is beautiful, the room was clean, comfortable, the breakfast rich and tasty. The staff's English is a chalenge, but they are sweet, very polite and readily using translator, so we always found the answers to our questions.

Facilities: Since it's a new hotel opened in 2025, all the facilities are brand new and well-equipped. Cleanliness: It was very clean and tidy, and the cleaning staff were friendly and polite. By the way, there were many guests like us who checked out late, so the cleaners could only tidy up from 2 pm or even later. We should be understanding about this. However, this doesn't mean the hotel can be lax about cleanliness; I hope they continue to maintain high standards. Environment: It's about an 8-minute taxi ride to the East Gate of the scenic area and 30 minutes to the South Gate. Built against the mountain, the air is incredibly fresh. In front of the hotel, there's a street with various shops and restaurants. The hotel's decor is also lovely, creating a wonderful resort-like atmosphere. Service: The hotel offers one-on-one butler service. Our butler contacted us even before check-in and enthusiastically helped us plan our travel itinerary. For anyone confused by online guides, you can just ask at the hotel! They even thoughtfully gave us a souvenir each, which would cost over 60 yuan outside.

The hotel is very close to the Arts Center station. Don't follow your GPS; it will take you on a long detour. I recommend walking along the river from the bridge; it's much shorter. When I arrived, the front desk immediately offered us ice jelly, which was very refreshing. The service was also very enthusiastic. The room wasn't particularly large, but it was very clean and quiet. They even offered free desserts in the evening. Overall, it was a great experience. Though, this was my first time experiencing a hotel power outage, which was quite an experience!

Originally stayed in a standard double room, just entered the room to go to the toilet and found the gecko, scared to death. Then contact the front desk to deal with it, immediately change the room, solve the processing very fast. New hotel, still have to pay attention to all aspects, 10 minutes by taxi from Yueyang Railway Station, breakfast is not bad. There is a bus stop on the left side of the door, and there is also a direct road to Yueyang Building and Panda Garden. There is also a barbecue near Sihua Construction. In short, it is very convenient. I hope that the chair will be added to the soundproof mat, and I heard someone drag the chair late at night for 2 consecutive nights.

Fantastic stay with unbeatable service! We had an amazing time at Valley Love Holiday Home. The location is absolutely perfect, making it super easy to get around and explore. Beyond the great spot, the hotel just has really good vibes- it felt incredibly welcoming and comfortable the moment we walked in. What really stood out, though, was the service. The staff went above and beyond to help us figure out our itinerary around Zhangjiajie. Their local tips and hands-on assistance made navigating the area so much smoother and took a lot of stress off our shoulders. Highly recommend staying here.

Subway access is incredibly convenient, saving so much time on transportation. 2. **Unbeatable High-Rise Views:** Our room was on the 70th floor, boasting huge, unobstructed floor-to-ceiling windows. By day, we enjoyed panoramic views of the Xiang River, and by night, the city lights sparkled below, creating an incredible ambiance. The private hot spring with its floor-to-ceiling window overlooking the city at night made for such a relaxing and delightful soak. 3. **Spotless and Pristine Environment:** The entire room was immaculately clean, not a speck of dust or any unpleasant odors. The mattress was perfectly comfortable – not too soft, not too firm – and there was a choice of pillows, ensuring a sound night's sleep even for light sleepers like me. The smart home features throughout and the high-quality toiletries showed great attention to detail. 4. **Service Beyond Expectation:** The one-on-one butler service was exceptional; they were always available and responded quickly. They handled everything from free laundry and luggage storage to receiving food deliveries, taking care of every little request efficiently and thoughtfully, without ever being intrusive.
