The hotel's location is unbeatable. It's right across from the shuttle bus stop to the mountain gate and the cable car down the mountain. There's also a Cha Yan Yue Se (tea shop) right outside, and a Ba Wang Cha Ji (another tea shop) and McDonald's not far away. I drove here, and the hotel offers free parking, both above ground and underground. You just need to scan a QR code at the front desk when you leave. The staff are professional and enthusiastic. The front desk even offers free shared hiking poles and fans for guests to take, and there's complimentary lemonade and tea in the lobby. If you order takeout, a robot can deliver it to your room. There's also a self-service laundry room, which is incredibly convenient for travelers. The accommodations were fantastic; the front desk staff even upgraded my room for free. Hilton's brand truly lives up to its reputation, and there were many international guests. The breakfast offered both Chinese and Western options, with a rich variety, and the quality was excellent. A staff member even kindly reminded me to eat a good breakfast before heading up the mountain! It was a truly wonderful stay.

The owners are incredibly kind and thoughtful! They proactively called me beforehand to ask if I needed help planning my itinerary, and they can even book discounted tickets, which are cheaper than online – a real lifesaver for someone as forgetful as me! 😃 It saved me a ton of time and energy during my trip. The location is also great, making it convenient to get everywhere. There's an elevator, and the rooms are clean, tidy, and have comfortable bedding. Plus, there's a laundry room with a dryer, which is super convenient. All in all, I had an incredibly happy stay. If I ever come back to Wulingyuan, this will definitely be my first choice, and I'll recommend it to all my friends and family – you won't go wrong here! Wishing the owners a prosperous business! 💰

I recently stayed at a Maosao Inn that exceeded my expectations in many ways. The staff were truly lovely and incredibly friendly, always ready to assist with a smile, which made the stay even more enjoyable. My bedroom was a very good size, offering plenty of space to relax and unpack comfortably. I also appreciated the convenient shared washer and dryer facilities, which were a real bonus for a longer stay, esp for all the hiking ! The location of the hotel was nothing short of amazing. It was surrounded by a wide variety of restaurants, foot massages, making dining out effortless, and it was also close to major travel points, which made exploring the area very convenient. Overall, this hotel offered a perfect blend of comfort, practicality, and accessibility, and I would happily choose it again for future visits.

Excellent, excellent! My parents were very happy with their stay. It's super close to the scenic area, only about 400 meters to the entrance. The owner even offers pick-up and drop-off service to the station. The room was spacious, and breakfast was a nice 'nine-grid' selection.

Overall, our experience was uncomfortable and disappointing. Communication was handled through WeChat and translation apps. Although the hotel had promised transportation from the station, they only arranged it after we contacted them on arrival day. At check-in, the receptionist repeatedly asked us to cancel our Trip.com reservation in exchange for a “better rate.” We declined, but the insistence made us very uncomfortable. We later reported this, and the hotel denied it, calling it a “translation error.” After that, the staff became overly attentive, offering multiple “complimentary” items and constantly messaging us with basic housekeeping questions. While meant as hospitality, it felt excessive and intrusive, especially during a vacation. At check-out, the same staff member pressured us to leave a 5-star review and implied that transportation was conditional on it. This raised serious concerns, so we chose to take a taxi instead. The situation escalated further when he followed us to continue insisting. The facilities are average: the bathroom is very small, the shower floods the floor, towels are worn, and the AC had an unpleasant odor. On the positive side, the bed, balcony, and view were nice. Without these issues, we might have had a better impression. However, the lack of transparency, pressure tactics, and overall discomfort made this a negative experience.

The hotel is conveniently located near the Tianmen Mountain cable car. The service was excellent, especially on our first day when a young man helped us with our luggage from the taxi and guided us all the way to our room. This was the young man in the white shirt working at the front desk on the afternoon of June 9th. The room environment was very good, the bedding was comfortable, and the toiletries had a pleasant scent. The room was spacious enough, and there were plenty of dining options nearby. Overall, the hotel has a great location, good environment, excellent service, and a decent breakfast. It offers great value for money.

I absolutely have to give this guesthouse in Fenghuang Ancient City a glowing review! Two things stood out the most: First, the free shuttle service to and from the station was incredibly convenient and hassle-free. The driver contacted me in advance and had a great attitude – a huge bonus for tourists unfamiliar with the area. Second, the location is absolutely superb, right in the heart of the core district. It's walking distance to Tuojiang River, the Jumping Rocks, and the ancient city walls, with plenty of dining, entertainment, and shopping options nearby. The room itself was clean, comfortable, and beautifully decorated in a Western Hunan style. The service was warm and attentive, making for a truly enjoyable trip. I'd definitely choose to stay here again on my next visit!

The hotel's location is very convenient, and parking is easy. When we arrived, the owner personally took us to the Hilton parking lot and reimbursed us for the parking fee. They are incredibly attentive to their customers' needs—truly a conscientious business. They even recommended some good restaurants nearby, which we tried that evening; the food was excellent, and we would definitely stay there again.

The lobby is clean and bright, with elegant decor and a great ambiance. Public areas are regularly cleaned and disinfected, and the air is fresh, showing great attention to detail. The guest rooms are fully equipped and new, with a well-thought-out layout and a spacious feel. Both natural light and ventilation are excellent. The bed is soft and comfortable, the bedding is clean and odor-free, and the pillows are just the right height, providing an excellent sleeping experience. The bathroom's wet and dry separation design is practical, and the toiletries provided are comprehensive and of good quality. Hot water supply is stable and plentiful, and the water pressure is strong. The room lighting is soft, and there are plenty of power outlets and USB ports. Air conditioning, a water heater, and a hairdryer are also provided, which is great.

We had a wonderful time at the Four Seasons. Our room was spacious and welcoming. Good water pressure for the shower and the smart toilet was very friendly. Comfortable beds and a bowl of fruit upon our arrival. The Front Desk Team were very helpful. We felt a little overwhelmed by all of the options Zhangjiajie held to offer, but they walked us through all of the available options for the national forest park, the Grand Canyon and Tianmen Mojntain. They provided maps with annotations and booked the tickets on our behalf. They were also vigilantly on WeChat in case we needed to ask for any assistance with our tickets. Breakfast offered a nice range of western and Chinese option for multiple palettes. The hotel is also a short walk or DiDi from the (surprisingly) bustling Wulingyuan - which offers plenty of options for food and drink. We can’t recommend the Four Seasons enough and would encourage guests looking for a complete experience of Zhangjiajie to book with them.
