This B&B positions itself as a boutique hotel, not just a regular guesthouse. However, because it's so close to the scenic area, it's located in a restricted zone. ⚠️ You MUST use Didi (ride-hailing app) to get directly to the B&B's doorstep. Plus, the hotel offers a 7-seater shuttle service, so transportation is a breeze for families. The room isn't huge but is exquisite in every detail. The bedding is comfortable, and a relaxing soak in the tub at night washes away all the day's fatigue. The hotel boasts a great location, convenient parking, and clean, tidy rooms with beautiful night views! The breakfast selection was plentiful, and the rice noodles were delicious 🤤 The receptionists were warm and attentive, always ready to answer any questions 👍👍👍 The hotel is right next to the subway station (Yingwan Town Station), making it very convenient for getting around and sightseeing. It's only one stop away from Orange Isle and also very close to Yuelu Mountain Park. This time, I stopped by on my way back, so the itinerary was a bit rushed. I'll definitely choose this hotel again next time. 😊😊😊 The two night views are actually from my room window. I didn't take pictures of all the breakfast options, just my own 🤭🤭🤭

The hotel room offers a great view, and the location is excellent, making travel particularly convenient. There's a subway station right across the street, and it's close to Orange Isle, so getting there by subway is a breeze. The room decor is quite minimalist, and the environment is pleasant. The 4th-floor restaurant has a good variety of dishes, and the breakfast, in particular, offers great value for money. However, during peak times for meals and check-out, the elevators can be a bit slow. Both the 5G signal on my phone and the Wi-Fi in the room were not very stable, though the signal was stronger near the window sofa. Otherwise, everything else was good, and I especially want to commend the bathroom. In summary, it's a prime location with smooth travel connections, and the customer service is warm and attentive. Despite a few minor issues, it's definitely worth recommending!

The service was excellent. Before we even checked in, the hotel created a service group chat and contacted us daily to arrange room cleaning and afternoon tea. The mini-bar was also restocked with drinks and jellies that the kids loved. The environment is wonderful, full of historical charm everywhere you look. The rooms, after renovation, are very comfortable. Right outside, there's a bustling night market, but the hotel's location is perfect – a quiet oasis in the midst of the lively area, so our room was very peaceful for resting. Breakfast is a semi-buffet with a set menu plus self-service options. The kids really enjoyed the pan-fried beef short ribs, and the adults can choose the very flavorful dry-mixed rice noodles.

The room was exceptionally clean, with soft and dry bedding. The bathroom came equipped with disposable towels and toiletries, and the smart toilet was very convenient to use. The guesthouse itself was quiet and peaceful, with excellent natural light and ventilation. It was fully furnished with all the necessary appliances, making daily life very easy. The front desk staff were warm and attentive, providing clear check-in instructions and prompt replies to any questions. The location is excellent, close to dining and shopping, with complete amenities nearby. The value for money far exceeded my expectations; it felt as comfortable as home. This will be my first choice for accommodation whenever I'm in the area again. I sincerely recommend it to anyone traveling.

The hotel fully lived up to our expectations! The view from the room was absolutely breathtaking. The smart room controls were very convenient and easy to use. The hotel grounds are lovely, with scenic walking paths and swings that create a very relaxing atmosphere. Breakfast was not extremely varied, but everything was delicious — be sure to try the shaomai! In the evenings, you can order local Chinese dishes prepared by the chef. The food is excellent, although many dishes are designed for sharing and the portions are quite large. There are also snacks available at the reception desk. The weather in the park can change quickly, but the hotel sells both raincoats and shoe covers for rainy days (surprisingly useful!). The hotel also provides a shuttle to the park entrance, which is only a short distance away. I would also like to give special thanks to the hotel staff for the airport transfers and for their invaluable assistance throughout our stay. They helped us plan our sightseeing itinerary, purchase tickets, and were incredibly responsive to any questions we had — whether about the room or even our travel plans during the day. Their support made our trip much easier and more enjoyable. Thank you so much ❤️ When planning the trip, I recommend allowing at least two full days for the park itself, plus another one or two days for Tianmen Mountain and the Glass Bridge. Keep in mind that these attractions are about an hour’s drive from the main park and the hotel. I would also highly recommend visiting the 72 Wonder Tower in Zhangjiajie City in the evening. The atmosphere there is incredible, with live performances, actors in costume, and beautiful light installations that make the whole place feel magical.

Pet-friendly hotel, and they even upgraded my room. The location is excellent, just over a kilometer from the East Gate of Zhangjiajie National Forest Park, surrounded by several other big hotels, and there are plenty of dining options nearby. The lobby is on the 7th floor and features a beautifully decorated rooftop terrace with several Ragdoll cats. The family room with one large and one small bed was perfect for traveling with an older child. I noticed many foreigners staying here – Zhangjiajie is really popular with international visitors!

The hotel was very clean, and the room's facilities were all voice-activated smart devices, which I loved because my own home is smart too. It was super comfortable, and the environment was great with good air quality! Plus, they offer free shuttle service to and from Zhangjiajie National Forest Park! They provide free shuttle service to the East Gate (Flag Gate) of the Forest Park. The hotel breakfast was also delicious. I'll definitely stay here again on my next trip!

We had a very pleasant stay at this lodge mostly because of the young, efficient, helpful, warm staff. All of them are great! We stayed for 4 nights. They helped us book our tour tickets and even order food. Love the minimalist look and the scenic view at the 5th floor. We experienced both sunny and rainy weather and both are amazing. The food is satisfying, I forgot to order the noodle soup, though I would love to suggest to have more protein (meat) options and change menu daily. Nonetheless, I would still love to stay here again if ever we come back. The location is also great with few minutes walk to where the happenings is. Thanks a lot!
