AAnonymous UserFacilities: Since it just opened, everything is very new, but there are no strange smells, which is great.
Hygiene: The room was cleaned very well.
Environment: Among the hotels in Dongmen, the environment here is excellent because it has its own courtyard with its own unique scenery. Plus, the public areas are also very distinctive; I really liked them.
Service: The service was attentive and responses were quick.

GGuest UserGetting to Orange Isle is super convenient; you can either walk across Xiangjiang Bridge or take the subway just one stop. It's also only about 3 stops to downtown areas like Wuyi Square.
Environment: The surrounding area is a bit so-so, with a few construction sites, but it's very quiet.
Service and hygiene were both excellent, making me feel right at home.

GGuest UserThe hotel's location is absolutely fantastic, making it super convenient to get around. It's close to Orange Isle, and there's a subway station right across the street. Cindy arranged a room with an amazing view, and I really loved the Chinese-style decor, which even included a tea set. In the evening, the view from the window was perfect for photos. There's a shopping mall right next door and a snack street behind the hotel, so you can walk everywhere without needing a taxi.

Even though it's located in a bustling area, it's remarkably quiet once you close the windows, ensuring a great night's sleep without any disturbance from outside noise. Xiao Jiang and Pei Zhen at the front desk provided meticulous and thoughtful service, always available when needed. I'd definitely come back to Xiangjiang Hotel if I visit Changsha again!

GGuest UserMy best friend and I came to Changsha for a trip, and we chose this guesthouse based on its aesthetic appeal – it truly exceeded our expectations.
It's located inside an alley but very close to the entrance, so there's no need to worry about safety. The location is absolutely fantastic; you can walk directly to attractions like Wuyi Square, Huangxing Walking Street, Pozi Street, and Wenheyou. It's also walkable to popular restaurants like Cuiyan Xiaochao Huangrou (Stir-fried Beef), Ben Luobo, and the famous Black Classic Stinky Tofu – incredibly convenient.
Regarding the service, the customer service via WeChat was incredibly responsive and helpful, always addressing any questions or concerns. When we checked in, they even helped us with our luggage. Every evening, there's complimentary late-night snack, and the mung bean soup is absolutely delicious. The facilities are also excellent; the washer-dryer combo was very useful.
I highly recommend this guesthouse. It excels in safety, photo-friendliness, and convenience.

DDaniel SheekhmetovFantastic stay with unbeatable service! We had an amazing time at Valley Love Holiday Home. The location is absolutely perfect, making it super easy to get around and explore. Beyond the great spot, the hotel just has really good vibes- it felt incredibly welcoming and comfortable the moment we walked in.
What really stood out, though, was the service. The staff went above and beyond to help us figure out our itinerary around Zhangjiajie. Their local tips and hands-on assistance made navigating the area so much smoother and took a lot of stress off our shoulders. Highly recommend staying here.

KKatiTranWe had a wonderful stay here as a family of four and were genuinely impressed by the overall experience. The room was incredibly spacious, giving us plenty of room to relax and feel comfortable throughout our stay.
What impressed us the most was the outstanding hospitality of the staff. Every team member was incredibly friendly, attentive, and always willing to help. They even arranged a complimentary airport pickup for us, which made our arrival very smooth and stress-free.
The staff also helped us a lot with planning our visit to Zhangjiajie National Forest Park. They assisted us with organizing our itinerary, making reservations, and answering all of our questions immediately whenever we needed support. It has been a long time since we experienced such genuine hospitality and kindness.
Although our first room had a few minor issues, the staff responded immediately and helped us without hesitation by arranging a new room for us right away. During our departure, we even noticed that the original room was already being renovated and the issues were being fixed, which really showed us how much the hotel cares about maintaining high standards and listening to guest feedback.
Another highlight was the beautiful rooftop terrace with a wonderful view over the city. The hotel location is also excellent, with major attractions and important sights reachable within just a few minutes on foot. The free laundry service was also a very convenient bonus during our trip.
Overall, we were extremely satisfied with our stay and would definitely choose this hotel again if we return to Zhangjiajie. We would also like to sincerely thank the entire team for making our stay so memorable and enjoyable. Highly recommended for families and anyone looking for excellent service, comfort, and exceptional hospitality.

GGuest UserThe hotel was very clean, and the room's facilities were all voice-activated smart devices, which I loved because my own home is smart too. It was super comfortable, and the environment was great with good air quality! Plus, they offer free shuttle service to and from Zhangjiajie National Forest Park!

The hotel breakfast was also delicious. I'll definitely stay here again on my next trip!

GGuest UserThe hotel is about a five-minute drive from the East Gate (Wulingyuan Entrance) of Zhangjiajie National Forest Park. They offer a thoughtful shuttle service, which is very convenient. The rooms are spacious and clean, with great mountain views. What I loved most was the breakfast area on the fifth floor; you can choose to dine on the terrace with a beautiful view, making the meal extra enjoyable! Overall, it was a fantastic stay, and the price was excellent because it was off-season. A truly pleasant experience!

GGuest UserGreat staying in Sunshine hotel. When we arrived, it was raining, their staffs made our staying indeed “sunshine”. Alex and Fanny were really kind and willing to introduce Zhangjiajie. We even followed Alex’s suggestion went to Furong village and Fox show. Breakfast selection is huge, all staffs are kind, especially Wang Jie, she helped us to write down our wishes for the year of the Horse as well :)
