The hotel is nice, the rooms are big, the mattresses are soft, and the facilities are very good for families, there is a children's playground and a swimming pool. I personally don't like the parking location because it's quite narrow and initially quite confusing. I also dislike the breakfast because the food options are very few. maybe for the next order I will not include breakfast. Very good and strategic location.

On my frequent business trips to Semarang, I always stay at the PO Hotel, which is conveniently located next to Paragon Mall. It's a 5-star hotel in the city center, offering a nice staycation experience. The rooms are clean and comfortable, and for dinner, I just walk to PG Mall through the connected doorway. The breakfast menu is also comprehensive and delicious. My suggestion for PO Hotel would be to upgrade the TVs to smart TVs and add more local channels, specifically Anteve and Indosiar, if possible.

Although the room was a bit small, it was clean and smelled great! The hot water worked, and there were many breakfast options. The best part is that it's connected to DP Mall, so you don't have to wait in line if you want to grab some snacks since the mall just opened, you can go straight there! Will I come back again? Yes!

Nice staycation at one of the 4-star hotels in the heart of Semarang, near Simpang Lima. It's a cool new hotel, clean, and has a strategic location. Right next to the hotel, there are plenty of food options, like Tegal goat satay and authentic Semarang Hapkie noodles, plus a Superindo supermarket across the street. I often stay at this hotel chain for business trips. The breakfast menu has a good variety, including dim sum. The only downside is that the rooms don't have wardrobes, drawers, or anything like that, so there's no space to store belongings. One more important thing: please offer more attractive big discounts so I'll always book through vendors like Trip.com.

On the recommendation of close friends, we chose to try Padma Hotel Semarang for our stay in Semarang, and we absolutely did not regret it. We truly enjoyed our stay. The breakfast was extensive and delicious, the rooms were clean and comfortable, the gym was beautiful, and the coffee and pastries at Goolali were also of excellent quality. Combined with the beautiful entrance and the warm atmosphere of the hotel, it created a very pleasant overall experience. What stood out the most to us, however, was the outstanding service from the staff. We would especially like to thank Mr. Syahrul for his professionalism and friendly service during breakfast. One small point for improvement would be the speed of the Wi-Fi, especially when using YouTube on the television. We certainly hope to return next year, hopefully for a longer stay.

The hotel is quite old and very big, but everything is still well-maintained and in good condition. It offered good value for money for three people plus a friend. We enjoyed beautiful views of Mount Ungaran every morning. The breakfast was delicious, with a different menu offered daily – absolutely fantastic! One thing that made us quite reluctant to move was the incredibly long walk from the reception to the elevators. The restaurant is also quite a trek from the elevators, which is understandable given how massive this hotel is. If you're staying alone, I wouldn't recommend this hotel; you might get the creeps walking around by yourself, haha! However, if you're with a big group and kids, it's fine and not spooky. But precisely because the hotel is so huge, the distances to the elevators and restaurant are considerable, and it can feel incredibly deserted! 😭😭😱😱

A wonderful place... beautiful views and a comfortable atmosphere. The room was spacious and cozy. The bathroom was spotless and comfortable. The dining area was pleasant with a wide variety of delicious breakfast options... the staff were very customer-friendly. Everything was excellent at Briling Hotel. Plus: Friendly staff at lobby, reception and restaurant. Helpful staff at Obsidian who helped reheat our food although bought from outside 🙏👍 Location is strategic - near to the mall and walking distance old town tourist attraction. Minus: The touchless elevator buttons were too sensitive. The lift at all floors lit when hand came near. It caused the slowing down due to stopping at each floor and prolonged guests waiting time especially during peak hours. Sound proof was not effective- the loud noise from traffic, exercise dance music from nearby square was truly disturbing during night and morning. Restaurant is quite small. Hard to find a seat during breakfast time.
