Aston Review: I highly recommend everyone visiting Batam to stay at Aston! This is my second time in Batam, and my second stay at this hotel! ❤️ This time (August 29-31) was super busy; the hotel was almost fully booked, and some items at the breakfast buffet weren't replenished quickly enough. I hope the hotel can arrange more staff on weekends to ensure faster replenishment and replacement of food at the breakfast buffet, and more efficient cleaning! ✅ The air conditioning is very cold (when you check in and open the room door, the AC is already on and waiting for you!) ✅ The room is clean, tidy, and very spacious. ✅ There's a swimming pool, a huge gym (you can even train for HYROX!), a sauna, and massage services. ✅ Breakfast offers a very wide and rich selection! Many local Indonesian specialties, almost everything you can think of! ✅ International adapters are available for direct charging. ✅ Many TV channels, including CCTV, Phoenix Satellite TV, Celestial Movies, as well as Korean and Japanese channels. ✅ The bed is huge and incredibly comfortable! ✅ There's a refrigerator, a bathtub 🛁, and a safe. ✅ Very thoughtful! Simple anniversary decorations + a cake (we saw it right when we checked in and opened the door ❤️). ✅ Hotel staff help open doors and carry luggage. ✅ The hotel is right next door (to the right), just a 5-minute walk to Pisang Keju Terowongan – very affordable and freshly baked! Overall, I'm still very satisfied with my second stay! The next time I visit Batam, I will definitely consider staying at Aston again! ❤️

Stay at 1633 and 1632. 1633 toliet smell even after I flush.. seen like drainage issues.. have told the reception when check out. Lovely renovation but there are some not stuff not up to my expectation. Inform dining is excellent .. Coffee capsule dont taste good.. not like Movenpick standard. Disappointing. Room was nicely removated. Happy to get adjoining rooms. Breakfast on Sunday standard is different to Saturday. Dont taste so good like sat. Beach club is great.. one of the best .. feel like the old times. Pizza is good .. Not enough facilities to support when spa is down .. there should be more massage and facial services.. or may be hair salon.. etc.. there should also be a supermarket inside.. and there are no shuttle to Plaza Lagoi. Japanese food standard is not to my expectation . Food is so sweet.. especially the udon soup base. Expensive and not up to standard. Please review. Scallop is disappointing. Went to the pool with slide.. wondering is the pool clean .. as it looks turbid to me. We were there during Bintan langoon days.. hope to see more new stuff for bigger kids. Kids club is boring for my 9 year old son. No Nintendo switch inside? Haha not much entertainment for older kids since sport club is not ready. Find the game room in bad condition suppose to be quite new ? Not much gaming .. Spa.. i am disappointed as occupancy rate is 60% .. there are no slots for 2 days. The spa cannot meet with the demand of such low occupancy rate? Still not wow like 5 stars yet.. We will not choose to stay here unless there are significant improvement .

Our stay at Montigo Resorts was nothing short of magical. From the moment my fiancé and I arrived, we were enveloped in an atmosphere of luxury, comfort, and romance. We booked a stunning two-bedroom villa featuring its own private pool, and it truly exceeded all of our expectations. The villa was exceptionally clean, beautifully designed, and offered the perfect sanctuary for a romantic getaway. Having a private pool just steps from our bed allowed us to enjoy quiet, intimate swims at any time of day, completely undisturbed.Inside the villa, the attention to detail was remarkable. The rooms were spotless, spacious, and filled with natural light. One of the absolute highlights of the accommodation was the deep, luxurious bathtub. After a long day of exploring and activities, soaking in the tub became our favorite way to unwind and relax together. The housekeeping team deserves immense credit for keeping every corner of our villa pristine throughout our stay, ensuring we never had to worry about a thing.Beyond the beautiful room, our trip was packed with memorable experiences. We are a couple that loves a mix of relaxation and adventure, so we decided to try the ATV riding offered at the resort. It was an absolute blast. Racing through the trails together brought a fantastic rush of adrenaline and added an exciting, adventurous spark to our romantic vacation. The staff guiding the ATV experience were professional, safety-conscious, and made sure we had the best time possible.Of course, no luxury stay is complete without great food, and Montigo Resorts delivered perfectly on that front. Our package included a complimentary buffet breakfast each morning, which quickly became something we looked forward to every day. The spread was incredibly generous, featuring a wide variety of both local and international dishes. Everything tasted incredibly fresh, from the live cooking stations to the fresh pastries and tropical fruits. Starting our mornings together over a delicious, hearty breakfast with beautiful resort views set the perfect tone for the rest of our day.What made this trip truly amazing was how seamlessly the resort blended high-energy fun with peaceful romance. Whether we were splashing around in our private pool, getting mud-soaked on the ATV tracks, or relaxing in our spotless villa, every moment felt special. The staff were consistently warm, welcoming, and always ready to help with a smile, making us feel valued from check-in to check-out. It was the perfect escape for me and my fiancé, allowing us to connect, create unforgettable memories, and enjoy a flawless blend of luxury and adventure. We left Montigo Resorts feeling completely refreshed and deeply in love with the place, and we already cannot wait to return for another unforgettable stay.

Very good service. Pool looks dirty and shallow. Breakfast had a variety and decent tasting. Hotel had a convenient minimart downstairs, staffed by a cute fluffy kitty! Hotel also has a good central location, many attractions are within easy reach. Around walking distance from the hotel are Nagoya Hill mall, and an area between fave hotel, Thamrin Food Court and Astons Nagoya. That area has a good satay stall and many massage outlets. Many more food options and more minimarts are also available there!

We stayed from September 21st to 26th. When booking the room, we informed them in advance about our wedding anniversary, and upon check-in, the hotel surprised us with a complimentary cake, a card, and a beautifully decorated bed. After one night, we realized the room constantly smelled of mold. We reported it to the front desk, and they upgraded our room without any hassle, moving us to room 2029 with a terrace and a sea view. This is what customer-centricity means! The breakfasts were quite varied, and the staff was amazing, responding to all requests. The grounds are very beautiful, full of bushes and trees. What I would recommend for improvement: adding a shower on the beach, and also more beach umbrellas, as there aren't any at all! For those who love swimming in a pool, there's a downside – they are not deep (1.2-1.3m), although the pools themselves are beautifully designed! The weather during this period was changeable, with low tides, so it took a long walk to reach deep water for swimming. But anyone who goes to a wonderful hotel with a good mood will leave satisfied! I wish the hotel nothing but prosperity! ♥️🤗👍

At Nirwana Garden Resort, staff are friendly and genuinely nice. The beach is clean and clear waters that you can see fishes swimming around you… and watch sunset in the sea waters. Its windy and cool in the morning and evening. Food offered at good, esp the lamb shank stew. Also have nice spa - go for the Javanese massage! There are also 3 iguanas kept at the resort. We also went bowling and archery. At night we also went out for fireflies watching and kelong restaurant dinner.

We stayed at The Residence Bintan for 2 nights and booked two different types of rooms for each night. Our second-night stay was at the One-Bedroom Beachfront Villa, which came with an excellent sea view and a private pool. We truly enjoyed our stay. The villa was spacious, clean, comfortable, and beautifully maintained. The staff provided exceptional hospitality throughout our stay. As we had booked two different room types, there would normally have been a three-hour gap between checking out of our first room at 12pm and checking into the second room at 3pm. However, before we checked out of our first room, we received a call from the reception informing us that our second room was already ready. We were therefore able to check in directly without having to wait for another three hours. This thoughtful arrangement made our stay even more enjoyable. On our last day, our ferry was scheduled to depart at 7am, so we had to leave the resort as early as 5am. The Residence Bintan kindly arranged transportation to the ferry terminal and even prepared packed breakfasts for us. We were genuinely touched by their thoughtfulness and hospitality. ❤️ From the warm service and excellent facilities to the beautiful views, The Residence Bintan made our anniversary trip truly memorable. We would definitely recommend this place and would love to come back again! 🌴❤️

Asialink Hotel by Prasanthi is my favourite hotel in Batam. By a considerable margin. Best described as ”luxury boutique”, the management team and staff have perfected the art of hospitality here. A Wonderful Stay at Grand Mercure Batam ✨ We had a truly pleasant and comfortable stay at Grand Mercure Batam. From the moment we arrived, we were greeted by the warm and gracious hospitality of the staff. Everyone was incredibly friendly, attentive, and welcoming, and their genuine warmth and sincerity made us feel very well taken care of throughout our stay. Our room was beautifully clean, spacious, and comfortable, providing a lovely space for our family to unwind and relax. The hotel’s location is also wonderfully convenient, with shopping malls, popular local cafés, and renowned seafood restaurants just a short distance away. It made exploring Batam and enjoying the local food scene effortless. The breakfast experience was another highlight. There was an impressive variety of choices, and everything we tried was delicious and well presented. We especially enjoyed the grilled meat, which was exceptionally tasty and definitely one of our favourites. One area that could perhaps be improved is the soundproofing of the rooms. As we were travelling with a toddler, we could occasionally hear vehicle noise from outside at night, which disrupted our little one’s sleep slightly. Hopefully, this can be enhanced in the future to make the stay even more peaceful for families. Overall, Grand Mercure Batam offered us a beautifully comfortable and memorable stay, combining a convenient location, spacious and immaculate rooms, delicious dining, and genuinely warm hospitality. We truly enjoyed our time here and would be very happy to return for another relaxing stay in Batam. 🤍✨

We had a very enjoyable and comfortable stay. The hotel is modern, clean, and conveniently located. We especially enjoyed the wide selection at breakfast, with plenty of choices available. The staff at the restaurant were attentive, friendly, and welcoming, making our dining experience even more pleasant. We also loved relaxing at the Infinity Pool, which was a great highlight of our stay. Overall, we had a wonderful experience and would definitely stay at Oakwood Batam again. Highly recommended!
