We had booked a 6-night stay. For us it is important that the room is comfortable, the food of good quality and wellness is pleasant and clean. Our expectations are almost fully satisfied. The hotel has a spacious parking and we were welcomed friendlyly. At the entrance there is a handle and at check-in the CST was checked. A mouth mask is required everywhere in the halls of the hotel. All staff are equally friendly. The rooms are not too spacious and everything is available (no minibar or safe). The rooms are not very well isolated so that you can easily hear sound neighbors. Wi-Fi is very good everywhere in the hotel. We had HP and the dinner was different; always choice between meat and fish. Sometimes buffet and sometimes served on table. The cook uses little or no salt and pepper so we have to ask for this every evening. The service is very friendly and the drinks are reasonably priced. The swimming pool is spacious and the temperature of the water is pleasant. The saunas are clean and there are many showers. There is a free bathroom and panties in the room and every day you can get fresh towels. In the surrounding area there are many walking opportunities in the forest and on hard paths. In short, we spent a pleasant week in this hotel in Sauerland.
