Good clean hotel and comfortable rooms for the price. Staff very attentive and seem happy in their jobs which to me shows a happy workforce. The owner Gianluca was very accommodating, even dropping things he had to do, to take my son to the doctor as he was taken ill. On our outbound we had a flight cancellation and arrived 3 days later, this was not a problem when I called them they just held the rooms. Would I stay again ? Yes I would and I will do at some point in the future.

The reception was professional, courteous and friendly. At the restaurant they have always been very attentive to my food problems. They always made changes to the dishes provided, bringing me real delicacies. The opportunities of the Spa are many. In the internal part there is the sauna, the frigidarium, the hammam, the swimming pool with multiple types of hydromassage and water beds for relaxation. In the structure they offer various types of massage. I did foot reflexology on the last day; I couldn't do the floating tub which recreates the Dead Sea experience. The three outdoor pools overlooking the Palazzo di Fiuggi have a temperature of 37 degrees and are exceptional. You can sit there chatting in hot water, sipping a gin and tonic and eating the local hot white pizza. Those at the bar, like all the hotel staff, are very good. We went with a tour operator from Vicenza and we also had a Yoga and Pilates course, given by competent people. The trip included a group and a professional guide who was part of the hotel and who took us on the path of San Benedetto. The walk did not have a religious motivation, but rather justified the 22 km covered in 2 days and produced the curiosity that places like this arouse. The rooms were very warm and clean. On New Year's Eve I would have expected music for all ages. I must say that as good as it was, I would like something different for New Year's Eve dinner.

I was here for a lunch with my colleagues, and I recensure the restaurant only because, besides the conference, we only enjoyed this. Just to give an idea: - for meal: crocking egg, sworded and salted dressing (with those who I see as petals of violet, edible and giving a particular parfum); - first: knots with guancial and glassed asparagus; - second: sheep's cows, melting maize, topinambur and cigar padella (the only topinambur, which was too dry in my opinion); - sweet: white chocolate eggs, vanilla mousses and mango (which is the stupid rapprochement between mangoes) and white chocolate; many spots reached with Julian fruit, wooden beans and again profumed petals; perhaps the best dish. Great attention to the chelyae. They adapted the dish (in the fixed menu) without blowing eye and without notice. Smiling, efficient and kind staff. I don't know if they also serve foreign customers at the hotel or organized events. But if they do so, consider it seriously to come here because it deserves it.
