Tashkent Homestays

Originally booked for two nights. However in the morning on the second day, a hotel staff suddenly informed me that they were fully booked and I could not be accommodated anymore, but everything was under confirmed status according to my booking. I was trying to argue with the guy, unfortunately he doesn’t speak English. So I contacted Trip.com service team. After a complicated process of communication, I had to check out and looked for a new hotel instead, compensation was granted. Thanks to the service agent, she did really hard to assist me all the way when I was in a big trouble. Credit was given to the service agent, not to the hotel.

It is a perfect guesthouse ever! Host doesn’t speak English, but she does know how to communicate travelers and gives you all the important information. Accommodations are clean, equipped, lovely. My stay was absolutely amazing.

Breakfast is not bad

The room is clean, bed is comfortable, big, everything is good. The only morning did not give breakfast, left early in the morning, warned from the evening, but you can see that Tashkent's problem - they are constantly forgetting about early breakfast

Meeted in the hotel joyfully, the room of 2 rooms: clean, bedding fresh, all the ingredients were available (dental brushes, shampoo, soap, shower gel, slippers, towels, vent) On the recipe is young guys, very polite and tried to help. One nuance - there is no sink in the sunk.
