The hotel is located in the heart of the old town, very clean and tidy. The front desk service was excellent, always ready to assist. The rooms are spacious and bright, with an elegant environment, offering a garden-style accommodation experience. Highly recommended.

The rooms were spotless, and the butler service throughout our stay was incredibly thoughtful. What really blew us away were several things: ① **Personalized Butler Transfers**: We didn't have to handle our luggage at all. The complimentary high-speed train pick-up and drop-off, even for our group of four, was in a comfortable business van. ② **Excellent Food & Drink**: The afternoon tea was incredibly generous, and the breakfast was of high quality. ③ **Unique & Abundant Beverages**: There were about eight or nine different drinks available. We could enjoy unlimited refreshments just by visiting the front desk. Every time we returned, the staff thoughtfully asked if we'd like anything to drink. They even offered unique glutinous rice wine and Cili juice. ④ **Attentive & Warm Service**: The butlers were incredibly welcoming upon check-in, check-out, and whenever we returned. They’d greet us with phrases like ”Have a pleasant journey,” ”Enjoy your stay,” and ”Have fun!” They were also proactive in answering our questions about getting around and providing recommendations. ⑤ **Superb Room Comfort**: This is arguably the most crucial aspect of a hotel stay, and we were truly surprised by how comfortable our room was. The views were great, it was clean and tidy, and all the amenities provided were high-end. From Dyson hairdryers to toothbrushes, cotton swabs, and bath towels, everything was of excellent quality and very effective. ⑥ **Engaging Evening Entertainment**: The complimentary folk song performance at 8:30 PM was fantastic. It was wonderful to see people from all walks of life come together to enjoy the distinctive local melodies. Thank you, Biyin, for all the services provided during our trip. It's like the ”Haidilao” of guesthouses – full of unique character, great ambiance, and exceptional service. It even surpasses the best in the service industry, like Macau, leaving a lasting impression. We'd repurchase without hesitation! If you're visiting Zhaoxing Dong Village, this is a no-brainer.

As someone who's a bit of a clean freak, I was extremely impressed with the cleanliness of this hotel. There were no strange odors in the room, the carpet was dry, and the sheets were pristine white and wrinkle-free. The bathroom had excellent separation of wet and dry areas, and water stains were promptly cleaned. You can really tell the hotel puts a lot of effort into its cleaning and disinfection, which made for a very reassuring stay.

Facilities: The facilities are pretty good, but some things aren't very practical, like the lighting being too dim and the light switches not being well-placed. Environment: The design is beautiful; the old house renovation is very tastefully done. The room style is minimalist yet well-designed. Cleanliness: There were some cleanliness issues; the blanket had some stains. Service: The housekeeper contacted us in advance and recommended some good local restaurants. However, they might be short-staffed as the front desk was often unattended. One issue was that the room was very large, but there was heavy rain that night, and the toilet leaked. It's an old house, so it's understandable, but it still needs to be repaired promptly.

I chose Gui Lai Xi based on the ratings, and it exceeded my expectations! The hotel's design is innovative, with a white aesthetic that feels particularly warm and stylish. It has a wonderful ambiance and atmosphere, especially since you can see Zhusheng Bridge and Qinglong Cave from the room windows. Facing the bustling crowds outside, it’s quite a pleasant experience. The hotel's location is fantastic; it's close to the riverbank, the ancient alleys, and the intangible cultural heritage food street. Zhenyuan's nightlife is beautiful, and it's most enchanting when the lights first come on in the evening. Standing on the hotel's rooftop terrace at that time, you truly see a river of lights and a city full of tenderness. What's more, the hotel owner is incredibly nice. When we couldn't get a taxi on our departure day, the hotel helped us call one. Because the small town's alleys were under renovation and the taxi was momentarily stuck, the owner personally drove us on an electric scooter to meet the taxi, ensuring we arrived at the bus station smoothly. In short, Zhenyuan is a place I'd definitely visit again, offering beautiful scenery, delicious food, and wonderful accommodation.

The accommodation has a great location, right in middle of the food street, also very convenient to take a walk along the riverside. Rooms are modern, all brand-new and very comfortable. You can choose the street view (the one I got, with a view of one of the city landmarks) or the river view which is great to enjoy at night. The boss is very nice, she will recommend places to go, foods to eat and all with nice attitude and friendliness. Totally recommend!

From my room, I could see Zhusheng Bridge and the Qinglong Cave ancient building complex. The rooftop cafe offers a beautiful night view, which is a big plus. The hotel 'housekeeper' (concierge/manager) was a very kind lady.

We came by high-speed rail. We took the through train from Anshun West to Huangguoshu. The boss came to the passenger station to pick us up. The next morning, we took us to the entrance of the scenic spot. Thank you very much [holding fists] Clean and hygienic, eating and shopping are very convenient, there are many foods. If you want to find a local delicious, you can ask the boss. We are also recommended by the boss. It is delicious! Huangguoshu is quite tired to play in this scenic spot. There are three attractions in total. It takes a whole day to play, but each attraction has beautiful scenery. I will bring the elderly and stay at your home if I have the opportunity in the future.

Our hotel experience was absolutely fantastic! The airport transfer service was punctual and hassle-free. The afternoon tea was exquisite, and the late-night snack was both delicious and comforting. The front desk even thoughtfully provided a travel guide centered around the hotel, making it incredibly convenient for sightseeing and getting around. What truly stood out was the abundance of staff; whether checking in, asking questions, or needing assistance, someone was always readily available. Their responses were prompt, and their attitudes were warm and enthusiastic. We felt incredibly well taken care of throughout our stay, which made it very relaxing and pleasant. I highly recommend it!

The whole homestay is very clean. Even the sofa pillows in the hall smell fresh of detergent. Not to mention the room, there is no odor in the house, and the sink is clean and has no water stains. The facilities in the room are also complete. There are washing machines and dryers on the first floor, which is very convenient. We drove to the homestay and parked on the roadside at the door. The homestay also has an underground parking lot. The breakfast variety is rich, the minced meat rice noodles are very delicious😋, the restaurant is also clean, and the aunt is very enthusiastic. The decoration style of the whole homestay is also very stylish. It can be seen that the boss is very attentive. I sincerely recommend it👍 Lobby coffee and tea: coffee is delivered to each room, and the taste is not bad👍
