The service is very good (the front desk is very good and helped me recommend other hotels and provide transportation information after I checked out). But some questions still need to be raised: the bath water is either too hot or too cold. This is not a solar problem, but an equipment problem. Internet, although the entire island network is not good, there is no network signal in the room.

WiFi: Bring your own. Starlink is the way to go because here, WiFi is hit or miss; more miss than hit. Rooms are very clean, but no TV. Breakfast is good, but it’s the same every day - boring. So if you’re here for more than 2 days, prepare to have breakfast off-site. No elevators, be prepared to walk a few flights. Staff is attentive, but with no smiles. No need to set alarm, loud construction right next door began today at 7:15 am.

Lava House is a little oasis within Puerto Ayora. The room was very clean, with soap, shampoo and conditioner provided in the bathroom. Lava House provides a very relaxed environment, where I felt I could unwind after adventuring around during the day. The breakfast service was particularly impressive and offered so much variety! The perfect start for a day of diving. And Lava was so cute!

The boss is a clean and welcoming mother 👩, the hotel is in a good location, the taxi knows, the room is clean and comfortable, air-conditioned, there is a convenient guest tea bar, there is a beautiful courtyard.

Good area. Mostly clean. Good water pressure and hot water. Works well for a very short stay on Isabela Island. Host was very kind.

It was a very nice inn. It was a few minutes walk from the port, the beach was nearby, and the location was great. The shared part and the room were clean and clean. The staff was very bright and nice and politely taught me about the recommended rice restaurants and the beach. There was an outer water supply at the entrance, and it was good to drop sand and put it in the room. However, it was a little inconvenient that there was no closet and there was no place to dry hangers and laundry. The breakfast was very delicious.

The door is the beach and the sea, the location is quite good, sleeping with the waves at night, very good.

Pobyt u kapitána Maxe byl skvělý. Hotýlek není moc velký, je klidný, vkusně a originálně zařízený. Pokoje jsou prostorné. Všude je krásně čisto. Snídaně formou bufetu je naprosto dostatečná. Příjemný bonus je bezplatná voda na refil a bezplatné ovoce během dne na občerstvení. Sám Max je moc fajn, stará se o své hosty. Cena není úplně nejnižší, ale na ostrově je obecně ubytování hodně drahé.
