The staff are super nice and helpful!! The room service staff are very smart and good! Wonderful stay!! The only complaint is no restaurant in the hotel for dinner!!

The environment of the hot spring hotel is very good, the staff are friendly and the room facilities are also very good! The outdoor hot spring has good water quality and first-class environment. It is a good place for us to take a rest away from the hustle and bustle of the city! The service here is particularly considerate. The staff Ms. Chen and Ms. Long took care of my old mother throughout the whole process and I was very touched. I’m so happy that I chose such a great hotel for my trip to Chaozhou! 😄😄

Coming to Chaozhou for the first time to check out the suitability for family travel. The hotel’s service is superb and the team always makes you feel welcome, from arrival to departure. They make sure they are connected with you on WeChat or mobile, so that you can contact them whenever and wherever (which is good for introverts who prefer not to speak face to face). The location is just directly opposite West Lake (西湖), and in the morning there is a small fruit market outside. It is walkable to 西马路，牌坊街，开元寺，广济桥 around 15-20min walk, but of course, you can take Didi or one of the trishaws outside the hotel. Even though it is not luxurious, what I love about this hotel is that I can leave without dirty clothes, because they offer dry cleaning services for unlimited pieces of clothing, once per day (till 22:00).

Very new, rooms have smart assistant that turns in lighter, TV, opens curtains etc. Front desk very friendly. Breakfast selection is OK, but they are always out of forks and knives. If you can't use chopsticks you need to be very lucky to get forks and knives.

Facilities: newly renovated, smart. Hygienic: clean, it is too new. Environment: Yes. Service: Yes. . Newly renovated, cost-effective, the price is not expensive. Parking is also convenient. . . .

A chain hotel relatively close to Chaoshan High-speed Railway Station. My hometown is in the village and has been in disrepair for a long time. I choose this Vienna restaurant every time I come back. The room was great and the stay was comfortable. The surrounding area is relatively desolate, and since it coincides with the winter solstice, not many nearby restaurants are open. The breakfast variety is okay, including fried noodles, fried rice, vegetables, and freshly boiled kway teow soup.

the hotel service is not bad but needs improvement, the waiting process of checking In a hotel room takes too much time, but the hotel has a robot which can help bringing takeover to your room so it is quite convenient. about the hotel facilities, I think they are good enough there are restaurants and gym room etc, although I think they can add more sitting areas in the lobby and the air conditioner is not strong enough.the rooms are quite big and looks very clean and modern so overall the hotel is acceptable and quite good.

The check-in experience was very good. The front desk was very helpful and considerate. The weather has turned cold recently and they even brought us girls brown sugar ginger tea to warm us up! There are also many places to eat and delicious dishes around the hotel ~ The hotel is about two kilometers away from the ancient city. Because the public transportation in Chaozhou is not very developed, it is recommended to use a shared electric car or take a taxi to travel. You can also walk along Xinqiao Road to the ancient city. There are many places to eat on the roadside, so it is recommended to walk there. Later, because the bed and bath were comfortable enough, and I wanted to eat local white porridge snacks, I stayed one more night. You can go to the Fengchun white porridge to try it, it’s delicious! By the way, the buffet breakfast provided by the hotel is simple but not simple, so get up early and eat it. Overall, it was a relatively satisfying trip.

I like the decoration style of this hotel very much. It is simple yet elegant, giving people a comfortable and pleasant feeling, which makes me feel happy. This hotel has a strategic location, convenient transportation, and many delicious restaurants nearby, which makes my travel more convenient and saves me a lot of time. The hotel's breakfast is sumptuous and delicious. The variety of food allows me to enjoy different delicacies every day and gives me a good start. Overall, the service, facilities and environment of this hotel are excellent and will be my first choice to stay here again.

In a great location, and the staff was friendly and efficient. The breakfast left a lot to be desired, not a lot of options and some of the food was lukewarm to cold. Also, no regular coffee available which was disappointing. Otherwise, a nice enough hotel, that was clean and again had friendly and efficient staff.
