Very nice hotel in Shaoxing! I'm glad I found the right place. It combines beautiful scenery, delicious food and fresh air. It's like living in a private Jiangnan water town. It's only a ten-minute drive away from urban hotspots such as Lu Xun's former residence. The balcony room is also great! The two-day package purchased was great value for money! At first I thought of going out during the day and just sleeping in the night, as long as I could sleep peacefully. But after I checked in, I found that the balcony room had a reasonable layout and complete facilities. You could also live high up and see far away, with the gurgling river at your feet and the weeping willows. Yiyi, spring is in full bloom, and it’s particularly pleasant to sit on the balcony and enjoy the scenery! You can eat a lot of local specialties for breakfast, which is delicious! Next to the restaurant is a children's playground, which is not very big, but the children had fun for several hours. The front desk staff, Zhou Fengting, is kind and considerate. The hotel provides free boat tickets for rafting on a awning boat; after breakfast every day, the children especially like to feed the lambs and their mothers by the bridge, which are super cute!

Wonderful experience. Staff are very friendly and hotel is very clean and well kept. The rooms are very comfortable. Breakfast needs a bit of improvement. I would recommend Citadines at any time and would stay there again.

The hotel is very close to China Textile City, just across the road. Very convenient. The environment is okay. If you want to stay close, you can choose here. The lady at the front desk is warm and thoughtful. The breakfast is okay and the room is clean. I will come again next time.

Breakfast is delicious with large variety of food and the bedroom is nice, comfy bed. Also the staff is kind and helpful. However, we felt a bit disappointed with the facilities specially the gym, most of the machines are rusty, cranky and some of them broken. Also, sauna wasn’t included, you have to pay it apart and it’s quite pricey. Regarding the swimming pool, was very noisy with lots of kids jumping in the water and splashing. Overall it’s not bad.

Located on the 18th floor so take advantage of the convenience store to the right before you get on the elevator. Beautiful bright rooms, amazingly comfy mattress, nice flooring, big windows that take advantage of the elevation, smart TV, fast wifi and I like that the outlets beside the bed don’t require the key near the door: it’s easy to charge electronics when you’re out. Staff was great. Lots of Hellobikes in front. As for the negatives, this place badly needs robot butlers as I got sick of fetching my deliveries from the lobby. Only a toothbrush kit and comb for dry amenities. Breakfast was unimpressive but cheap. No coffee at breakfast. Overall I thought this place offered good value despite its downfalls and I’d recommend it.

Shaoxing International Hotel, an old five-star hotel under Shaoxing Hotel. The environment in the hotel is elegant, and the staff in each department are warm and thoughtful. There are many varieties of breakfast, both Chinese and Western. I ordered Xiaoyan and someone sent it to the table in person. It was very warm service. The restaurant on the 2nd floor is also good, the dishes are cheap and good, the taste is good, and the waiters are warm and thoughtful. The service staff at the entrance of the hotel are also in place, and they take the initiative to help carry luggage in time when they get on and off the bus. The hotel is organizing meetings in other units these days, and the personnel are in and out frequently, but it has not affected the guests. The hotel management is still methodical. The only downside is the toilet in the bathroom of the room. People sitting on the toilet will shake. In order not to cause trouble to the hotel, they did not propose to change the room and hope to repair it in time.

The hotel is relatively large, so you have to take a shuttle bus to Building 8 where you are staying. The shuttle bus drivers were very attentive. It was freezing weather, and Zhong kept helping to pull up the windproof curtains. Especially the shuttle bus driver, Master Han, was so eager to help. I took the shuttle bus to Zhiyulou for breakfast in the morning. Master Han always directed me in the right direction. I bought it through tb and sent it to Fengchao Cabinet. The staff took me to find Fengchao Cabinet. The hotel entrance door was so heavy that I couldn't open it. The hotel staff immediately ran over and helped me open the entrance door. Secondly, although the hotel is a long-established hotel, its hardware facilities are not compromised. The decoration is new and clean, with mattresses, pillows and bathtubs. Moreover, the hotel is designed with Jiangnan garden design. It is old and has enough space for the natural garden to play, making it very comfortable. Furthermore, the location is excellent and convenient. It is only a ten-minute walk away from Cangqiao Street, where there are also other former residences of celebrities. Living here, city walking is not difficult.
