Great spacious room, friendly and helpful staff, and a supermarket downstairs for convenience. Taxis were always available right outside. The gym, pool, and restaurant were all excellent. Highly recommended for the value it offers.

This front desk staff member named Shafali is, without a doubt, the worst I have ever encountered in all my travels. When we first handed her our passports, she was flirting with a male security guard and chatting with her male colleague, showing a dismissive attitude throughout the entire interaction. There was no greeting, no polite language—she only spoke in single words like ”passport” and ”second passport,” which came across as highly unprofessional. When we requested a second key card, she outright refused without any explanation. What made it even more frustrating was that I had clearly stated ”two separate beds, please” in the special requests on Trip, but upon entering the room, we found it was a double bed. She hadn’t even bothered to confirm my request! In the end, we had to ask the housekeeping staff to convert the double bed into two single beds on the spot. After a long and tiring journey, we had to wait another 20 to 30 minutes for the housekeeping staff to make the bed, which was a complete waste of time.
Since she refused to provide a second key card, we had to go back downstairs to ask a male front desk staff member for an additional one, further wasting our time.
In contrast, the housekeeping staff on the sixth floor and the security guards downstairs were very friendly and provided excellent service. However, the hotel facilities are quite outdated, and there was a strong unpleasant smell near the elevator exit. The breakfast options were limited and not particularly tasty.
On the positive side, the hotel is conveniently located near the light rail station and the airport, making it a suitable choice for travelers catching flights.

The room was decent. Location was great, walking distance to Dubai Mall. But the soundproof was bad, can hear contraction sound and also next door talking. Server was really nice and helpful, but the first day after checking in, it was already 11pm, we were almost asleep, and we got a phone call from the front desk telling us they forgot the charge for our second day’s tax. The phone ringing in the middle of the night scared us, and they insisted this need to need paid right now, so we have to go down bed to go pay for it. Not really happy about that, because why can’t you just do it tomorrow. Anyway, very affordable price in a really good location, so I will still recommend.
Im City Season avid customer and was upgraded to suite room. Approachable staff in the reception. Clean room and washroom. Very good location just beside Burjuman Mall, closed to the metro. Food options in the breakfast mainly for Indian clients.
The hotel is beauty and the facilities is great
The reception Vilma and someone delivery my luggage so nice. Bfast so great
However, my room have something like cockroach and fly and the Japan restaurant tori is bad. Don’t go. I can taste the freeze of the sashimi and little bit fishy.

Location is close to metro. Room is ok for what you pay for but would be better if a bit brighter. Noise from nightclub reaches even 6th floor of the building and will end by about 2-3am ish.

Benchmark domestic Home Inns, 7-day level. The advantage is that it is close to the airport, there is a hospital behind the hotel, and nucleic acid testing is convenient. Good concierge and front desk service. Those who are too demanding can stay.

Outstanding
MMarino FraninovicA stay at The Ritz-Carlton Dubai is not just about luxury.
It is about the people who turn hospitality into something truly magical.
It wasn’t just the opulent rooms, impeccable service, or the idyllic location on JBR. What made our family’s stay unforgettable were the small, seemingly invisible individuals, those who work behind the scenes yet create moments that leave a lasting impression.
Every day, our daughters were met with a new surprise, a thoughtful gesture, a warm smile, a little personal touch that made them feel special.
These were not just hotel courtesies, they were heartfelt emotions that we felt deeply and carried home with us.
A heartfelt thank you to the team working tirelessly behind the scenes, those whose names may not be in the spotlight, but whose dedication turns a stay into something extraordinary.
They may not hold grand titles, but with their hands and hearts, they craft an experience that transcends luxury, a feeling of genuine care and belonging.
The Ritz-Carlton Dubai was not just a hotel we stayed in.
It was a place where we felt truly welcome, not just as guests, but as friends.
And that is a feeling we will always treasure.

MMilena2I won’t be back for sure, it’s not 5*, maximum 4. The food is poor, the water doesn’t taste like it comes from the tap, there is no beach and it’s a bit long to go to the public one in the heat. they themselves send you to the beach to the right of Hilton, but the beach guards there whistle and won’t let you in, so it’s better to go to the end of the beach on the left there and the water is cleaner).
GGuest UserI arrived in the middle of the night and asked for an early check in, as all single rooms were full I was upgraded to an espectacular apartment. Breakfast is super and location is very convenient 10 minutes walk to Dubai Marina or just a 2 stops tram just at the corner of the hotal
KKaram AlhajOur stay was excellent, the location is good, there’s metro station that’s near by walking. The breakfast & Executive Lounge were all excellent 💯
