Hot Springs Hotels in Sao Paulo State, Brazil

Hotel bem estruturado, com vários elevadores (são quase 500 apartamentos), piscina aquecida e em alguns momentos dispõe de água e café no saguão. O péssimo em nossa estadia foi a Internet, que não funcionava e o atendente disse que era assim mesmo e já havia sido realizada uma otimização. O piso do quarto não havia sido limpo para nossa entrada.

Pelo histórico de mensagens ja dá para perceber como foi frustrante a minha estadia,fui para comemorar o meu aniversário,por saber que nessa época são dias frios optei por um quarto com a banheira no quarto para que pudéssemos aproveitar mais,levando em conta q seria somente 2 dias. E para que minha filha pudesse brincar. Mas resumindo passei 7 horas do primeiro dia tentando encher a banheira,entender o porquê nao enchia,falando com a recepção,recebendo o pessoal do hotel no quarto,enfim o primeiro dia foi perdido presa em situações que o hotel ja sabia q iria acontecer.Pois mesmo com problemas de instalação no quarto alugaram sendo q nao deveria ser colocado para alugar. E detalhe depois de cheia a banheira de hidromassagem nao funcionava a parte dos jatos de água,oq significa nada de relaxamento. Ao esvaziar a banheira a água saia pelo ralo e inundada toda a sacada e entrava para dentro do quarto. Paguei 700,00 pela diária. No outro dia disponibilizaram outro quarto Tivemos q realizar a mudança o q foi mais um dia perdido Que nesse novo quarto a noite nao saia água quente nem no chuveiro e nem na banheira. Enfim nao recomendo de forma alguma. Tem sim fotos muito atrativas Um café da manha muito bom. Cida e as meninas da copa são sensacionais Mas isso nao é o suficiente Localização excelente

Excellent experience! 1. Excellent location. 2 minutes walk from the Thermas of the Oranges and about 10 minutes from the car (offered as a courtesy by the resort) to the Hot Beach. 2. Check in quickly and heartily, with access to the apartment before 14:00 if you are ready. 3. Digital arm for access to the apartment and the Hot Beach Park and for payments. Very practical! 4. Parking with access control and near the apartment. 5. Very quiet, quiet resort, surrounded by very careful vegetation. 6. Two-sized double-size room with two ambients. Modern, cool and very good taste decoration. indirect lighting. King size bed with new and soft coats, lingeries and edreddon. Two smartTVs (one in each ambience) large, AC, fridge, safe. 7. A cozy restaurant with three large and air-conditioned rooms. 8. Swimming pools and furniture with 24-hour access, and all with hot hot water. 9. Breakfast and dinner with basic but well prepared and tasty items. 10. Very friendly and sympathetic team. 11. Check out at 12:00 as quickly and heartily, with delivery of bottles of water for the return trip.

The hotel has a very good structure, but has many improvements:  * Extremely cold reception team. Lack of joy in the guest reception. Disney training recommendation to take care of; fast Check In delays more than normal Check In.  * bad room well bad. bathroom box while vc takes bath comes a horrible window. In addition to being old and the door of the box not close;  * bathrooms in the common area not always clean.  * surreal massage values. The values charged not in the most expensive spa of São Paulo you pay for this. I recommend take the Buddah Spa network to be more accessible to guests.  Positive points:  * Super joy and requested restaurant team.  * very good cardapio. quality food;  * Valet team is also extremely requesting;

The hotel has a good structure. The strong points are the great hot water pools and the restaurant. The pools are very nice and are open until 22h. The restaurant offers a great breakfast, lunch and dinner. The staff are very careful and educated. The weak points are lifts and the transfer to the aquatic park. Lifts are only 2 and appear not to have smart system, causing a shock in the hours of greater movements. The transfer is a urban bus. If you need to wait for him in the park, you will stay at the time (in the sun). Sometimes it may be better to take the car off the parking.
