The second time I went there, Shuangquan Hotel was far better than Xiangyang Qiqu Hotel in terms of environment, facilities and service. It was a completely different experience. The service in all aspects was very considerate, and the hotel was very beautiful. There were moss landscapes and green plants everywhere, which was full of creativity. When I was dining in the hotel lobby, the front desk lady also brought mineral water! ! The small details were all in place! ! It was much more comfortable than the hotel I stayed in Xiangyang. I regretted my last trip. I still want to stay in this hotel three or four times! ! But there are some small suggestions. Can I add a small bed to the courtyard pool room? The small bed added later was really uncomfortable to sleep on. It was not comfortable at all. Sleeping was the most important thing. It should be improved. The bed in the parent-child twin room was too small. It was too easy to fall off when sleeping with one big and one small. It was not easy to merge them. One should be larger and one smaller, which would be more reasonable! !

This was my first visit to Country Garden Xianning, and I truly felt it's the best hotel in the area. Yet, the official photos make it look quite old and dated, which always led us to travel further to Chibi for hot springs. In actuality, both the hotel's ambiance and the room conditions far exceeded our expectations. The restaurant environment was lovely, and the breakfast was hearty. They really should consider updating their promotional images! We were upgraded to a room with a spacious bay window. We asked a staff member for an extra duvet, and the kids absolutely loved playing on it! The Water World is located just across the road from the hotel, with a convenient shuttle service. While the hot springs remain the main draw, they've also added a wave pool and a bubble pool. The large slide is unfortunately out of commission, but for those not keen on thrilling rides, there's still plenty to enjoy. The wave pool's waves were genuinely some of the largest I've encountered in any hotel-affiliated water park – far surpassing those at a certain family hotel newly opened in Wuhan, which charges double the price! The complimentary use of single and double swim rings is also a thoughtful touch. Finally, I must voice my disappointment regarding the kids' activities. The male staff member in charge showed extremely poor crowd control, leading to an utterly chaotic setup. They seriously need to learn from more competent peers in the industry. For starters, the activity content itself was poorly chosen. Knowing it was a weekend and would be busy, they should have anticipated the crowd and opted for simpler, quicker, and easier-to-manage crafts – something like making a lacquer fan or a TCM sachet, which a group could finish in 5-10 minutes. Instead, they went with the most complicated activity, causing everyone to pile into the room and complain. To top it off, the early start was only announced at the last minute. To make matters worse, they completely disregarded their own rules. Many guests complained that reservations were not honored, and people without reservations were also allowed to join. Even if we overlook the multiple booking groups, the main issue was that anyone who simply ignored the rules could just grab materials and start participating immediately. So, for an activity clearly intended for children, you'd see a family of three: the little boy making two items, his mom making one, and his dad occupying a seat as well. I've been to numerous family hotels where, during off-peak dining hours, they utilize banquet halls for activities, ensuring ample seating for parents to accompany their children at the same table. In situations with limited seating, children typically sit at the activity table while parents use small stools beside them. The priority is always to allow as many children as possible to participate simultaneously, and materials are only distributed to seated kids. I've genuinely never witnessed such disorganization where materials are handed out first, leading to a scramble for seats. What I found most incomprehensible was this: since many parents were waiting, they had their children playing in an adjacent area. One parent controversially took all the toys, preventing other kids from playing, which naturally sparked a heated argument with other parents. The dispute lasted quite a while and escalated. I even had to interject, 'It's getting pretty intense; aren't you going to send someone to de-escalate?' The male staff member simply replied that he was too swamped with people today and wasn't going to get involved. I countered, 'By the time you're free, they might actually be physically fighting!' After a moment's thought, he made a call and summoned another staff member, but offered no guidance or handover. Consequently, the female staff member, completely unaware of the situation, ended up trying to placate a different guest who was complaining about the activity schedule. Meanwhile, the original two parents continued their shouting match for a while longer. 😂 Frankly, if they can't even monitor or control the situation, they are entirely unfit to manage kids' activities. These activities really turned into a major negative point.

Very good experience. I just passed by Yingshan and saw a hot spring sign on the highway. I was tired from driving and just wanted to find a hot spring hotel to stay for one night. I didn't expect that after checking in, the front desk lady upgraded the room type. Seeing that I brought children, she gave me a small gift and introduced the local specialties very carefully. There was no one in the hot spring children's playground area. When I told the child that the playground was not open because there was no one, the service staff immediately turned on the power and opened the children's playground for the three of us. The child was very happy. At 5 pm, I wanted to take some photos of the outdoor hot spring at night for the child, so I asked the service staff when to turn on the lights. I was told that it was 6:30, but then the lights in the outdoor hot spring area were all lit up immediately. I was very moved. The big brother at the counter who rented the swimming ring was very enthusiastic and inflated our own swimming ring for free. The breakfast was also very rich. It was a very unexpected and touching night. If it weren't for the time, I would definitely stay for another day.

The location is convenient, the environment is good, the parking is convenient, the facilities are complete, the cleanliness is perfect, and the service is warm and thoughtful. The front desk will also take the initiative to ask us what we need. We didn't bring makeup remover and gave us makeup remover towels and facial cleanser. The price is also very affordable. It is the best choice for staying in Jiayu County. I will choose this hotel next time.

The last time I came to Dale Ginkgo in December, there was a kind of winter withering desert. This time I was carrying Ginkgo yellow, and I came to Dale again. The autumn is strong. I ran away from the city on weekends and stayed. The mountains and autumn will heal you. As for the small insects, although there are many small insects, it is no problem to close the doors and windows, and they are all beneficial insects. You can call the staff to help deal with them at any time (the courage is very big hh). Jingmei, warm people, compared to the beauty of the design of the homestay, Dale also pays attention to the service, has a temperature to get along with, plus the blessing of the homestay itself, happy to come often 😊

The hotel is surrounded by mountains and water, and the environment is very good. Opposite is Qianshan Forest Park, where the forest landscape design is unique and novel. I personally feel very comfortable. I arrived at the hotel that day and took my family to visit Qianshan in the afternoon. It was very pleasant. In the evening, I watched the light and shadow show near the surrounding Moon Bay. It is still a good choice to go out for a leisure vacation with your family. The hotel room has been renovated and there are traces of renovation, but the towels, sheets and quilt covers in the room are very clean and soft.

This time I took my family on a self-driving tour and experienced it. I have to say that this one is unexpectedly good! It is an absolute treasure homestay! Secondly, the room is very clean and comfortable, and the bed is big enough, so the children and the elderly have a good rest. The boss is very warm and friendly. Since we arrived in the early morning and the child was already asleep, the boss went out to greet us and gave us the room card so that we don’t worry, settle the child first and then come down to check in. It’s very considerate! The next day, we will be picked up and dropped off at Wudang Mountain Scenic Area for free. We are very careful to do everything for us, and we are moved! Just close your eyes and go! This is definitely the first choice for travel! 👍

Not only the decoration, but also the scenery is impeccable. The service is even better. There were several round trips between the tourist center and the hotel by business car. They would help me book a shared car when I went back to the city, which was only 35. Another B&B said 40 before. The food is also very good, and the quality of ingredients is much better than that of other restaurants. I checked in at a few restaurants and the food was average. It’s better to eat comfortably where you live. On the last day, I returned to the city and took a ride with my boss and had a good sleep. You can lie down and greatly relieve fatigue. Enshi Grand Canyon is really tiring. Fortunately, I split the play time into two days. The people here are very nice and welcoming. Friendly reminder: The small restaurant in the visitor center tastes better than the highly rated restaurants outside. Also cheap.

The package includes unlimited hot springs, self-help fruit, fish spa, sea salt bath, Chinese medicine space capsule, and buffet breakfast during the stay, which basically meet the one-and-a-half-day play experience and food and accommodation needs. The hot spring has about 50 pools of various types. Even if it is 5.1, there are less than half of the pools that are empty. The experience is great. The quality of the self-service fruit and breakfast is very good. The oranges and cantaloupe are very sweet; the iced milk, various cakes, porridge, noodles and fruits in the self-service breakfast are all very good (after all, the original price is 68 per person). The room facilities are very new, and the quality of the shampoo and shower gel delivered is also very good. Most importantly, when you open the window, you feel like you are in the forest, with beautiful scenery and fresh air. A day of carefree soaking in soup and eating fruits made me realize the happiness of being in a paradise.
