Hot Springs Hotels in Hunan, China

The hotel's surroundings are truly exceptional. It's nestled amidst lush greenery and mountains, with incredibly fresh air. The service is also very attentive. My only suggestion is that the rooms don't have enough power strips for charging, so I'd recommend the hotel provide a few.

The room was spacious and bright, making for a comfortable stay. On the day of arrival, the hotel sent a driver to pick us up from the high-speed rail station. In the afternoon, they drove us to Furong Ancient Town, and then picked us up again from Furong Ancient Town in the evening. The next morning, after checking out, we stored our luggage at the hotel and wanted to explore Furong Ancient Town further. The hotel vehicle took us there, and in the afternoon, we called the hotel driver who picked us up again. After getting our luggage, they drove us to the high-speed rail station. We didn't have to worry about transportation at all while in Furong Ancient Town. The hotel driver was always on call and incredibly helpful, never complaining. My child absolutely loved the dog by the hotel entrance and would play with it every time we saw it.

I recently stayed at Yiyuminsu that left quite an impression on me. The room was astonishingly large for the price, with insanely high ceilings that gave it a grand and airy feel. It felt incredibly spacious and comfortable, which was a real treat. The hotel is located in a slightly busy part of town, which is convenient for access to local activities, but it can also be a bit overwhelming at times. Finding the hotel, especially as a tourist, was rather challenging – the directions weren’t clear and navigating the streets late in the evening wasn’t easy. On the bright side, the staff were genuinely nice and helpful, making the check-in and overall stay very pleasant. Late checkout was hassle-free and could be arranged easily through WeChat, which I found very convenient. Overall, the hotel combines excellent value with a few minor location challenges, and I would happily recommend it to anyone comfortable with a bit of city bustle.

Choosing this hotel was the best decision ever! I originally considered a stilt house B&B, but I'm so glad I didn't go with it after seeing it in person... It would have been super inconvenient with luggage, and being so close to the water, it would have been very damp. This hotel, on the other hand, has an amazing overall design! They even have a driver to take you to Nanhua Gate, and it's super convenient to walk everywhere from there. Most importantly, the bedding is comfortable and the environment is clean. The front desk and staff also provided excellent service! Oh, and definitely take the driver's recommendations – the noodle shop he mentioned was delicious! The other few places are what I consider really awesome food spots. Don't miss them if you're traveling here!

This hotel on Fenghuang Ancient Town mountain offered an amazing experience! The misty mountain air was so fresh and humid, making me feel incredibly relaxed. The rooms are spacious, and the facilities are clean and well-maintained. The huge bathtub was a dream for a relaxing soak. The balcony views of the mountains are enchanting. Breakfast was plentiful and delicious. Best of all, it's far from the hustle and bustle of the city, offering a tranquil and quiet atmosphere – the vibe was just perfect. It was a truly comfortable and perfect stay. Our whole family traveled together, booking three standard rooms and one king room. Both the adults and children were very satisfied, and the hot springs were wonderfully relaxing. The front desk and housekeeping staff were all highly professional and enthusiastic, always promptly addressing any requests. We'll definitely stay here again next time we visit! ❤️❤️❤️

Came here based on reviews and was not disappointed. The rooms are newly renovated and there are many hot spring pools. The hotel is very close to the scenic area; we bought tickets at Xiaotiantai to go to Wuzhifeng, and the scenery was beautiful. It's a bit of a shame we missed the rime.

The air conditioning, water heater, and Wi-Fi all worked flawlessly, and the internet speed was super fast – great for both work and streaming videos. The bedding was soft and comfortable, the mattress had just the right firmness, and with the excellent blackout curtains, I slept soundly every night, completely recovering from travel fatigue. The bathroom had a full set of toiletries, and the hot water supply was abundant and stable. Every detail showed great care. The cleanliness was astonishing, simply incredible. As soon as I walked in, I felt a wave of freshness. The floors were spotless, the sofa and bed were neat and tidy, and there wasn't a hint of odor. The bathroom was impeccably clean with no hidden corners; the vanity, toilet, and shower were all sparkling clean, free of water stains or grime. The towels were fresh and fluffy, making them a pleasure to use. As someone who pays attention to details, I absolutely loved it. The ambiance was warm and elegant, a peaceful and comfortable escape from the city's hustle and bustle. The guesthouse's decor was simple yet stylish, with charming little decorations everywhere that added a homely feel. The common areas were clean and tidy, perfect for a relaxing break. The location is also very convenient, close to attractions and shopping areas, making getting around easy, while still ensuring a quiet stay. This tranquil yet accessible location is a huge plus. Service was incredibly warm and thoughtful; the owner and staff were enthusiastic and attentive. From booking inquiries to check-in and check-out, they patiently answered all my questions. Upon arrival, they proactively shared local travel tips and authentic food recommendations. Any request I had was met with a prompt and efficient response, without any perfunctory service. They were as friendly as old friends, making me feel the warmth of home while traveling. There was not a single drawback; facilities, cleanliness, environment, and service were all perfect, and the value for money was outstanding. I will definitely choose this place again next time I visit, and I hope more people discover this hidden gem of a guesthouse to enjoy a comfortable and rejuvenating travel experience!

The room was spacious enough and well-laid out, with a decor style I really liked. The amenities, like slippers, felt high-quality. Transfers were quick and efficient, and the front desk was very responsive. They even proactively contacted us to help book tickets, which was a huge relief. And the view from the window was truly beautiful! The only minor drawback was the limited breakfast selection, but that's understandable given the price. The stream outside the restaurant was stunning, with lots of little fish swimming around. Dehang Miao Village was the most beautiful place on our whole trip to Xiangxi, and it wasn't overly commercialized. The weather was perfect the day we visited. After taking the sightseeing bus to Liusha Waterfall, the hike along the stream was particularly memorable. The kids could play in the water, and it wasn't a strenuous walk at all – very enjoyable. During Chinese New Year, there were also various games and activities in the Miao Village that the kids loved. All in all, great hotel, amazing scenery, and fantastic weather – we'll definitely be back!

I traveled thousands of miles to Fenghuang Ancient Town and compared several B&Bs before deciding on this one. There is a free parking space downstairs. It is really comfortable and quiet to sleep at night. There is no bar singing. The owner is very friendly and helpful. It is worth recommending to everyone, especially those who are traveling by car.

The hotel’s location is great since it is near the scenic area, very near the bridge. The view from the room was great. The manager offers pick up and drop off from the railway station which was great. He also helps with carrying the luggages and very responsive to we chat. He also informs about the shows available around the area. The breakfast was ok, coffee, noodles and an egg. But honestly, really need improvement with the cleanliness and the maintenance of the amenities. The shower curtains has molds, the bath towels were old. I’ll post some of the pictures. They take pictures of you as well because the door lock of the room is through face detector.
