Hot Springs Hotels in Hunan, China

The location is quite far from the old city but the hotel provides very prompt ferrying to and flow from the old city as well as the high speed rail station for free. The front desk service is excellent. Provide us to welcome fruits and parting with some nice candy. The balcony is well equipped with a very nice tea set with a supply of local tea, spend some time enjoying it.

Check-in lady is really bad. She is so confused with using my credit card for authorisation. She was not welcoming at all. Very very stupid person. I asked her many times that i am first time here, and what can i do here? She just said to take a look at the map. I was not happy at all. She has no heart to make my stay in Taoyuan happy. However, the next day, lucky for me, two interns were very nice to show me around the whole estate. They were very patient with me, and my feelings changed about Taoyuan. I loved it. Then today, when I check-out, to my surprise, the same lady at the checkout again. That stupid person screwed up my check out and did bot return my authorisation credit to my credit card. She called me to say that the authorisation failed when i first checked in. Oh my god. This is really impossible! What made me angry was that she took ¥0.01. This give me problem with my credit card company. This stupid person make me hate my trip to your property. Beginning and end!

Place what deserve more attention, great location, interesting room design, a lot of entertaining surroundings. Wish the best to hotel and more visitors at future. Just little bit learn facility maintain from international brand hotels and be perfect. Shuttle bus very convenient. Food ok for foreigners. Quite and very chilling place. Recommend for people who want rest alone.

It was originally a 3.5-hour drive from Guangzhou to Mangshan, but during the Spring Festival, the traffic jam took 6 hours. The hotel is just at the west gate of Mangshan. It was originally said that we could check in at 3 o'clock, but we called at 2 o'clock and found that there were rooms available for check-in. The lobby is very grand, and the check-in was very fast. The room is super big, with two 1.35-meter beds, a sofa, and a desk, which is very convenient for children to do homework. It is enough for a family of four. There are many hot spring pools, and the best one is the outdoor infinity pool. The water temperature is 42.8℃, which is not cold at all. It is very photogenic. The whole family is very satisfied, and it is worth it!

Great place to stay in Furong Town! I’m not a fan of “inn-style” rooms so it was really nice to find a hotel in the town where the rooms were modern, clean and huge. I was picked up and dropped off at the train station and they even brought me some amazing noodles in the morning for breakfast before my early flight. It’s in a really great location too making it easy to get to and from it. I didn’t choose a couple other options bc I had two pieces of luggage and I didn’t want to haul them up/down tons of steps in town. Found a nice restaurant on the other side of the river with amazing views of the waterfall for pictures and videos. And then I got to sleep peacefully at the hotel. (Also, the rooms have a face recognition software which I thought was super cool. As well as the smart projector and assistant in the room) definitely recommend!

I visited during the low season (Dec) and had an enjoyable stay. Great service from the hotel staff. They went the extra mile by preparing some snacks and a kettle of hot water and bringing it to our room without us asking. There is a free shuttle to and from the high speed rail station (Fenghuang station) but you should contact the hotel in advance and let them know what time you're leaving/arriving. However, i'm not sure if this service will be available during the peak periods. There is also a ”shortcut” to Fenghuang old town that is about 10 minutes walk downhill some stairs, though it goes past a somewhat creepy cave and a person's grave, so I would suggest taking a taxi/didi back when returning at night. The hotel breakfast was great too and had wide variety.

It was my first time to come to Tongcheng Hot Springs and I felt very comfortable staying here. I have been to so many hot spring hotels and still think this one is really great. The best thing here is that the service level is really considerate and comparable to that of peers. This time, my friend was not feeling well, and Xiao Wen at the front desk helped prepare brown sugar ginger water and delivered it directly to our room. I was very hungry after taking a hot spring bath at night, so the takeaway I ordered was delivered to my room. We were helped with our luggage during check-in and check-out, and we were asked if we needed a late check-out. The whole stay experience was really good. The hotel breakfast is also good, with a wide variety, especially the rice noodles are delicious. Although the room is decorated in a retro style, the bed is big and very comfortable. The hotel is very close to the hot spring, on the first floor of the building where we live, so it's no problem even if the weather is cold. We will definitely stay here next time we visit!

The hotel is located upstream of the ancient city, 1.5 kilometers away from the ancient city. It is quiet enough. The room is quite large, with a bathtub and a smart toilet, but the toilet door is too close to the cabinet and cannot be fully opened. The breakfast is also relatively simple. I don’t know if it is because of the off-season. The best thing is the service. The hotel has a special car to send to the ancient city gate. The environment is beautiful, fresh and quiet. The room is decorated in an antique style, clean and refreshing. It is very convenient to eat and travel around. Like 👍 Recommended

酒店環境很好！打開窗户的一刻，聽到的是小溪流水聲！這個聲音多聽可以緩解失眠，靜心，適合冥想！工作人員都很禮貌打招呼！從訂酒店開始到送站，每個環境都很nice！接送站服務、下午茶、甜湯，服務的無微不至！客服經理胡林，20多歲的小姑娘，很厲害，有問必答，從不拖延！一定要嚐嚐早餐的米粉+煎蛋，我也是抱着試試的態度，結果一口下去的回甘那是留香，可以説後調是香的回味！這個酒店是閉眼入，都不會後悔，失望的酒店！最後提一句，酒店對面的餐廳，大姐人很好，炒的菜，即乾淨又美味很客氣！要是在讓我選酒店，一定還選這家，僅此唯一！
