The room offered excellent privacy, and the wooden decor beautifully captured the unique charm of Western Hunan. The free parking was a great convenience for self-drivers, and the surrounding area was perfect for hiking. Overall, the experience far exceeded my expectations.

This hotel has a unique local charm. A small stream gurgles outside the balcony, and sitting on the tea table there, gazing at the distant scenery, creates a truly special ambiance! The front desk staff (a young lady) was incredibly warm, meticulous, and thoughtful. She provided a detailed overview even before check-in and reserved a parking spot for me. After checking in, she meticulously planned out our Fuyrong Ancient Town itinerary and arranged a shuttle service to and from the scenic area. The driver was on-call, enthusiastic, and attentive, explaining local customs and the traditional culture of the Tujia people, which we found incredibly insightful! Their service left a deep impression on us! This place is highly recommended!

Right on Wuyi Road, the location is excellent. The room is very spacious, and there are many delicious restaurants and fun attractions nearby. It's perfect for a family stay and offers great value for money. We stayed for two nights in a row and were very satisfied. Highly recommend!

Choosing this hotel was the best decision ever! I originally considered a stilt house B&B, but I'm so glad I didn't go with it after seeing it in person... It would have been super inconvenient with luggage, and being so close to the water, it would have been very damp. This hotel, on the other hand, has an amazing overall design! They even have a driver to take you to Nanhua Gate, and it's super convenient to walk everywhere from there. Most importantly, the bedding is comfortable and the environment is clean. The front desk and staff also provided excellent service! Oh, and definitely take the driver's recommendations – the noodle shop he mentioned was delicious! The other few places are what I consider really awesome food spots. Don't miss them if you're traveling here!

This hotel on Fenghuang Ancient Town mountain offered an amazing experience! The misty mountain air was so fresh and humid, making me feel incredibly relaxed. The rooms are spacious, and the facilities are clean and well-maintained. The huge bathtub was a dream for a relaxing soak. The balcony views of the mountains are enchanting. Breakfast was plentiful and delicious. Best of all, it's far from the hustle and bustle of the city, offering a tranquil and quiet atmosphere – the vibe was just perfect. It was a truly comfortable and perfect stay. Our whole family traveled together, booking three standard rooms and one king room. Both the adults and children were very satisfied, and the hot springs were wonderfully relaxing. The front desk and housekeeping staff were all highly professional and enthusiastic, always promptly addressing any requests. We'll definitely stay here again next time we visit! ❤️❤️❤️

Came here based on reviews and was not disappointed. The rooms are newly renovated and there are many hot spring pools. The hotel is very close to the scenic area; we bought tickets at Xiaotiantai to go to Wuzhifeng, and the scenery was beautiful. It's a bit of a shame we missed the rime.

Location: Perfectly situated in Zhangjiajie city, less than a 15-minute drive from the airport. It's also very close to Tianmen Mountain, Zhangjiajie Museum, Pugang Temple, and the largest nearby mall, all within walking distance. There are restaurants nearby too. Getting around is super convenient! Environment and Facilities: The room is spacious and equipped with an 'Xiaodu' smart assistant to control curtains, the projector, lights, and more. The room door has a password lock, so no worries about forgetting your key card. The bed and pillows are very comfortable. There's a space in front of the reception for breakfast, complete with a coffee machine. The guesthouse also has a laundry room with a washer and dryer. The only minor drawback was that on the first day, I noticed another property nearby was undergoing renovation. Only one elevator was working at the time and it was often occupied, leading to longer waits. This issue was resolved on the second day when both elevators were available. Despite the nearby renovation, I didn't experience any noise problems. You might hear some construction noise at certain times during the day, but it's manageable – I was out exploring during the day, so it didn't affect me much. Nights were very quiet. The guesthouse seems relatively new, as all the facilities are modern. Cleanliness: Clean and hygienic. I stayed for two nights, and on the second day, the staff asked if I needed cleaning or replenishment of supplies. Service: Absolutely fantastic!!! I had ordered several packages before arriving, and the young man at the guesthouse kindly helped me retrieve them multiple times – a huge thank you! Also, the young man was incredibly warm and chatty. When my taxi arrived downstairs, he came to the building entrance to meet me and helped carry my luggage upstairs. After check-in, he even made us coffee and tea, accompanied by some biscuits. I met the owner's wife in the evening, and she was also very friendly and engaging. Each night, a complimentary sweet soup was provided as a late-night snack for each guest. Breakfast was also very varied and delicious. Overall, the guesthouse left a wonderful impression.

Located in the remote Miao village. If you love quiet peacefulness, come and stay for the night. Rooms are decorated with beautiful Miao tapestry, soft bedding, clean lines and is a very new feeling place. Breakfast was a range of small dishes, with fruits, noodles, hard boiled egg, etc, etc. Nice assortment. There is not much in the village, but people seeking a night of solitude, viewing the stars from the balcony and appreciating the beauty of the remote lifestyle of the Miao people will be enchanted. We stayed here between the busy visits to Fenghuang and Zhangjiajie and liked the natural, quiet feel.

A very satisfying stay! The homestay is well-designed and has a relaxing and cozy atmosphere. The room is spacious and bright, with all the amenities, especially the high-quality bathroom and bedding. I had a great night's sleep. The view from the window was beautiful, and I felt refreshed in the morning. The owner was attentive and accommodating. The balcony was a bonus; the view was amazing and perfect for relaxing. It was a wonderful stay and I didn't want to leave!

The hotel’s location is great since it is near the scenic area, very near the bridge. The view from the room was great. The manager offers pick up and drop off from the railway station which was great. He also helps with carrying the luggages and very responsive to we chat. He also informs about the shows available around the area. The breakfast was ok, coffee, noodles and an egg. But honestly, really need improvement with the cleanliness and the maintenance of the amenities. The shower curtains has molds, the bath towels were old. I’ll post some of the pictures. They take pictures of you as well because the door lock of the room is through face detector.
