The Wyndham Wonderland Phoenix truly exceeded my expectations! The environment is elegant and grand, the facilities are new and clean, and the service is warm and attentive. The room is spacious and comfortable, with a stunning view. The overall experience was fantastic. It's perfect for both vacations and business trips, offering great value for money. I highly recommend it and will definitely be back! During Chinese New Year, we chose this place for its quiet escape, but Phoenix's traffic is truly awful. There were daily massive traffic jams, no taxis, and no ride-sharing services. Getting back to the hotel meant climbing a mountain. Jiuzhaigou had even more people, but their traffic management was excellent.

Overall, a great stay! The location is fantastic, right in the city center, making it super convenient to get to all the attractions. You can also ask the butler to run a bath for you beforehand, which is a nice touch. The service is excellent and they're easy to communicate with. Plus, it's pet-friendly, which is a huge bonus!

What I loved most during my stay was the peaceful atmosphere of the water village. The gentle sound of water and lush greenery all around made me feel incredibly relaxed. The room itself was practical, with no unnecessary frills, and everything was easy to use. The bathroom was spacious, the water pressure was steady, and the linens were soft and clean. It was also conveniently located not far from the common areas, making it easy to get around. Perfect for a slow-paced, relaxing vacation.

The facilities are brand new and the WiFi is super fast. The front desk staff were very welcoming and check-in/check-out was efficient. They even helped with a room upgrade and late check-out, which was a really thoughtful touch. Getting to Fenghuang Ancient Town was very convenient as the hotel also offers a free shuttle. In this city, I don't mind using ride-sharing apps; it's convenient and affordable to just hail a cab on the street.

The room was spacious enough and well-laid out, with a decor style I really liked. The amenities, like slippers, felt high-quality. Transfers were quick and efficient, and the front desk was very responsive. They even proactively contacted us to help book tickets, which was a huge relief. And the view from the window was truly beautiful! The only minor drawback was the limited breakfast selection, but that's understandable given the price. The stream outside the restaurant was stunning, with lots of little fish swimming around. Dehang Miao Village was the most beautiful place on our whole trip to Xiangxi, and it wasn't overly commercialized. The weather was perfect the day we visited. After taking the sightseeing bus to Liusha Waterfall, the hike along the stream was particularly memorable. The kids could play in the water, and it wasn't a strenuous walk at all – very enjoyable. During Chinese New Year, there were also various games and activities in the Miao Village that the kids loved. All in all, great hotel, amazing scenery, and fantastic weather – we'll definitely be back!

Located right across from the UNESCO Geopark Museum, the 12C Courtyard Hot Spring Pool Design Hotel stands as not an easy task to rate when there are only 5 stars to do so (it might take as many as 10 of them at least!). Because of its great commodities and facilities, it's convenient location close to the Ancient Town of Furong, yet away from the busy and noisy tourist activity and above all, because of the superb attention and kindness of every single member of the staff, this place deserves a more-than-10-star review. Among the services and commodities, I would like to make special mention of its great whirlpools on the roof deck; the awesome movie projection devices in it's bedrooms and the free of charge pick-up and drop-off from/to the railway station (the will no way allow you to carry the smallest piece of luggage by yourself!). My most heartfelt acknowledgement to the staff and management of this fantastic hotel and special thanks to 十二城温泉酒店 for all the support and help she gave me so I could manage to find medical attention in the next stop of my trip.

I came to this treasure hotel on the last day of the May Day holiday. It was really full of surprises. The beautiful sisters at the front desk of the hotel provided excellent and thoughtful service! Every time I passed by, I was proactive and greeted with a sweet smile. The breakfast dishes were also very rich! In summary, this is a very suitable hotel for vacation 🏖️Lie down, come here, you can get rid of all the class smell! The scenery is beautiful and pleasant, the air is fresh, the whole resort is a natural oxygen bar, the body and mind are relaxed, you can leisurely watch the sunrise and sunset in the beautiful Yunpan Mountain 🌅 The scenery is amazing! The SPA recommended by the beautiful sister at the front desk is also very good, professional Thai massage ~ and it is also a Thai technician, super satisfactory stay experience

Everything was perfect! The trip started with a free transfer from the railway station to the hotel(normally is 20 CNY) and when we arrived at the hotel, the staff was friendly and so cool that they even upgraded our room! The views from the room and the terrace are crazy nice, the hotel is close to everything! I would like to add something to be improved, they could add big bottles of shampoo and shower gel as you have only 5 or 10 ml bottles for the entire stay! Loved it! Highly recommend!

The overall environment is quiet and beautiful. The breakfast environment is also very comfortable, upscale and atmospheric, with rich varieties and good taste. It was my first time to come to Tongcheng Hot Springs and I felt very comfortable staying here. I have been to so many hot spring hotels and still think this one is really great. The best thing here is that the service level is really considerate and comparable to that of peers. This time, my friend was not feeling well, and Xiao Wen at the front desk helped prepare brown sugar ginger water and delivered it directly to our room. I was very hungry after taking a hot spring bath at night, so the takeaway I ordered was delivered to my room. We were helped with our luggage during check-in and check-out, and we were asked if we needed a late check-out. The whole stay experience was really good. The hotel breakfast is also good, with a wide variety, especially the rice noodles are delicious. Although the room is decorated in a retro style, the bed is big and very comfortable. The hotel is very close to the hot spring, on the first floor of the building where we live, so it's no problem even if the weather is cold. We will definitely stay here next time we visit!
