Hot Springs Hotels in Hunan, China

This was my first stay at this hotel, and I was absolutely blown away! The lobby, restaurant, and room designs are all grand yet cozy. The hot springs were incredibly relaxing, with so many different pools – it was a pure delight to stroll around and try them all. The sauna room was also very clean and comfortable, making for a great overall experience. The hotel's buffet dinner and breakfast offered a wide variety of delicious options. Plus, there are steps leading directly from the hotel to Fenghuang Ancient Town, which is only about a ten-minute walk. We had breakfast at the hotel and then took advantage of the morning mist to explore the ancient town, seeing its tranquil side. Honestly, apart from being a bit pricey, this hotel is flawless. I highly recommend that anyone planning to visit keeps an eye on their livestream for flash sales!

The place is very cute and the view and balcony are very cool to have. It’s very spacious for staying in or enjoying the balcony. The space is very clean too. The host Tiantian is very nice and helpful. Even thought I don’t know Chinese she went above and beyond to help me. I really enjoy my stay and ended up booking another night:

The entire property was very clean and well maintained, which made the experience even more relaxing and comfortable. The hot springs were fantastic — peaceful, soothing, and perfect for unwinding after a long day. What really made this hotel special was the staff. Everyone was incredibly helpful, professional, and polite. I would especially like to thank Cherry, who stood out for her kindness, patience, and willingness to help with everything. She made us feel very welcome and taken care of from the beginning to the end of our stay. Highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a clean, relaxing place with hot springs and truly excellent service. I would definitely love to come back again!

You absolutely have to choose the giant screen cinema king room here; the movie experience is fantastic. The breakfast is also incredibly rich and varied, and for Fenghuang Ancient Town, the room is quite spacious. It's much quieter than the ancient city itself, making it the perfect choice for light sleepers.

The hotel is very comfortable and has a great environment. It's located right within the scenic area, making it convenient to visit Dehang Miao Village and the Grand Canyon. The scenery feels hidden away in the mountains, very pristine and beautiful. The hotel receptionists are very attentive and helpful, always ready to assist with sightseeing routes. I even received a complimentary upgrade to a room with a view upon check-in. The afternoon tea and evening sweet soup were delicious, and the hotel is very dog-friendly! 👍😼👍👍 Highly recommend staying here!! 😃😀

The hotel's location and environment are excellent. They offer high-speed rail station transfers and shuttle services to attractions. I stayed for two nights and even got a room upgrade (since it wasn't peak season). I encountered staff from two different shifts, and several drivers provided exceptional service. They were so friendly and enthusiastic! After a tiring day at an attraction, I just called, and a driver arrived with a car in five or six minutes to pick me up. When I asked for food recommendations, the drivers suggested local eateries popular with residents, and they were fantastic! A big thank you to the three drivers who provided transfers these past few days – their attitude and service were superb. Overall, my trip to Furong Ancient Town was wonderful. It was off-season, so the crowds were small. I'd definitely love to come back again!

I came to this treasure hotel on the last day of the May Day holiday. It was really full of surprises. The beautiful sisters at the front desk of the hotel provided excellent and thoughtful service! Every time I passed by, I was proactive and greeted with a sweet smile. The breakfast dishes were also very rich! In summary, this is a very suitable hotel for vacation 🏖️Lie down, come here, you can get rid of all the class smell! The scenery is beautiful and pleasant, the air is fresh, the whole resort is a natural oxygen bar, the body and mind are relaxed, you can leisurely watch the sunrise and sunset in the beautiful Yunpan Mountain 🌅 The scenery is amazing! The SPA recommended by the beautiful sister at the front desk is also very good, professional Thai massage ~ and it is also a Thai technician, super satisfactory stay experience

The hotel is located right in the scenic area, offering views of the waterfall and lake; it's absolutely stunning when the lights are on. It has a 180-degree panoramic balcony, and there's parking for a few cars in front. Across the street is a small alley leading to the rice tofu shop where Liu Xiaoqing filmed her Furong Town movie – a great spot for photos. If you're visiting Furong Town, I highly recommend staying at this hotel. Although there's no elevator, the owner easily moved us to the first floor. From across the river, it looks like we're on the second floor. The balcony offers fantastic views of Furong Town at night – truly beautiful!

The environment here is really very beautiful, the hotel architecture and garden design are very good, even the details are full of design, people feel very pleasant, comfortable and pleasant. I can see that the taste of the hotel owner and team is very good, haha. Every staff member is very polite, especially the front desk Xiaoyu is very thoughtful, I have any questions and I will reply to me quickly, our requirements can be met in time, leaving us a very good impression.

It was my first time to come to Tongcheng Hot Springs and I felt very comfortable staying here. I have been to so many hot spring hotels and still think this one is really great. The best thing here is that the service level is really considerate and comparable to that of peers. This time, my friend was not feeling well, and Xiao Wen at the front desk helped prepare brown sugar ginger water and delivered it directly to our room. I was very hungry after taking a hot spring bath at night, so the takeaway I ordered was delivered to my room. We were helped with our luggage during check-in and check-out, and we were asked if we needed a late check-out. The whole stay experience was really good. The hotel breakfast is also good, with a wide variety, especially the rice noodles are delicious. Although the room is decorated in a retro style, the bed is big and very comfortable. The hotel is very close to the hot spring, on the first floor of the building where we live, so it's no problem even if the weather is cold. We will definitely stay here next time we visit!
