Very good service by Sunway staffs, all smiles and patience and friendly with kids. My son is very happy from enjoying this Lost world zoo trip! 5 stars
You can only check in after 3pm due to their small amount of rooms, so DO NOT come earlier! But the staff are really good to call me when room is ready so I really appreciate that.
The location is also very good if you are planning to go Lost World, but other than that it is a pain in the ass to travel to old town or central area of Ipoh for good food, just secluded area. Prebook Jeff Cellar since it's in the same area if you want high end but good food. Sunway should not only sell their own products (white label) but also should include things outside like chips or medicine. Not really convenient when all the ground floor of hotel / inside Lost World doesn't have midnight snacks that isn't Sunway branded 😂

Overall was a great experience, easy check-in, near Lost World, requested extra towels and provided earlier than expected. Responsive reply from home stay management. The only down part was unexpected blackout ard 10am, we checked out earlier.

We had a really nice and comfortable stay at H&W Onsen. The place is clean, cozy, and has a very relaxing vibe. The onsen was great — perfect for winding down after a long day. It’s also a good spot for families, with a calm atmosphere and friendly host - Weng who made us feel welcome. Overall, a lovely place to stay if you’re looking to relax and enjoy some quiet time together.

Their prompt response, clear communication, and the effort they took to locate and arrange the return of the item showed great professionalism and genuine care. Close to Lost World of Tambun, clean & 'friendly user' apartment environment, fully equipped unit with water dispenser, kitchen for a microwave & refrigerator & even a washing machine. Can accommodate up to 4 people with futon. Will come again & also recome Pd kwn2. Thank you! 🥰

From the moment we arrived, it felt like the world slowed down.
Just nature, silence, and the two of us.
💧 The villa —
Private, peaceful, and beautifully designed.
We had our own natural hot spring tub… soaking in warm water under the trees, just talking, laughing, and sometimes saying nothing at all.
It felt intimate, real, and healing.
🧘♀️ The caves —
Meditation cave was so quiet, we could hear our own hearts.
Steam cave felt like a reset for the body.
We didn’t rush anything. Everything there teaches you to slow down.
🍽️ Jeff’s Cellar dinner —
This was the highlight.
Fine dining in a 260-million-year-old cave — just wow.
Romantic, calm, and full of little surprises from the chef. We’ll never forget it.
🌿 The overall experience?
It’s not just a resort.
It’s a space where two people can really reconnect — without noise, without distraction.
