I had a pleasant stay here. Staff is friendly and helpful, spacious & clean room. The only thing is, breakfast spread might need to upgrade as it is too limited foor available. No pastries like croissant, baguette bread. Spread only consist limited main course, egg station. Hope i could get more varieties on my 3rd visit if any.
Pro
1. The condo located right next to The Lost World Tambun, if you are going to the lagoon, this condo is the right one. Buggy is outside the lobby area to provide free ride to the lagoon entrance.
2. Check in process is smooth c/w digital lockset.
3. The management company is pretty helpful and easy to liaise with.
4. Balcony facing lagoon, quite nice view.
5. Hot pool besides the swimming pool, relaxing.
Con
1. If your trip is to enjoy Ipoh food, the stay is about 30 mins to city center. Pretty far.
2. Cleanliness is an issue. Sticky flooring, yellow stain WC cover
3. Sagging bed, my aunt cannot sleep for the whole night
4. Sagging sofa, my back side basically is on the spring
5. Water flow to the shower head is limited. The water pressure is so low and I would say the flow is merely to wet the body. Water pressure to basin is good.
The hotel was really good and convenient for our stay. The rooms were nice and comfortable, and my family really enjoyed it. Everything was great except the cleanliness — the towels had yellow stains, so that part needs some improvement. Other than that, the place was lovely and I highly recommend it! It’s a great choice if you’re visiting Lost World of Tambun, though it’s a bit far from the town area.
The room size was adequate, and there's a hot spring swimming pool. It's conveniently located right next door to Lost World Water Park. For entry, you'll need to check in with the security guard first, and then pick up the keys from the mailbox. There's a really good restaurant about a 15-minute drive away that I highly recommend (photos attached). Their claypot cheese prawns were particularly delicious. It's also approximately a 20-30 minute drive to Concubine Lane.
If your plan is to visit the Lost World of Tambun theme parks, this accommodation is spot-on. However, also because of the close proximity to the theme park and its operating hours from 11am to 11pm, if you have an infant or child that is sensitive to noise, it can still be heard in the unit even though windows and doors are closed. The unit looks quite new with living room and rooms cleanliness is good. Cleanliness of the both toilets as there are odor needs to be taken care of. Overall still happy with the unit amenities and facilities (playground, swimming pool, onsen, gym).
This hot spring hotel is nestled in the valley, boasting beautiful surroundings and fresh air. There's no need to leave the resort; you can simply enjoy good food and drinks, soak in the hot springs, and even feed the fish. Breakfast is served until 11:00 AM and is à la carte. A friendly Chinese staff member recommended the *char kway teow*, shredded chicken rice noodles, and curry rice noodles, all of which were absolutely delicious! We also tried the French restaurant located in a cave, and the ambiance was truly stunning. The food service there was genuinely very slow, so it's best to enjoy some wine while you wait. The souvenir we received at check-out was also a lovely touch. Highly recommend staying here if you have the time.
Came for a specific family function nearby the property. Have stayed here before too. Very good location, easy access, clean environment. Feel very safe in this property.
Close to Lost World of Tambun, clean & 'friendly user' apartment environment, fully equipped unit with water dispenser, kitchen for a microwave & refrigerator & even a washing machine. Can accommodate up to 4 people with futon. Will come again & also recome Pd kwn2. Thank you! 🥰
Very comfortable and cozy place perfect for family, I like the management very accommodating to assist us. I will surely book again this unit. The pool my kids enjoy so much. I like the onsen pool and sauna.
Fantastic stay! The pool with a hill view was amazing, and we truly enjoyed the wonderful hot springs. The room was well-equipped with everything we needed and very well maintained. It’s just a 1-minute walk to LWOT, which made everything super convenient. We’ll definitely come back again next time!

JJanet HonThe property offers an excellent location with picturesque views of the theme park and mountains from the balcony. The onsen and swimming pool facilities within the hotel are notably comfortable and well-maintained, particularly when compared to those at the theme park.
The primary area for improvement lies in the check-in process, which I found to be inconvenient. It required me to proactively contact the hotel or agent for instructions, rather than receiving direct communication from them.
Despite this, I intend to book this property again on my next visit to Ipoh.
GGuest UserBeautiful environment, natural oxygen bar, but poor service. It took two Malays half an hour to register two rooms, and the rooms were not cleaned the next day.
