Service is tip top. Everyone is very polite and friendly from front desk to door men to f&b staff. However the room could be better. The water pressure is not strong enough and there's something wrong with the mixer tab because halfway through showering the water will turn cold. Another thing is the WiFi speed, it's too slow.

An amazing experience all round. We weren’t enjoying Ipoh at all until our check in here. They had a lovely welcome for my girlfriend’s birthday. The facilities are all excellent. It feels like you’re in the jungle at times, monkeys to be seen and beautiful birds. The resort is big enough that it never felt crowded, and the food that we ate was perfect! The villa was comfortable and cleaned twice a day, while the hot tub is a lovely perk and the little pool. Couldn’t recommend this enough as a getaway, where you wouldn’t have to leave until checkout. The only thing I’d say, as an Irishman, is that I thought Jeff’s cellar might have had a better selection of Irish whiskeys. Would return happily.

The room facilities are worn out, the door handles are loose, the pillows are dark... the bath towels are also dark, there is a strange door in the room with ”circuit, danger” written on it, my husband dare not turn off the lights at night, dare not sleep. Try not to check in at night, because the environment is quite good during the day, with green plants, hot springs and swimming pools, and hot spring boiled eggs are quite interesting. It is recommended that you bring your own bath towels, pillowcases, quilts and sheets to avoid some unpleasantness and worries.

We stayed at a family-friendly hotel that was conveniently located, allowing us to easily explore the city. The staff were incredibly welcoming, and the facilities were top-notch, making our stay very comfortable. The Haven is known for its stunning views of limestone hills, lush greenery, and serene surroundings. The resort offers a variety of activities like swimming, hiking, and relaxation, making it a popular spot for both locals and tourists who want to escape the hustle and bustle of city life. we spend 1 whole day inside to enjoy the facilities and pool.

Location was superb , really just next to Tambun . By few steps. so easy go get there & all instruction to get the key is easy. There is no shops or convenient shops that is walking distance, but there is a supermaket nearby, can just call grab to reach there. The amenities was only like toothbrush toothpaste plates, utensils and also one kettle remember there is no microwave cannot cook inside so remember to buy food standby food you cannot cook even an instant noodles there so if you're hungry in the middle of the night make sure you have food ready because as I say it earlier on there is no shop no nothing there, no complimentary water as well so if you want to rent here, make sure you bring your water & food supplies. What you can do is only boil water. other than that everything seems good but the tenant need to be extra K on the cleanliness of the place. The bed was okay. The pillow and the bed was comfy. Air-conditioning all working well the living room room was comfortable comfortable is just that the cleanliness of the toilet have to be taken care more I think the cleaner didn't really clean the washroom. You can see watermarks here and day seems like it was not clean for ages. You can see the watermark so obvious. Make me feel so disgusting and you can see the clothes for what the table is so dirty there's no other clothes only one clothes to wipe the pebble no I didn't use that. It was disgusting. Other than that. I was happy with the place would be appreciate if the tenant at least can ready something to cook at least instant noodles because there is no shops there if I want to come back, I will still stay there. That is the best place to stay the nearest to Tambun.

I stayed with my daughter. While the room was spacious and the location was convenient, we had some trouble checking in. Our door key number didn’t work at all, and we had to wait about 10 minutes for the issue to be resolved. It was a bit frustrating after a long day. Aside from that, the stay was comfortable.

The most interesting view near by (besides) Lost World of Tambun, Ipoh, Perak; the scenery looks very interesting and the view is great. All the facilities of this unit Onsen S-08-13 here and the comfort is good. The service from the management is also good and very helpful. Highly recommended to those out there who want the satisfaction of the Lost World of Tambun view, the location is also close to a few good places to go out to eat for domestic and foreign tourists. One of good place to stay in today.

The room is not big, with two beds plus a sofa, it is strictly not allowed to add a quilt, so if you are afraid that the quilt and pillows are not enough, it is best to bring your own. It is a good design that the balcony of the room can directly feed the fish. There are no disposable toiletries, which is great for environmental protection ♻️, bring your own toiletries, support. The hotel's natural environment is very good, the hot spring water is very hot, the swimming pool water is very cold, and the sensory experience is stimulating. Seeing the butterfly 🦋 is very beautiful. For breakfast, the child had no choice but to eat sliced bread. There was no fruit, no milk, no yogurt, no fruit juice... The only pastry was not very tasty, and the child would rather eat the bread after tasting it. If there is watermelon and juice for dinner, the children will eat more happily. If you bring children, it is recommended to prepare more food by yourself.
