GGuest UserGreat place, loved the onsen and lost world being next door. View was awesome too! Only gripe I have is that food options are limited and to travel for food require grabbing or car but otherwise it’s a great place to lepak and enjoy the scenery.

GGuest UserWe had a wonderful stay in Banjaran hotspring. Even though there was some issues with the facilities which comes with age and need more maintenance and care. We have complimentary visit to the adjacent theme park and enjoy it even though it was very hot and sunny. Breakfast was good with unlimited ordering from menu. But on 3rd morning, we didn't feel like eating the same food. Wish the menu is changed every alternate morning.

HHo FongThe apartment looked nice in the photos but in reality, is quite old and shows signs of wear and tear. For example, the ironing board has holes and burnt marks on its cover and the iron can't be used because of things stuck to it. The clocks aren't working, the pillows aren't comfortable, the bedsheets are not clean (my sister's body itched when she slept on one of the beds). Moreover, the apartment is not sound-proof and thus, is quite noisy at night, as it is located very close to the theme park.
We had problems getting to our floor every time we got in the lifts because the key card scanner is old and does not work well. Likewise, we found it challenging getting into the apartment because the digital lock doesn't work well.

JJane lim KsWe had a great stay! The location is excellent, surrounded by nature with a peaceful and relaxing atmosphere, making it perfect for a family trip.
The hotel is also very close to Lost World of Tambun, which made it very convenient for us to visit the theme park.
Overall, the stay was comfortable and enjoyable. The environment was pleasant, and we had a wonderful experience. We would definitely consider staying here again on our next trip to Ipoh.

GGuest UserI took a Grab from around Kampar Station, and it cost about RM30 to get there. It's a lovely place, surrounded by trees.
I stayed in a villa with a terrace over the pond. The facilities are clean and well-maintained. You get fish food, so you can feed the fish right from your terrace.
The hot spring isn't very large, but there weren't many guests, so I could relax and enjoy it. It's a bit lukewarm, but that meant I could soak in it for a long time, which was very pleasant.
The natural water pool area had two pools of different depths and sizes. It was a bit chilly in the morning, but I imagine it would be nice in the afternoon or when it's sunny.
The food menu isn't extensive, but the prices are reasonable, and it's delicious.
Overall, I found it to be a very relaxing and wonderful place.

ZZhizhuodexiatianOverall, the stay was quite good. The room was clean and tidy, with a panoramic view of the water park. The downside was that the hotel contacted me a bit late after booking, which delayed check-in. Also, having to check out at 11:00 AM the next day wasn't very convenient, and I hope they can improve this. The hot water boiler in the room was broken and wasn't fixed in a timely manner.

It’s also a good spot for families, with a calm atmosphere and friendly host - Weng who made us feel welcome. Overall, a lovely place to stay if you’re looking to relax and enjoy some quiet time together.

NNicole TiongThe place is really clean, cozy and comfortable. Just nice for group of 8, comfy bed and room space with two bathrooms. Equipped with water purifier and washing machine which made our stay very convenient. This place has two parking lots as well conveniently located near the lift.

GGuest UserThis corner lot house offers stunning views of the mountain range and waterpark, and is incredibly close to LWOT, just a 3-minute walk away. It comes with 2 parking lots and is located on level 1. The owner is very responsive, even contacting us 3 days before our check-in date. Highly recommended!
