The room was awesome! The view so nice. Can see whole lost world of tambun from balcony. The amenities all good except cannot cook so cooking utensils is nkt provided. But pinggang, mangkuk sudu all ada. In term of amenities, all satisfied.

My third stay at The Banjaran Hotsprings Retreat. The peaceful surroundings, exceptional hospitality, and attention to detail are exactly what keep me coming back time and time again. A special highlight of this visit was dining at Jeff's Cellar. The setting inside the limestone cave is simply breathtaking, and the fine dining experience was outstanding. Another wonderful stay, and I'm already looking forward to returning again.

The location of the property is excellent, and the building is well maintained. The unit is equipped with most essential amenities, including a refrigerator, washing machine, water heater, iron, and basic kitchen utensils. However, several advertised facilities were not functional during our stay, including the kitchen stove, chimney hood, living room ceiling fan, and TV. The check-in process could be clearer. I had to contact the property a day in advance to obtain the check-in instructions and pay a RM200 security deposit. The deposit was refunded a few hours after checkout without any issues. The biggest downside of this property is the ongoing construction directly in front of the building. There was constant noise from drilling and blasting, and the area was very dusty. Construction work even continued into the night, making it difficult to relax and causing me a headache. If you’re looking for a peaceful stay, it’s worth checking whether the construction has been completed before booking.

Very suitable for families staying. Only one minute walk to the theme park. It is convenient for us and there is no need to drive here and there,and save a lot of time to reach the theme park.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Had a wonderful family stay at Lost World of Tambun. The hotel staff at the counter were friendly, helpful, and welcoming throughout our stay. The room facilities were complete and comfortable, with everything we needed. We also appreciated the complimentary White Coffee provided in the room. Breakfast was kid-friendly, and the signature mee kari was a must-try. Overall, a great place for a family vacation! 😊

It was truly a refreshing and memorable experience. From the moment we arrived, the resort manager, Mr Chong, made us feel genuinely welcomed and well taken care of. Despite it being peak season with high occupancy, and our arrival late in the evening, he took great pride in personally showing us around the resort and its beautiful surroundings, including the Raja Brooke butterfly habitat. He also shared fascinating stories about the property and even kept us in suspense about why there were virtually no mosquitoes around the resort despite the presence of large fish ponds—a mystery that was only revealed to us the following morning at breakfast! The resort itself is beautifully maintained—clean, peaceful, and thoughtfully designed to blend with nature. I especially enjoyed soaking in the hot spring pools, swimming in the refreshing mountain spring water pool, and spending quiet moments feeding the fish with complimentary fish food provided by the resort. Highly recommended for anyone seeking a tranquil retreat. It is an excellent and peaceful escape from the city, offering a chance to reconnect with nature and unwind completely. The only minor drawback is that the access road can be challenging, but the experience is well worth the journey.

The basic foundations is spot on. While many accessories are provided and placed conveniently. Cleanliness and hygiene is flawless. What surprised me is the view from the balcony, shadowing upon the theme park itself and I also find the little preparation for the bed adorable. Overall this had been an amazing experience, while staying here and I'll definitely choose this Airbnb to shelter once again!

The property offers an excellent location with picturesque views of the theme park and mountains from the balcony. The onsen and swimming pool facilities within the hotel are notably comfortable and well-maintained, particularly when compared to those at the theme park. The primary area for improvement lies in the check-in process, which I found to be inconvenient. It required me to proactively contact the hotel or agent for instructions, rather than receiving direct communication from them. Despite this, I intend to book this property again on my next visit to Ipoh.

This corner lot house offers stunning views of the mountain range and waterpark, and is incredibly close to LWOT, just a 3-minute walk away. It comes with 2 parking lots and is located on level 1. The owner is very responsive, even contacting us 3 days before our check-in date. Highly recommended!
