The service for food was Ok, food nice too. Room TV was not working and no intercom telephone in the room, making it difficult to reach the customer service when needed. wifi was not too strong as expected, probably due to room position. there was no complimentary drinking water in the room but there was nice complimentary tea in room. there was Ironing board but no Iron in the room, because of NO intercom , reaching customer service for an iron was not possible as my time was running. I could say the position is nice and the worker are friendly

The kitchen is fully equipped with a washer/dryer, dish washer, microwave, oven, fridge and cooking utensils. Relax to your favourite Netflix series, in this well cleaned home away from home.There are two spacious rooms upstairs. The first room had a double bed, and the second room has 2 single beds. The bathroom has a tub/shower. We provide basic shampoo and bath towels. We also provide toiletries like tissue and bathing soap.This is a quiet neighboourhood. A short walking disntance away are two big sports stadiums, Celtic Park, the home of the famous football team Glasgow's Celtic. Nearby there is also the Emirates Stadium famous for hosting the Common Wealth Games.The main road closest to this property is called London Road, it connects to the main motors ways in Glasgow, the M8 and M74. These two motorways are the connecting links to all main sorounding places of Glasgow city e.g Edinburgh, Lochlomond, Glasgow West End (for the eating and night scene) etc. This route is also well served with buses and a train from Darmanock into Glasgow Central Station. Its less than 15 minutes to drive into Glasgow City Centre from here.There are several shopping place options nearby. For the first time ever I phoned reception to complain about the noise. There was a function going on downstairs that was so obnoxious. When I called reception the guy who answered just sighed, told me that he'd had several complaints and the music would continue until 12.45... The corridor was SO noisy. All the doors are set to slam closed. And slam they do.... I was travelling with my 10 year old daughter. We both had a terrible night's sleep. Staff didn't ask how my stay was or how I'd slept when checking out. As a frequent traveller I think that's the first time this has happened. Probably just as well as I'd have told them.... The room was clean but there was no shampoo in the container in the bathroom. Very basic. Saving grace was the swimming pool. Especially with a 10 year old. We were allowed to swim in the morning which really cheered her up.

Good location just in front of Buchanan Street and St.Enoch shopping area. Glasgow Centra Station is about 8 minutes walk and underground tune St. Enoch Station is 2 minutes walk. Convenient to go anyway. Tesco and Lindl supermarkets are just about 2 to 3 minutes walk away, so you can buy something to cook in the apartment hotel if you wish. In-room Pantry are with microwave, kettle with dining wares, glasses etc. There is a laundry room with washer and dryer (pay separately £3+£3). Actual conditions are still new as per photos. It's also wonderful to walk along the river bank which is 1 block away from the hotel. There are pubs near the hotel but you can't hear the noise with window closed and air conditioning turned on. We are 4 persons with 2 slept in the bedroom and the other 2 slept on sofa bed in the living room. Good stay and highly recommended.

My partner and I decided to make a night of it by staying here as it was our first night away from our 6 month old and we were attending the Hyrdo to see Tom Segura. Upon arrival we received the best customer service from the most lovely and lively man behind the desk named Mohammad. Incredibly easy to check in, he said he gave us a room with a great view of the city and the water - boy, he did! Absolutely glorious view and the hotel room was beautiful with a very comfortable bed and sky TV. I wish we had read properly/known in advance that there was a sauna and steam room within the hotel as we would have come prepared. We will be back again and be more prepared. Absolutely loved our stay.

TV in room was 2nd most annoying thing, as could not turn off descriptive channel information. Breakfast ok. Hotel location was great for what we wanted to do in Glasgow. You can walk up the river to the crane and hydro. Not convinced it’s the best place to stay in Glasgow, I Think I got a good deal on the jnr suite price and I’d stay again.

We went to the hotel a little earlier than check in time as we were going to the glee, managed to get checked into our room early and put our bags in and get settled before leaving. 1st time Mum and Dad so this was a much needed night away to ourselves for comedy, dinner and drinks. We arrived back to the hotel at a reasonable time and went up and enjoyed the peace and quiet of the room and enjoy the bath, well needed soak and rest. To top it all off we were both sprawled out on the king sized bed and out for the count for much needed catch up on sleep. Everything that we needed from the room was perfect and hassle free, no noise from the outside or from the bar downstairs and the leisure of an 11am check out allowed up to get up and ready at our own pace. Would definitely stay again and highly recommend this hotel.

Our stay at Hotel Indigo was very pleasant. We were welcomed by Katt who has been very nice and friendly. We arrived around 11am in the morning and they already let us check-in early.  The room was spacious and everything is comfortable.  Our tour was leaving early the next day so we can’t take the 7am breakfast and they fixed us some breakfast to go.  Location is close to airport bus stop and walking distance to the city center / central station.  Overall, it was a great stay!

In general fine, good view and clean room, the problem is the price of car park, as there are lots of car park here which charge £12 each 12 hours, means if you stay 15 hours you need to pay double - £24.

I like the service very much in a purely British hotel. I have to check out at 11 o'clock because the flight is still early. I negotiated with the hotel for a late checkout. The hotel originally said that it would charge 15 pounds for every hour of delay. Later, the hotel paid the delay fee. It’s worth recommending if you don’t need it.

The city center is cheap and there is a bar on the first floor. And it's 20-30 meters away from the train station center where I'm going to the meeting. This geographical location is absolutely amazing. The house is consistent, always English, but the security is very good, there is a bathtub in it, but the heating is not sure if it is broken or I will not use it.

The location is really good in the city centre of glasgow. Very smartly planned room. But the room should include cupboards for the luggage because the rooms are very small and with luggage there's no space to move around. And for the price we are paying, it should also include kettle because its a three star hotel and it should provide all the necessary amenities. Overall hotel is smartly planned to utilize space. Cleanliness is good.

I stayed here as a first time traveler to Glasgow and I found this Safestay brach as the only viable option 😅 but also the best option: it is really well priced and high value, the interior is a little dated but it's actually very well maintained and clean, ventilation in the rooms could be slightly better but was alright, the common lounge was quite cozy and the staff was very kind and helpful. This is important to me and in regard to the service attitude this hostel is just excellent : ) The location is also very good - Glasgow is not a large city but the hostel is ideally situated, about a fifteen minute walk from Buchanan station and another fifteen minutes in any direction to get to another area to explore, i.e. Argyle street with nice pubs. Concluding: highly recommended.
