Reception staffs were very friendly and offered their free luggage storage service. Room is clean and spacious with great view of the city. They use Rituals as bathroom amenities. There is food 24/7. Breakfast selection was comprehensive (full English breakfast, cereal, fruits, bread, tea and coffee, juice, milk)

|3.2km from city centreNot bad, mainly very close to the stadium, just a few minutes walk, the location is absolutely good, there is a convenience store in the gas station diagonally opposite, if you need to cook, you can buy simple dishes, there are not many choices for eating out, the neighborhood is relatively deserted, because the first time I booked a homestay, I didn’t have experience. I don't know if it is contactless check-in, you must remember to see the email with the room password. If you have any questions, you can also call or send an email.

Just note that we were trying to check in 2 hours earlier to the stipulated general check in time and the hotel wanted to charge us for it. First time I've heard of this - Adaggio in Edinburgh let us check in much earlier and without charging us so I'm not sure what their general policy is!

The rooms were clean and comfortable but the bar area really won us over. As LFC fans, it was a dream. For what we paid and what we got, the experience overall was superb. If you are a Liverpool fan going there for the first time, this is where I recommend you stay.

Breakfast was 15 £ and had to wait for all the items to be available at same time.Meant I had to go up 3 times.
When checking in got a double even though had requested a twin.Had to wait for lift and go back to reception. Took 15 mins.
Overall haven't stayed here in about 15 years and looks like they have done Nothing with it in the interim.

Also, when I asked if there was a coin laundry nearby, he politely told me the location. In addition to that, there were several scenes where I felt the hospitality of the hotel, and it was a hotel that I wanted to use when staying in Liverpool.

The spa is amazing and is true to the advertised pictures, in fact it's even better because they don't show off everything there! The rooms are spotless and so lovely, the staff are all super friendly and polite and cannot do enough to help. Treat yourself to an amazing high class experience for reasonable prices. The thermal journey is an absolute must.

As for downsides, hostel has limited number of bathrooms and showers - this can cause issues if you have to leave quickly. The ventilation in rooms is basically non-existent, and rooms house up to 10 people, so I’ll leave the air quality to your imagination. Sound isolation is not great, so if somebody has a good time in the kitchen you’ll going to hear that. Bring earplugs if you are light sleeper. Cleanliness is subjective, I’m not that picky, but having crumbs in my bed was disconcerting. Some sinks have filters with hair in them. Haven’t seen anything that would be actually harmful like mold or hygiene products, so that is good.
Location is good. Liverpool is not that big and you’ll get to city centre in under an hour even with most leisurely pace. Do visit the cathedral on your way there. I haven’t seen any shops in immediate vicinity though, but I didn’t need them, so maybe you find some if you look. Bus stop for airport is fairly close, so that is a plus as well.
Overall, this is a hostel. You can sleep there, store your stuff and maybe have a chat with interesting people. Price is fair for experience.

It is a 20-minute walk to James St train station and a 15-minute walk to the city center, Liverpool Cathedral and many other attractions. It is convenient for sightseeing. The heating is powerful, the temperature is suitable, the bed is comfortable, the windows can be opened, and the wifi is good. However, the desk light is dark. It would be better if a desk lamp is added.

The location was excellent, great bars, shops and a really lovely safe and friendly area. A short walk to the Dock area and everything Liverpool has to offer.
The room was excellent, large, clean with the most comfortable bed ever!
Hotel staff were welcoming, friendly and informative.
Would one hundred percent recommend and without doubt return to stay again.

The staff are lovely and friendly. Our private en suite room and bathroom was spacious, clean and tidy, the reception area modern and welcoming too. Car parking available if you need it. The staff even made us a pizza at 11pm as we arrived back tired, wet and cold from being at the match.
The best bit was the breakfast, it was amazing and in a separate dinjng area. Full choice of traditional hot English breakfast or continental. Fresh coffee and tea and juices too.

Downstairs there is a Tesco express open until 11:00 p.m., which is very convenient for buying breakfast or supper.
The service staff kindly gave us a view room on a high floor.
Overall comfort in the room.
The inconvenient part is that the hair dryer has to be borrowed from the counter in advance.
The bathroom did not provide any cleaning products, and the smell of dampness for a long time needs to be improved.
