It’s a 3.5 star hotel…. room is great: clean, view (if you upgrade), balcony, huge bathroom, good bed, furnitures well-maintained. When it comes to culinary, it’s a big disasters: room service menu… no breakfast options, no drink options (except 2 local wines, not even soft drinks or water), no restaurants are having any normal drinks and very tiny food selection. Executive Club no need to pay for… even a airport lounge is doing much better. WaiMai only way to eat at such beautiful venue. It’s really a shame. Hopefully Hilton is reviewing this property and get it back on track. Really beautiful venue. Staff also very nice, just efforts from the General Manager is missing. Will not come back but would recommend for the rooms and view.

The dragon on the first floor is so domineering. It immediately brings the New Year atmosphere. The beauties checking in are all very beautiful. The murals worth mentioning are very Nanjing-specific. They gather Nanjing’s iconic tourist attractions. They are sparkling. The hotel is splendid and magnificent. The manager in the desert is so enthusiastic and we had a great time chatting. There were some unpleasant things that happened during our stay, but he also helped to solve them. Very professional manager.

The hotel room is large in size and decorated in a very good style. It was amazing experience. During staying there, my family had a great time. All staffs are kind and gentle. Especially the staff who I met at the front named Valentina, she was so nice and super kind. She made my family feel very happy and help a lot. Room is clean and comfortable. The views from the room was fantastic! Just next to the hotel, there is a big department store, you can go shopping and have fun. Also so many fine restaurant out there, you can enjoy a lot. The location is super convenient! It’s right infringe of the Mochouhu scenic area. The family room was very spacious with 02 beds. The basic amenities are included. The staff is super friendly and cooperative. They do offer meals however you have to inform them beforehand. 外卖/outside deliveries can be done.

Secondly, the room is very clean, has a small refrigerator, and five bottles of mineral water are placed directly in it! Many hotels give you two bottles at a time! So I really like this, because we stayed for two days in a row, so when we called them to deliver it, they put six bottles directly in front of us🥰It's really friendly to people like us who drink a lot of water. The tea bags provided are also very good, they are Lapsang Souchong! I love it! Another thing I forgot 😭 is that there are tea making tools on the table! This time we wore Hanfu and took pictures with the tea set! The last TV was so big that you could use your mobile phone to cast the screen.
