The lobby was clean, we were checked in promptly, and the room was clean, spacious, comfy and well accommodated. The only glitch we experienced was trying to check in online. The exact name of the app was not given, so I had to guess which one it might be. Then I had to have my Hilton number, which I did not have and could not find. At the very least, the exact name of the app should have been provided I spent 30 minutes trying to check in remotely and was unsuccessful. Ended up doing it the old-fashioned way.
