We have been to many hotels in Abu Dhabi and I must say that Marriott Downtown is byfar our favorite and have been going there everytime we go to Abu Dhabi now. They have great food, attentive and curtious staff. From the housekeeping to the restaurants and to the Lounge! Miss George, Osama, Michelle, Christian, too bad I cannot name everyone here! Can't wait to go back:-)

Great friendly welcoming experience. Highly recommended. All staff have been very supportive. Felt very safe. Great location with the mall attached to the hotel. The masjid is also close by. Great food options and activities within proximity.

Very good, nice sized hotel. Excellent pool area with heated outside pool. Great to have direct access to the private beach. All the staff were really helpful and friendly but particularly Binot on the concierge desk. Disappointing that the main Jing restaurant does not offer its full range of international food or its oriental buffet during Ramadan. Yas Shuttle bus is really useful but be warned of unscheduled hour long breaks (usually 6pm/7pm ish during Ramadan. Overall a good experience and we would come back.

The hotel is conveniently located near supermarkets and restaurants. The room was clean and comfortable, the staff was friendly and would send luggage to the room. Breakfast is rich and tastes good. The hotel has a parking lot. For the first time, there is someone to help you park.

Everything was great! We also had a good rest at the hotel on the roof in the pool, where caring excellent staff, especially the cool Ishan Anuradha, helped both in the gym and in the pool, and gave disposable tableware, generally a great person! Всё было привосходно! Хорошо отдохнули и в отеле на крыше в бассейне, там заботливый отличный персонал особенно классный Ishan Anuradha он и в тренажёрном зале помог, и в бассейне, и дал одноразовую посуду, вообще отличный парень!

My recent 8-night stay at City Seasons Al Hamra Hotel was superb. The hotel's prime downtown location made exploring Abu Dhabi effortless and within 300m of the hotel, you will be spoilt for choice for cafes, convenience stores, restaurants, laundy stores and etc. For an older hotel, cleanliness was impeccable, reflecting the staff's dedication. Service was outstanding, from the welcoming reception to the attentive restaurant staff. The highlight was the superb breakfast, offering a variety of delicious dishes with slight tweaks each day for added variety. Overall, City Seasons Al Hamra Hotel offers a comfortable experience. This is by far the best budget hotel me and my girlfriend has stayed. For 4 days we stayed here everything was perfect, the fact that we dont have to ask them to clean the room is the best thing. We go out in the morning and when we come back at night the room is clean as it was when we checked-in. Our belongings were untouched but everything else was renewed without us requesting or them asking if we wanted to clean the room. The only thing this hotel needs to update or upgrade is the T.V, i consider this a 5 star budget hotel so the T.V need to be a bit more modern or latest. The room is big and the whole hotel was covered by carpet on the floor including our room and the corridor to the rooms. The area this hotel is located is perfect because everything you need is just 5 mins walk away from the hotel, bars restaurants, cheap shopping centers and malls also. All the staffs were very friendly and polite. 5 star customer service. Especially our check-in agent and receptionist Saajid gave us the best customer service. Thank you Saajid and the guy who cleans (couldnt ask his name) the rooms. For you this is the place i will choose again if i visit Abu Dhabi again. Best wishes to the hotel and Saajid and the cleaner (sorry we couldn’t ask him ask his name) and kind regards to all the staff. 💪❤️

I booked this hotel through Agoda on the 22nd of October 2021. On the 22nd of November, o received an email from Agoda that my reservation have been cancelled due to wrong rate. I was wondering if the rate was wrong, why they did not cancel during this month, why wait for a whole month when all other hotels rates went up. I was depdending on that reservation and didn't look for other hotels when the rates were reasonable. Now when all the rates went up, they cancelled my reservation to receive other reservations with increased price. I never thought a hotel which should be centered around customer satisfaction more than the money would act like this.

Ms. Rihab at the reception is absolutely marvelous, beautiful smile and impeccable service, provided a beautiful room and Mr. Mohammad Salam the luggage attendant was very courteous and helpful, he was very knowledgeable about the city and also gave recommendations on the best areas of the hotel for the F & B. We chose to stay at the Marriott Exec Apartments whilst in the city for the F1. We were a family of 4, and with two 17 year old with us space and privacy was important! The apartments suited us perfectly. Oodles of space, the boys had a double bed each and their own en-suite. Views were great from the floor to ceiling windows and there is a well equipped full kitchen too if you needed it. Our only critique would be that the second ensuite needs a shower screen as the dividing wall just doesn't come out far enough to stop the floor getting drenched and there is a serious lack of mirrors! A full length mirror in the hall or living area would be useful. Facilities are good as you can also use those at the main hotel which is all connected - no need to step outside. Boys enjoyed the gym and the roof top pool is small but perfectly adequate and again, great views! All the staff we encountered were exceptionally friendly and helpful, particularly those at breakfast. Location is good. We chose this hotel based on the apartment style accommodation and the price, it was a good 40 minutes by car to Yas Island but hotels there were crazy money for F1 weekend! However if you are wanting to get around all of Abu Dhabi it's fairly central so worked well for us as we were here for 5 nights and visited the Corniche, the Aquarium etc. As it's not a terribly ”touristy” area there are no restaurants nearby, just a lot of fast food outlets and a mall across the road with a food hall in it. We really enjoyed our stay here and would definitely recommend it if you have older children and need more space than a traditional hotel room.

Hotel was in a good location. The room was spacious and clean. Only thing which I didn't like was the check-in time. It took 45 minutes to check-in. I think they should have more staff to check-in people. Also during the turndown service, they didn't replace the toiletries, I had to request them to get it replaced.

I went just to have some drinks to the club on 2nd floor it was Indian it was really nice but after I want to try some other outlets it’s really terrible I went to to the r floor it was also Indian bar but they were playing the songs as from who they gets the tips or money u can say the rest they were ignoring after I went to the 1 floor as I got told one of the staff that it’s open but after I went there they ask me for the table charge even after ask another guy he show me the table without telling me about the tables charge because it’s even doesn’t exit it make me feel that they just want to make mony there Overall it was really disgusting experience

Approximately 30 minutes away from Abu Dhabi airport, Copthorne Downton is perfectly placed for all your needs. Shopping mall, Ferrari World, Yas marina are all 19 minutes away by car. Room was spacious and very homely. Ladies at reception are real strength, dealing with no matter how big a problem with speed and efficiency. The concierge was very helpful and courteous. All the staff were eager to make my stay as comfortable as possible I will definitely come back as I felt genuinely welcomed.

Hotel location is OK, the surrounding shops are more and more lively. The hotel is a bit old and it is estimated to be many years old. There is a door in my room that leads to the next room. It feels very unsafe. I can hear it in the next room, especially in this position. If it is night, it is not convenient for friends to come over, the front desk will ask.

OK so it's COLD outside, it's around 15-20 degrees every night, and every room does have its own ac unit, YET, THEY INSIST ON KEEPING THE AC IN THE HALLWAYS ON. And they don't just keep it on, they keep it FREEZING, which in turn obviously makes the ROOMS FREEZING. I tried asking nicely MANY TIMES, Heck the last time I even BEGGED them to turn it down but they refused...? I mean, what is even the logic here? The AC exists to regulate the temperature when it's hot, why would you crank it up ALL THE WAY when it's COLD OUTSIDE?! Was there ANY thought process involved here? And why would you refuse to turn it down?!?! ITS ALREADY COLD OUTSIDE. Ofcourse, they made me sick from my first day and I didn't get better until I went back home to dubai and slept a night in a room that wasn't freezing. When I say the room was freezing I'm not exaggerating at all, it was FREEZING.
