It was fine, and the hotel is well structured and the owners spent multimillion on it. However, the reception can ruin everything. The reception is rude, aggressive, and irrespective. I have never said anything bad about any other hotel!

It’s really good hotel !kind people here !clean always !a lot different food !all day you can eat non stop !it’s very good way !it’s means they respect people !I choose this hotel when I coming here and I stayed already 5 days and will stay more but here fully booked !because it’s here good !2 swimming pool !a lot kind of food !a lot fruit !turkish the best with this !

Actually I should rate Hotel and Turkish people generally. Both is the most bad. In the room was a big mirror in the back of the bed. Then it fell on me. I mean the big mirror has been fell on my head and my body. It was a big accident, but when I asked hotel for help they didn't they just hear the story . The duty manager has told me I am busy now. He hasn't hear my talking. The lady in the reception has said " Really ?" Ah... My room no. Was 7111. You can go to see how big was the accident. Several places in my body has been injured and some bone has been broken. I should arrange to go to hospital by myself even I don't know the luggage. They mind nothing. Even when I ask for a taxi to leave to hospital they start to play with me about the price and transfer me to a transpoting desk in the hotel who asked for too much money from me because of my difficult situation. I think they don't have human beings working there. I am so sorry to go to Tukey and I advise all tourists to don't go there. They would be in dangerous

Very cost-effective hotel. The staff is friendly, the room is big, and the food is delicious. The hotel has convenient transportation. There are many places to shop and eat around. If I come to Antalya again in the future, this hotel will be my first choice.

Worst hotel I have had the misfortune to stay in - it was dark when we arrived and as we walked in I thought the reception area was lovely - the staff not so much - wasn't given a map of the hotel or told where anywhere was - we were given one room key and told we were only allowed one room key for two people - pointed to the lifts and said you are on floor 5 - no bell boy - though I have read other reviews where the General Manager has responded saying that there are bell boys and if they had waited one would have taken them to their room - we never saw any ever. We also were not told that the dining room would be shutting soon after we arrived and that if we wanted food we would be better to go there before unpacking so we could not get anything to eat until 2300 hrs when it re-opened for an hour. The lifts were fast enough and we found our room - on first inspection it looked ok - then we went to the toilet - paper peeling off the walls and the emergency cord in the shower had a part which had fallen off exposing the wires. There was little sticky up things on the floor that if you stood on with no shoes would hurt the bottom of your feet. Paper was also peeling on the wall outside the toilet. After a few days we had been out and came back to discover the shaving mirror hanging off the wall, we went to reception and reported it to be told someone would go and fix it - it still wasn't fixed the next day so I took a photo of it and went down to reception where they eventually sent someone to fix it. There was a sheet to lie on on the bed but not one to go over the top of you, only a blanket which didn't seem very hygienic - we *****ped the single bed to take the sheet off of that and the cleaner took it away the next day - we had to ask for one which sometimes the cleaner would leave other times they would take. We had an issue with the key whereby my partner could not get into the room - he was up and down to reception 5 times - each time they took the room key and did something on their computer then told him it was fixed - it wasn't - eventually someone from reception came up to the room with his key - he could get in with the master but not our key - we all went back down to reception again and back up to the room - key still not working - he eventually got it to work but wouldn't give us an extra key - we were there with friends and one night I went to bed earlier so I had to go up with my partner then give him the key and I was left in the room with no lighting as if I had kept the key I would not have heard my partner coming to the door later to get in. One room with 2 people is one key - no exceptions. I have never had this in a hotel ever. We asked what would happen if we went out separately and were told to leave key at reception and first one back would get it. I just stayed in this lovely hotel for 5 nights, the hotel was very clean and modern, The staff are very helpful and will help you when you need it. The day I was checking out the team allowed us to stay in the hotel till our transfer arrived and allowed me to check out a bit later in the day. I loved how wind of Lara has a private beach which allows you to have food and drinks available to have at the beach. I would defo return to this hotel with my family again. Thank you for a good 5 days in your hotel.

Amazing holiday for me & my little girl 😃 it was that good we’ve only been home 12 hours and booked same hotel for next year,I’d go back tomorrow if could afford it 😂 … It was our first holiday abroad on our own so the anxiety was through the roof but wow the entertainment team made it magical for us, my girl has never been to a kids club abroad and she was the same here until the entertainment team ( the man and his wife especially) made so much effort with her she asked if she could go and she absolutely loved it 😀 she tuk a right shine to them and they was out of this world with her, so much love 🥹….. the reception staff did come across rude and not much help when we arrived but for the rest of the 10 days we didn’t bother with them but the day before we was leaving they was so nice n helpful,I think they come across rude cos the language barrier is a big struggle if only the entertainment team took over and run the hotel 👌 the hotel and everything was beautiful , the food was beautiful so was the drinks ….. thank you for an amazing holiday and see u next year 😃 my 9 year old even forgot her hand luggage with her trainers n shoes (I’m sure she’s done it on purpose so we can go back for them) 😝…. I messaged the entertainment team about it and they went straight and found it for us n are keeping it safe til next year 🥹🥰 serious big shout out to the entertainment team you are all beautiful inside and out but an even bigger shoutout to the husband & wife (emrah & yagmur) these guys are amazing and you 2 are the reason we are coming back next year ❤️❤️❤️❤️

Overall this place is ok. We stayed in Delphin imperial for a week and wanted to extend our stay at a cheaper rate so chose this hotel. The food I couldn’t stomach at all, even the smell of the buffet gave me the heave😂 we ate out the 3 nights we stayed here. The cocktails were good, the pool bar is slow service. Especially if there is a queue. Only one serving. I got biten alive in this hotel by mosquitos… I’m imagining the reason being because it’s situated beside a yucky river, but honestly ended up with around 8 bites in 3 days!! The recetption men 3 of them tried to charge 150 euro for loosing our room key 😂 they came across quite intimidating towards my partner although, thankfully he was able to handle it. By the end of the conversation they agreed on 10 euro but even still bloody it’s ridiculous!!! Con Men!!! We had a massage too these were nice. The massage woman goes around the pool looking for people, offering free tester massage and then telling you people the have ciatica and problems 😂 We met some nice people within the hotel. We actually enjoyed the evening entertainment where they involved couples within the hotel in games. Seemed fun and more my style of entertained compared to delphins shows 😂 which were crap. Anyway overall place was nice, clean, modern but I wouldn’t return.

The hotel aesthetics were very beautiful and the food was very good, sadly no one speaks english including the guys in the reception who speak very subtle english but that was manageable However the cleaning service was poor and we didnt have our room cleaned for 2 days despite multiple requests and even pressed the button for cleaning needed, myself and my son have had multiple mosquito bites all over our body which left a bad taste and a bad experience for us There is a guy who works for airport transfer he was very rude and abrupt, i paid him money for airport drop off, i tried to get him to lower the fee a little bit but his aggressive tone and approach left me with agreeing to it, he asked us to come to the lobby at 3pm sharp as i we came he ignored us to had to speak to his colleague to know where is our cab, she told us to wait outside, a cab came and asked if it was for Antalya airport to which we said yes so he drove us down the road only to find out thats not our cab he dropped us off and then i pointed out to the drover that i paid that guy the money he came aggressively towards me as of he wanted to punch me and refused to admit i paid him until i showed receipt, then he proceeds to say to me in front of my wife and kid,”Get out the fu***** car thats not yours” now at this point i lost it and spoke to him to never speak to someone like this again and never to use foul language towards guests staying in hotel, he didn't budge and continued with his outrageous behaviour until our ride came, now despite all that this experience left us regretting booking at Wind of Lara however we enjoyed our stay based on the other facts and i have had other family members stay there before so it was recommended but now as my family frequently visit Antalya i would be looking somewhere else as the level of service and experience i received in the last 2 days left me with a sour taste experience and i for sure wont return there neither will my family

Wind of lara offer great services in their resort. Excellent service from rose And management from Ufuk. There was a wide range of food and drinks all inclusive. General manager bulent very good people and friendly. Thanks wind of lara next year we will come

The staff members are super friendly and kind, specially reception team Mert, Yaren, manager Ufuk and guest relation Rose are so quick and solvement focused. Entertainment was fun, this monday there was a Turkish night. That was unexpectedly nice I recommend to have this experience for everyone.
