"Centrally located hotel with a good quality bed and bathroom, our room also had a balcony and daily housekeeping. Reception staff were friendly and we had the option for free tea and coffee 24/7 at the machine. Cannot comment on breakfast as we did not opt for it."

"Buena atención, amabilidad del personal, esta fácil de llegar, con servicios de restauración cercanos. Por poner un pero no había en el baño algún elemento de jabón o similar salvo el jabón con dosificador. Espaciosa la habitación. Confortable. Acceso a la wifi y uso de ordenadores en la sala central, buen detalle. De hecho ya estuve alojado hace un tiempo. Me gusta mucho la zona, para andar , hacer monte....."

"Very nice place and at good price. Easy to find but lonely and without external noise. Without fear of mistaking, she has the most powerful shower swab I have been bathing around Spain, I felt in car seat. 😅 10/10
The bathroom, for the same power topic, needs a closed door so that the bathroom is not flooded.
Availability of 3 bedrooms.
I would like to have a little bigger TV in the room.
They have a coffee shop at the lower floor 24/7, very good service, a little high price, but very good taste.

"We came here without a car having got busses from Bilbao. Not easy finding a hotel with a pool and within LaGuardia so worked perfectly. Arguably not a four star but was comfortable and and pool was lovely.
Would recommend for the price "

"We hebben een heerlijk verblijf gehad. Heerlijke bedden en mooi uitzicht vanaf de kamer. Mooie tuin waar je heelijk koel onder de bomen kan zitten met een wijntje. Kamers kunnen een upgrade gebruiken. Personeel is weinig geïnteresseerd in de gast. Alles kost moeite lijkt het. Er wordt niet gevraagd bij uitchecken hoe je verblijf is geweest. Vriendojk Afrekenen en gaan. Dat lijkt.me de eerste regel in hospitality."

"Great hotel near the outskirts of the city of Vitoria. Recommended even though it is in the center. My girlfriend and I stayed in the Junior Suite and we left delighted and wanted to return."

GGuest UserGood location, close to the city centre. Basic rooms, double bed was quite small and the pillows flat. When asked in reception for extra towels for the outdoor pool they didn’t give them and only offered to use the bathroom towels and exchange for clean ones after. Tooftop pool is a paddle pool (water level reached my knees). Clean overall.

AAce Pengㄧ I came to live at least once, and the fee also includes wine tour. The room we stayed in was the main hall, with two halls. The other hall had guest rooms, gyms, swimming pools and other facilities. I lived in the hall facing the vineyards full of mountains and wilds.
The room type is very exquisite and the design is very clever!
Breakfast is a pity, the scenery is of course invincible, but the dishes are a little less, but the water egg is very powerful, plus a lot of points.
Overall, it is recommended, but the price is not cheap.

GGuest UserIt is an apartment, there is no food or cafeteria in the building, there was no service, the facilities were very good, it is a hassle to do the check online, yours is fatal, (example: to enter my age I had to make about 900 clicks The same as for my wife, our age is over 70 years old and to enter the expiration date of our ID, about 50 clicks for each one,) then they stuff you with emails and entering the building is quite painful, the code works if you want. I have verified that there are people waiting for someone to leave the building so they can enter.

GGuest UserThe best that has the hotel is the staff that is willing to go the extra mile to help. Charming and helpful. The location is foos as ir is just opposite to the tram station that foes into downtown. The rooms are autere. Lacks som drawers and the closet is unconfortale. No nigth side table, just a tiny plank of wood were one can hardly leave the phone to charge and not much more.

GGuest UserEn general bastante bien, la habitación un poco pequeña, no había armario, solo un perchero con 6 perchas y un tablero, me hubiera gustado que el baño tuviera un secador de pelo, el desayuno aunque poca variedad, estaba muy aceptable. Volvería a reservar en este hotel, hemos tenido una estancia cómoda.

PpmorrowYou will need a time to get there if the center. A district looks as a sleepers recreation. A big grocery shop you will find opposite to your building, convenient. Room smells smoked a bit. And there is a leak of water in the morning, couldn't take a shower or wash your head. Also no sleepers or toothbrush.
