"I will choose this hotel everytime i went to Alor Setar.Location near to the restaurant,bank,7e and lot shop. Affordable charges with the clean & comfortable room"
"It was raining heavily and my room was leaking. What's more, the soundproofing was very poor. The noise from the cars and motorcycles on the road made me sleep poorly for almost the whole night. But the rest was pretty good."
"We checked in late at night, and the front desk staff tried their best to assist us, which left us with a good memory.
Overall very good. The hygiene level was very good, very satisfactory. The attitude of the service staff was also very good, very satisfactory."
"My family and I had the pleasure of staying at this homestay.
The accommodation itself was clean, cozy, and thoughtfully decorated that made us feel right at home. The room had everything we needed, including a comfortable dining table, bedding, hairdryer, heaters, Wi-Fi, and most importantly, excellent water pressure!
The location was ideal, with food stalls and convenient stores nearby. We also felt very safe with its security door.
The only minor point for improvement was that there were no extra keys provided for our family of six, which made it a bit challenging at times.
Overall, we highly recommend this homestay to anyone looking for a peaceful, hassle-free place to stay. It was an unforgettable experience, and we would love to return!"
"Nice hotel and reasonable price... Room clean and love the smell of their perfume..feel very fresh.. location a bit isolated and about 15min driving to get food. If your ok about eating fast food the is Lotus very near this hotel. Overall nice hotel and cozy environment."
"I enjoyed my stay here and very satisfied with the services. The staff were friendly and approachable. The room was clean and comfortable. As I stayed during Ramadan, they provided ‘Sahur Menu’ at 4.30 am for you to enjoy it privately in your room. What a service. Near to Masjid Zahir and Bazar Ramadan as well. Thanks for the good service and highly recommend !!"
"I have been staying here since many years ago. They have improved lot of things from their checked in desk, maintenance, room etc.
Do not hesitate to stay here if you are in alor setar."

Great
GGuest UserThe hotel is in a good location, easy parking in front of the hotel. Rumah Kelahiran Mahathir is just next to it, can see tourist visiting it throughout the day. Theres a nice nasi kandar restaurant nearby and its easy walk from the hotel
MMaimon TopThe hotel is located quite a distance away from the centre of town but away from the husle bustle of the city. The room was small with little space to move. There is no elevator to the upper floors. We are thankful that the receptionionist changed our room from the third floor to the second floor. There is ample parking space for guests.
SSquall WongLocation is conveniently closed to highway exit. It only takes around 10-15 min to get to the city centre. Lots of parking in front of the hotels.
Room is clean. Beds comfortable.
However the aircon takes quite a while to get the room cold. There is no fridge. And no disposable toothbrush and toothpaste too. You need to bring it urself.
Overall ok provided its cheaper price for 2 beds room for 3 person.
HHD RyanOverall stay was good, in term of location, easy access restaurant and shops, room cleanliness, safety and security systems. However, area need to improve is WiFi connection not so stable during 3 days 2 night stay need to change different username and password for 2 every day. On 2nd day I can't sleep properly due to noisy from another guest room at level 4, door room was bang strongly by another guest when closed the door... The rest good.
SSIM MINGEven though the room is not big, the design is good to compensate. This hotel is well located, just steps away from the shopping mall and many good eating places within walking distance.
NNurhidayahThis was my second time staying at T+ Hotel Sg Korok, and it continues to be a great choice. The location is excellent, with plenty of parking space available, which is very convenient for travelers.
I stayed in a room for 4 people, and it was spacious and very comfortable, perfect for a family stay. However, one downside is the lack of an operating lift, which could be inconvenient for those with elderly parents or heavy luggage. If I’m not mistaken, the lift has already been installed and is pending approval from the local authorities, so I recommend checking with the hotel directly for updates.
Overall, it’s still a great place to stay, and I look forward to returning again in the future!
DDba RpaaI recently had the pleasure of staying at the Star City Hotel in Alor Setar, and I must say I was thoroughly impressed. The staff were incredibly helpful and went out of their way to ensure I had a comfortable stay. My room was spotless and well-maintained, and the food was absolutely delicious. The hotel's central location made it incredibly convenient to explore the city on foot, with easy access to shopping malls and popular tourist attractions. Overall, my experience at Star City Hotel was superb, and I would highly recommend it to anyone visiting Alor Setar.
KKHOR MUI KIMMy stay at the hotel was just nice. While the room was clean and quiet, the water pressure was slow, which was a bit disappointing. Additionally, parking was difficult to find, which added some inconvenience to the overall experience.
AAdam AshraffA very good hotel in alor setar in term of service, facilities and even locations. Walking distance to the biggest shopping mall in Alor Setar which named Aman Central. The breakfast also great. Sedap. The bed so comfy. Just needed little bit upgraded in wash room. Others ok, the best..i got view of Menara Alor Setar
AA.HasifThis was supposed to be the highest rated/grandest hotel in Alor Setar, but sadly even the hotel lobby was not air conditioned. Room is clean, spacious, great views but trust me , the lighting in room sucks. Breakfast buffet option was okay.
