The best part of this hotel is the lady working on the VIP desk in the reception area. She was incredibly helpful with booking trips, taxis, and giving us ideas for things to do in the area! Check in was fine and they'll keep your bags safe until the room is ready. They also let us check in early which was awesome. Not impressed at having our passports taken away for 24 hours while they were taken to the police station. This was not communicated at all until much later. Location is good if you have a car. If not its a short taxi ride into town or a 30 min walk.
