"1. When I entered the restaurant, there were still open glass beer bottles in the refrigerator.
2. Five days into my stay, I reminded them but they didn’t take it.
3. I am not very willing to answer customer service calls. I often can't be contacted when I need something.
4. The quality of the hair dryer is not high
5. The sink is prone to water accumulation
6. The ceiling light has spider silk
The rest of the accommodation is quite comfortable and the environment is good"

Also they have a system that if you dont request room cleaning, they offer vouchers for drinks at the bar downstairs as a sustainable way to help environment."

"We booked a night. Location was good. Very beautiful hotel, clean modern room with beautiful view. Pool/Sauna facilities such as towels etc were good. Parking was free. We will surely come back.
Tip(minpoint): Sometimes it is useful to have a ventilator for guests who want to use it in winter.It was just a little too hot in the room around the air-conditioning at 18."

"We recently had a pleasant stay at this hotel. The room was spacious enough for two people, which gave us a comfortable experience. The location was perfect: the hotel is within walking distance of the shopping mall and there are plenty of dining options nearby. The parking was also close by, which made checking in and out very easy.
Unfortunately, there was one downside: the amount of dust in the room. As someone with a dust allergy, I noticed this quite quickly, which made my stay less pleasant. It would be nice if the rooms were cleaned a bit more thoroughly.
Otherwise, there was little to complain about. The temperature in the room was pleasant, which contributed to a comfortable night's sleep. All in all, a good stay, but it would have been even better with a clean room."

"This is my first time choosing a hostel, but the experience has been fantastic. The mixed-gender rooms each have their own closet with an electronic lock, and there are power outlets, a light, and a small shelf under the bed. They clean daily and offer other services such as a laundry room and a restaurant, which I didn't use in my case. They also have a small gym and a well-equipped shared kitchen. The location is very good, as it's a bit outside the city center, but you can get there quickly by tram. If you're taking the train, you can get off at Berchem station and walk to the hotel in 15 minutes.
Complimentary water, coffee, and tea are available at the reception desk, and board games are available in the lobby. I believe they also have a bike rental service.
All this is accompanied by very friendly receptionists with a smile to greet you in the morning."

"A quick & easy 6-min walk from the Centraal Train Station, and another comfortable 12-min walk to the Cathedral and the main square. Very central. I didn't need a bus ride during my visit. Hotel staff very kind---the tall white man at the Reception (the name of whom I forgot to ask) was very kind and helpful, helping me solve all the problems smoothly. The lady at the Reception was also very kind, giving me my room before the check-in time, because the room happened to have been available at the time. The room had everything as promised. All perfect! What a delightful stay! Highly recommended!"

BbabychamBeautiful hotel, smells gorgeous as soon as you walk in. The staff were very welcoming and friendly. Location is excellent, safe and close to restaurants, bars and museums, as well as the tram taking you back to the city centre, close to the train station. My only criticism would be that the room doors tend to slam, the person in the room next to mine slammed their door early repeatedly in the morning and late at night so I recommend bringing earplugs. I missed having a kettle in the room, as an Irish person I like my tea early/late and not trying to figure out how to use the nespresso machine in the public hallway to get hot water, so even being able to request a kettle would be great. Very clean and comfortable stay. Recommended!

Bathroom was in a slightly worse condition
shower drain overflowed causing the water to run out of the shower / bathroom we had to dry this with all the towels that were present.
the water steams under the sealant edges of the shower wall.
unfortunately the shower head was white with limescale and the hairdryer / hair dryer did not work.
otherwise it is a neat room very clean and the beds are good!
it is a pity that it was not mentioned that the well-stocked minibar was not included and that we only found a small card in a drawer the next morning with the prices on it that are incredibly high priced for the products
parking was also apparently not free €25 per day
this was not mentioned at the reception unfortunately

BBrugginkWe stayed for 3 nights and we had an amazing time here. We loved the room. It has a smart tv so we could watch everything that we wanted. The shower was nice with douche gel and a warming mirror so you can look in the mirror immediately. The breakfast was really really good and diverse.
We walked in 10 minutes to the center. There are also supermarkets in the area. We parked the car 10 minutes away. Booked it upfront and that was nice. They are open for 24 hours a day so there’s always someone to help you when you need help. The staff was nice, friendly and helpful. We celebrated our daughters birthday here and they decorated the room. They did everything to make our stay amazing.

GGuest UserVery good and comfort stay . Our room was very comfort and had a well equipped kitchen with everything you need for long stay . The rooms are cleaned only once a week but no problem to get clean towels or any other amenities if needed . It is a few minutes walk from Antwerp station and you could choose dinner from many places . There is also nice breakfast served in the place - we tried twice and really enjoy

I would definitely book this hotel again and again if the service and terms would be the same.
Central located, check-in procedure was easy.
Bar with snacks/food/drinks was a excetional service :)
Tip The bathroom smell - Can be solved to change/clean the drain/sifon.
Tip: Airconditioning was'nt there or the instructions to put the airconditioning on was unclear. The room was too hot to sleepwell. Opening windows was a solution but then the sound of the voices among the streets was too loud.
Tip: Lack of service with our booking. While I was trying to pay in advance. There was a pop-up message that mu room with breakfast wasnt available. But the payment process was still ongoing. After that, I saw I booked a Superior Room without Breakfast. I was paying more for what I wanted in first instance. There was no solution from the Hotel and/or Trip.com.

The rooms are described as modern and clean, which is crucial for a comfortable stay. While compact (around 13-15 sqm), they are designed to be functional, typically including a comfortable ”Sweet Bed™ by ibis budget”, a desk, a flat-screen TV with cable channels, and a private bathroom with a shower and eco-friendly toiletries. The room also features a separate toilet. For quick snacks and drinks outside of breakfast hours, vending machines are available but they only accept cash.

GGuest UserThe location is excellent! It's just across the Central Station. However, even if you stayed long, like 5 days, they won't clean the room unless you inform them in advance and you have to pay extra.
They provide a towel but no slippers.
There's a supermarket nearby.
Except for the cleaning, I'm satisfied with my stay. I would still recommend it,
The price is very reasonable also.

TTopperUKThe hotel is fabulously well placed, it is right next to the central station and this saves a lot of difficulty with luggage!
This particular establishment needs a little maintenance. As you enter into the building, the carpets/mats are filthy and the paint is chipped off in many locations giving a rundown look. Reception was clearly overrun and requires extra workers, although the girl working upon my arrival did a fantastic job despite some particularly awkward tour guides hassling for attention!
The room was not up to standard cleaning wise. No mattress protector! - This should be grounds for admonishment over anything else. If I stayed at a four or five star establishment without mattress protectors, I would refuse the room ordinarily. It is simply not hygienic. The balcony on my room had clearly not been cleaned in a very long time and there was an ashtray overflowing along with cotton buds and wrappers.

Located a bit out of the way, so Lijn rides necessary.
Best with a day ticket or 3-day ticket. These are available at the ”Central” train station. About 45 minutes walk from the hotel.
Better to take Lijn.
It's too far to walk into town.
Problem: TV didn't work! Only Belgian channels!!!
