很開心的一次旅行。入住前因為航班到的比較早打車到的酒店，我就聯繫工作人員是否可以幫忙提前安排入住。本來想着快元旦節入住率比較高估計沒有空房，抱着放下行李在前台等的準備了，沒想到不到8點到店，前台同學們就幫忙辦好了入住，可以先歇一會了，大讚！ 整個房間的設施還是蠻好的，衞生打掃的也很及時、乾淨。我有點認床，不過酒店的床和枕頭真的非常match了，充分享受到了優質的睡眠，這對於旅行來説真的太太太重要了！ 總之，我對酒店非常滿意啦，貼心細緻的服務真的棒棒噠[擁抱]

酒店對孩子們的照顧，真的是考慮的非常周到且暖心。裏面遇到的每個酒店內部人員，都是熱情滿滿。從前台接待，到餐廳服務，再到客房服務…我挑不出毛病。他們和孩子們接觸也是耐心細緻，輕聲細語溝通，真的很好，很棒！ 住得很開心，總體感覺都很好，下次還會帶孩子選擇白玉蘭酒店！

入住期間，恰逢酒店有大接待，整個團隊都有條不紊，熱情服務，還有提供水果，有種賓至如歸的感受，打掃阿姨也特別好，衣服還幫忙掛起來晾乾，早餐也是吃的很滿足，整體非常滿意，推薦推薦！

衞生非常差，牀頭櫃的頭髮，桌上的污漬，地板的鞋印等等，並且我的這個房間下水道返味非常嚴重，整個房間都很臭，我覺得保潔稍微認真一點都不致於這樣吧？
