聽朋友説老闆是個有追求並且有着藝術天賦，到了才知道的確如此，房間的佈置十分精緻和講究，連個小小的夾冰塊都如此可愛。
依山伴水，風景清幽如畫，工作人員在保持高度的熱情也讓你感受到一個人獨處的日光。
我在去的第二天廚師腳痛休假，本來就定好的晚餐還在擔心會不會吃不到，沒想到換個阿姨做，出品也是相當不錯，哈哈，下次要帶我的寵物去修行，再拍一組大片。

1. 服務方面。領班的經理拉低了整體水平，態度不友善，建議入住有需求可以單獨聯繫管家，管家的服務很棒。
比如，領班當著客人的麪批評工作人員，違背管理常識。。。當時房間小食用完前台補了一份交到客人手中，領班隨即很急切當著客人的麪批評前台人員需額外收錢，導致都很尷尬（酒店定位偏度假體驗，五一付的價格近2k，前台平時小食也是免費補的）。後續解釋説按成本價賣小食山姆堅果，實際比山姆在售溢價3倍，其實要溢價賣也行，額外小食消費就16塊都給酒店結賬了，衹是沒必要硬説是按成本價欺騙客人，影響體驗感。
另外，辦理入住或離店時，店裡服務人員都比較熱情，衹有領班經理始終沒有融入到和客户一起互動打招呼的氛圍中，多少有點奇怪。
2.衞生方面，餐廳衞生沒做到位，細節上得提升，和酒店想做的定位存在明顯差距。
比如酒店包含的火鍋晚餐，當時蚊蟲多，一衹衹都盤旋在各盤菜上，也有幾衹落在碗裏鍋裏。其實山上有蚊蟲完全ok，衹要火鍋每盤菜蓋一層保鮮膜即可解決，可管理上完全沒考慮到，我們離店時和前台人員建議，領班就距離2-3米以內全程聽到客户建議和反饋，但卻置之不理，自顧自吃飯。

風景很好，作為帳篷衞生和環境也很可以了，智能馬桶，淋浴都很達標。早飯也不錯，建議早餐增加咖啡。晚上下雨帳篷裏有點吵，其他基本滿意。開始有點小問題，感謝攜程幫助解決了。

去過很多號稱野奢的酒店，這家是為數不多真的優秀的酒店，環境、房間硬件都是可圈可點。可惜衹訂到一晚，值得再去。

房間於帳篷來説很不錯了，比許多酒店要強，帳篷內衞生打掃很乾凈，但是畢竟山裡，蟲子多點，這個沒有辦法。重點是環境，一覽眾山小，風景一覽無餘，山林幽靜，總之很喜歡的，沒有白跑一趟。
