"The experience was good. It was a pleasant stay. Room was clean and spacious. Amenities were functional. Staffs were helpful and polite, especially Than Tun. The apartment is located inside a housing estate but still easily accessible via 5 - 10 mins walk from main road. Parking is available at location but paid parking. Shops are nearby. Always book this apartment when I am back in Singapore. Will definitely come again."

"Hotel is opposite a bus stand, walking distance from Kallang MRT (non-covered). There is a selection of food and massage shops on the same row. Hotel staff are superb (sorry I forgot to get her name!). Basic amenities provided with thick fluff linens and a cute washer under the induction cooker! Room is a little cramped. And doors are horribly thin with ridiculous slamming in the late and early hours. Didn’t help that the head of the bed is literally next to the door!"

"Mary, Maica, and Carms were excellent team that help me in everything that I requested, thanks to all of them. The room was quiet at night even it is in China Town. Plenty good restaurants, near to two SMRT stations, ”China town” and ”Maxwell”, The cleans of the room was amazing and in the same floor you can wash and dry your clothes free or charge. The cooking stuff enough to cook a regular meal. Decent Internet speed. Easy check in and out. quick to revert the deposit to my credit card. Overall wonderful stay"

"A quiet & safe neighbourhood. Walking distance to nearby food and orchard. Rooms are clean. Maybe can provide more floor towel or mat for the tiles floor as it can get slippery."

"It is a very suitable apartment for short stay. The location is very convenient. There are buses and subways every day. It is close to everything. There are restaurants across the street. The choices are rich, convenient and affordable. The facilities in the room are very complete. There are all the necessary facilities, such as hair dryer, iron, tableware, kitchenware, washing machine, dryer, microwave oven and refrigerator. Although the room space is cramped, there is plenty of storage space and the design is thoughtful. There are two shortcomings. One is that there is a bar next door. There will be loud noise on weekends and nights. It will be quiet around 1 o'clock. The other is that there is no front desk at Coliwoo Rivervalley. You can only contact by phone, whatsapp, WeChat or email. The response speed is not so immediate. It was a bit confusing to check in. One day, the room card suddenly couldn't open the door. I waited outside the door for more than 20 minutes in the middle of the night."

"The location was excellent, being conveniently near the subway station. However, the service response needs significant improvement. My TV was not working for three days, and despite multiple requests, no one addressed the issue. Additionally, a roommate left takeaway food in the common area for five days, and it remained uncleaned until my checkout. This lack of prompt service detracted from the overall experience."
