設施陳舊，服務一般，住兩天也沒有打掃房間，還沒有到退房時間就開始打電話催促了，已經不是第一次了，是怕客户不退房嗎？早餐也開始糊弄人了，一般般，不再有興趣了。

호텔이 시내 주요 관광지 옆에 있어 도보로 구경할수 있어 좋았구~
호텔뒤 국립오페라 극장과 맛집 레스토랑 있다
오페라극장 도로 건너편 grill&bar 식당은 스테이크,
3층에 유가김밥에서는 라면 , 추천식당은
Peek a boo Korean street food 한식당은 메뉴가 다양하고 제일 마음에 들었다( 참이슬소주랑 맥주가 있음 )

服務一般，沒有很熱情。
比較陳舊，地毯比較臟。
房間還算比較大。
不知道是不是開了暖氣，感覺屋子裡特別的燥熱。
早餐選擇很少。
哈薩克斯坦的酒店都比較貴，但是卻不是很好。
